A Roleplay By StormWolf:

"For Honor! For Glory! For Brotherhood! FOR THE EMPEROR!!!!"

A mighty voice cried over the roar of the battlefield. The mighty baritone carried through air and smoke and vox channels alike, blood-lust and fury alive like a vengeful fire in that cry. The owner of the furious battle-roar stood at the forefront of the barricade, his massive body made titanic by the ancient armor that enveloped him. Without a helmet on his head, the mighty warrior stood with his mane of black hair blowing in the silent breeze. Frost Axe in one hand and Thunder Hammer in the other, the mighty Wolf Lord stood, staring death in the face, spitting in it's eye. Skoll RageClaw, the Hateful, glared down the bloody and body-riddled no man's land that was once a great city of mankind. A home to countless billions that now lay in ruin all because of the heretical scum that waited to snuff the rest of the Imperium on the planet out, as it it were a candle.

"Death in fire is a glorious fate! Follow me to the End, brothers! I will not lead you astray!" Skoll roared one last time before charging for the last time on this world.

Over Five Years Ago: The forces of Waaagh! Ruztgutz entered realspace in the Augen system. They made planetfall on the Hive World of Labyrinth, the outer planet of the Augen System. The brutal fighting continued for months as the local Imperial Guard did their best to hold back the green tide. The only thing keeping the remainer of the Ork fleet at bay was the advanced Orbital Defense Lasers of Labyrinth. The fighting was endless and brutal as the Guardsmen did all they could to not be drowned in the sea of green filth.

Four Years Ago: With the fall of Labyrinth's Defense Lasers, the Ork fleet was able to move deeper into the system, landing on several moons and Agro-Worlds, engaging in lethal, flat-terrained combat against the defenders. No matter how many the Ork Horde lost, still more replaced them, and they still pressed on with a relentlessdesire to fight and conquer.

Three Years Ago: A third of the Augen system is tied up in combat. The space inbetween the Ork-infested planets is constantly alight with the blaze of the naval struggle between the Imperium and the Greenskin menace. The Guard were holding out, but they couldn't keep this up for much longer.

Two Years Ago: The Guard forces on Labyrinth, Stelios, Fithos, and Lusec were finally overrun, the planet officially becoming and Ork world. four more planets were besieged, two of them overrun. The Orks owned half of the Augen system. On the last planet that recently fell, Wicos, the Lord Marshal lead the last of his forces against the Ork Horde that uglied the face of his planet to buy time for the civilians to escape. The battle was long, bloody, and grim. The heroic Lord Marshal met his fate, but with a clean concience. In his last moments, the Lord Marshal, or what was left of him, dragged the mess that was his lower torso into the command center. The Orks beat at his door, the thick metal warping slowly under the shear number of hits. With the last of his life, the Lord Marshal sent out a distress beacon on all frequencies. The last thing the Lord Marshal heard before he passed was the computer's mechanical voice saying "Message Successfully Sent."

One and a Half Years Ago: Planet Vinosec, the last staple of defense against the Ork horde, the safeguard of the three Shrine Worlds that make up the Augen System's heart. If Vinosec fell, then the countless billions that have died over the course of this war will have died in vain. The innumerable trillions of civilians will be slaughtered and the system will be forsaken and forgotten once it is wiped from the face of the galaxy by an Exterminatus.

Like angels sent by the Emperor, those who recieved the Call came with a burning conviction and vengeful wrath. The first being the Space Wolves and Dark Angels, then many others among the thousands of Chapters of Space Marines and endless legions of Imperial Guard. When these saviors entered realspace, they did not hesitate to remove the muzzles from their guns and let them bite. Landing their forces upon the ground, they immidately began a most violent purge.

This is where our story starts.....

My Characters:
Username: StormWolf
Character Name: Skoll RageClaw, The Hateful Slayer, The Restless Beast
Age: 120 - looks like he is in his late twenties-early thirties.
Military Service: Space Marine
Chapter: Space Wolves
Allegiance: For Russ and the Allfather!

Appearance: Click (http://www.boltcutterdesign.net/assets/warlivery3.jpg)
Skoll wears some of the most ancient terminator armor known to the chapter (top left). His shoulder pads are a deep and dark red, but the metal decour is a brazen brass color. His amror is a solemn, dark blue-gray. Inscribed on his armor in brass runes are the names of fellow Wolf Brothers that have died under his command, a constant reminder to always fight harder and stronger. Across his back and over a shoulder, Skoll has draped the massive pelt of a mighty Thunderwolf, one that he killed on in initiation with his bare hands. The Wolf's pelt is black streaked with silver, much like Skoll's own wild mane. Skoll's hair (http://stregatto10.deviantart.com/art/WOLVERINE-128745086) is black as pitch with silver streaking the temples. At his right temple he has a long braid that reached down to his chin, and at the back of his head is a wild topknot ponytail of midnight black. His eyes burn a molten gold color and his fangs are long and mighty. Bones and runes adorn his belt and dangle over a fur kilt made from the fierce Blakmane wolf.
He stands around ten feet in height in normal Space Marine armor; 13 feet in his Terminator Armor. Weighs around two tons in his Terminator armor.

Rank: Commander of Ragnar Blackmane's Wolf Guard

Personality: Skoll is very fool-hardy, like a Blood Claw, simply because he never had the chance to outgrow that trait. He is belligerent and bellicose with a temper that burns like a Thunderhawk turbine. Some say that he is not within sound mind, that may not be far from the truth. Skoll is usually the first to succumb to the Red Tide, the blood-drunkenness and battle lust that will overflow a Space Wolf if they are not cautious. When in this state, Skoll will attack anything that is in his line of sight, not stopping until his target is reduced to a red mist.

Though he has his vices, he has his virtues, as well. He is the most loyal of Ragnar's Wolf Guard, and possibly of the whole Chapter save the Great Wolf, Logan Grimnar himself. His sense of duty and his zealous faith in Russ and the Emperor is reflected in how he fights on the field of war; being the first into the fray and the fire and the last to return to the line. He says that a day without killing an alien or heretic in service to the Emperor is a day wasted.

Though he is one of Ragnar's most valuable Commanders, Skoll holds no sense of self worth. His mental inbalance and his adamant and indominable faith in his Primarch and the Allfather that he is without fear. Being such, when he prays, he prays for his Brothers, wishing them a true aim and iron nerves, as well as the Emperor's protection and Russ' strength so that the Apothecaries will not have to perform Rites of Passage on too many of his Bretheren. He will refuse medical treatment before his "little brothers" or his "older brothers" or any of his brothers. Medical attention is usually given once he has been knocked unconcious, for he is known for grabbing the nearest medical Thrall and smashing it to oblivion.

Many Space Marines have no recollection of their past life, if some do, it is very small, like the smell of a Dragonship (viking longboat) or the sound of the sea. Skoll can remember that he had a little sister, though he cannot remember her face or her name, he remembers her. In the last battle he fought as a person, he saw his little sister, no older than eight, raped and murdered. That memory has burned itself into his mind; whenever he fights on a populated planet, whenever he sees children dead, dying, or being attacked, he goes into a berserker state, killing anything that comes near the child(ren), like a father wolf would if he had his pups at stake.

Biography: Skoll is the youngest Wolf Guard in the history of the Space Wolves, so it only seem appropriate that he is the right hand man of the youngest Wolf Lord in Space Wolf history, Ragnar Blackmane. Skoll and Ragnar are like brothers, more so than just the Battle Brother bond that all space marines have, but it is like they were born brothers, but Skoll is 25 years younger than Ragnar; by human standards, that is a lot, but to space wolves it is barely a year on your looks (of course, that depends how much of your face is actually yours and not synthi-flesh).

Skoll ascended to his rank by showing his willingness to throw his life away for his lord and is brothers. When Skoll was on a supposedly easy assignement, Raganr was leading his pack, a great honor for Blood Claws. When the reached the planet, it was completely infested with the foul forces of Chaos. The Wolves fought tooth and nail, sometimes literally, to cleanse the planet. When they had reached the heart of the Chaos infection, lead by a great and terrible sorcerror. The Wolves fought and died, but so did the Chaos marines. Victory was about to be in the hands of the Sons of Russ (alt. name for Space Wolves), when Ragnar was fighting the sorcerror and was forced to the ground, his sword and pistol knocked away.

The sorcerer, Fatalis, was going to use his hellblade on the mighty Wolf Lord, using his blood and soul to power a great spell that could wipe out the rest of the Wolves in the chamber, demoralizing them and driving them back. When the blade came down, it cut through armor and flesh, but not the armor and flesh of Ragnar, it cut through the armor and flesh of Skoll. The blade did not pierce his hearts, so it did not steal his blood and soul, but that does not mean it did not taint him.

The Sorcerer tried to pull the hellblade free, but the Blood Claw, Skoll, had pulled it in deeper, bringing the Chaos Lord close enough to strike at. Skoll, without a helmet, headbutted the sorcerer in the face, causing his head to recoil, exposing his neck. Then, Skoll used the extraordinarily hard and sharp teeth [that all Wolves had] to bite into the soft flesh of the sorcerer neck. Ripping and tearing, blood spurting everywhere. Then, Skoll began to use his left arm, the one that was not limp from the blade, to smash the sorcerer head into a fine past on the ground. It was not until after he was pulled away by his Wolf Lord, that he noticed his right hand, up to his elbow, stripped of the ceremite armor and flesh and muscle, only thick strands of muscle sinew and veins clung to his skeletal left arm. Though his arm is now relatively normal, aside from being mostly scar tissue and metal tendons, he gained his surname that day, a name that many respect and more fear, both Imperial and heretic.

The enemy will feel the cold fingers of fear begin to squeeze their ranks when they hear the deep, ungodly howl of Skoll RageClaw, leading the Space Wolf Company aside his Lord and fellow Wolf Guard. Skoll does not wear a helmet unless he has to, of course, but he prefers to feel the rush of battle and the smell of victory with his bare senses, not through a helmet.

Other: He has three mighty Thunderwolves with him at all times. These awesome creatures are the most lethal land predators on Fenris. Their jaws can shred steel like wet paper and their powerful bodies can break through stone with ease. These massive wolves are [on average] the size of a Rhinocerous. Their names are Odyn, a black thunderwolf, Freya, a white thunderwolf, and Loki, a grayish brown thunderwolf.

Username: StormWolf
Character Name: Andhun Stonejaw
Age: 68 - looks about twenty or so.
Military Service: Space Marine
Chapter: Space Wolves
Allegiance: For Russ and the Allfather!
Appearance: http://screenshots.filesnetwork.com/59/others/leman.jpg
Andhun has a wild mane of fiery golden hair. His eyes are bright like chips of ice in the sun and his face is fresh and eager to fight. Stands around eight feet in height, average for a Space Marine. His armor is the traditional Space Wolves gray, several shades lighter than the massive suit of ancient armor his mentor, Skoll RageClaw, wears.

Rank: Blood Claw, fresh from initiation.

Personality: Andhun tries his best to act just like his stern mentor, Skoll. He looks up to the massive warrior in almost every way. However, he still suffers from the foolhardiness that all Blood Claws do. Andhun is simply eager to prove himself to his mentor.

Bio: Andhun was taken from his home village, a youth slowly slipping into the embrace of death when the Sky Lords took him the Ashihiem. Making his way through all of the trails, he soon became a Wolf Brother.

His first impression of what a true warrior of Russ is was when he first met Skoll RageClaw. The hulking man towering over all of the other Wolves save for the Dreadnaughts. It was when Skoll actually visited the table of Andhun's squad and ate and drank with them, as if one of them, did Andhun idolize his mentor.

Ta-da!!

Username: Atrum Daemon
Character Name: Kell Kilmeinham
Age: 38
Military Service: Imperial Guard (reinforcement)
Brigade: Death Korps of Krieg 101st Panzer Grenadiers
Allegiance: Imperium
Appearance: http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm213/Daemon_010/KriegGren.jpg
Under the mask, Kell possesses a hard, lined face that bears several scars. The most noticeable is an X shaped one over his left eye.

Rank: Colonel
Personality: Like all Death Korp soldiers, Kell is usually a dark and gloomy person who possess almost no sense of humor unless the “joke” involves death. However, months spent with members of the Steel Legion have made him a slightly less dark and gloomy person. However, normally he is a harsh, morbid person who is sometimes capable of nice words and possesses a kind of odd, twisted sense of humor.

Bio: Born and bred on Krieg, Kell was the son of a factory worker. When he entered his teenage years, Kell began helping his father work and developed with a powerful, hard form. When the call to join the Death Korps came to Kell’s town, he was nineteen and joined up. He became a member of the 101st Panzer Grenadier unit, specialized in demolition and heavy assault. They were soon loaned off to the Steel Legion to help in a few special assignments. During these missions, Kell rose through the ranks and when he was thirty-four, he became a major and the commanding officer of the 101st. His true test of leadership came when they were sent to Kantaen Prime, where the 101st played a large part in successfully holding back and breaking a large Chaos assault.

In the following years, Kell proved himself time and again within the Girza system as he and his troops valiantly fought off and destroyed the Chaotic forces on each world they were sent to. His greatest moment came in what collected information on the Girza system call The Stand. The Stand is credited with being both the turning point in driving Chaos from the system and the bloodiest battle. Wave after wave of Chaos infantry crashed upon the defenses of the 101st and the city they occupied as a last defense force. The battle became the stuff of rumors when the Archenemy got into the city and cut all communication lines.

What then followed was what is described as quote-One of the bloodiest, fiery, and most chaotic battles in recent history-unquote. Kell and his officers, the only survivors of the 101st after meeting the enemy time and again in horrible battles within the city, holed themselves within the city parliament building, thus beginning what would be known as The Stand. Locked within the building, Kell and his officers became the last hope for the planet. Even after burning through their own ammunition, they stole the guns of the dead Chaos infantry and continued to fight within the building, racking up a massive body count for a five-man team. The first thing the relief troops sent in from orbit saw upon their arrival within the ruined city was a massive amount of death and Kell and his senior officer sitting on a mound of bodies discussing cloud formations.

Since then, Kell and the 101st in general have joined the many other figures the Imperial Guard view as icons of hope and victory.

Character Name: Bartuc Horazon
Age: 170 (looks to be late twenties to early-mid thirties)
Military Service: Space Marine
Chapter: Black Templars
Allegiance: Imperium
Appearance: General amor appearance (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/mediawiki/images/f/f9/M1240840_99060101315_SMTermChaplainmain_873x627.jp g)
He wears a suit of ancient terminator armour adorned with all the symbols of his Chapter and ranking. The shoulder pads, along with being adorned with the black cross symbol of his Chapter, are inscribed prayers against corrupting forces. Inscribed on both his arms is the phrase “I bring His holy Judgment upon those that stand before me. Tremble ye heretics and fools.”

Facial reference (use figure in the middle. The only one without a helmet.) (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/mediawiki/images/4/48/Black_Templar_Art.jpg)
He keeps his hair shaven down and numerous scars adorn his face, scalp, and neck. His eyes shine as black as his armor.

Rank: Chaplain
Personality: Bartuc’s fierce zeal in battle is balanced by a state of complete calm outside of it. He can snap from rational planning, thinking, and guidance to complete irrational, destructive zeal at a moment’s notice, something he has become known for.

Biography: After earning bloody glory many times as one of the Marshal’s Sword Brethren, Bartuc was inducted into the Reclusiam and joined the ranks of the Chaplains. His unyielding faith and devotion to the Emperor allowed the other Chaplains to soon see within Bartuc the shaping of a great warrior priest.

After taking his vows before the broken sword of Rogal Dorn aboard the Eternal Crusader, Bartuc added his own fierce and bloody zeal to the ranks of the Chaplains. Outside of battle, he kept the faith and spiritual well-being of his brethren in high condition. In battle, he retained the ferocity he had as a Sword Brother.

He is best known among the company he is stationed within for is surviving a four month siege and counter-siege on a world beset by Orks. Though two others survived as well, they had been near to death by the end of the battle and watched through half-hazed eyes as Bartuc shattered the bodies of the green skins and used his Crozius Arcanum to obliterate the skull of the Ork Warboss. The other two survivors remember the last image of that day before going unconscious as being Bartuc raising his bloodstained hands to the sky and praying loudly for the safe passage of his fallen brethren.

Wargear: The Crozius Arcanum (fashioned after the black cross icon used by the Templars) and a master crafted Storm Bolter

Username: VardenV2
Character Name: Boreus Varden
Age: 176 years (looks about age 50)
Military Service: Space Marine
Chapter: Dark Angels
Allegiance: Imperium

Appearance:

Boreus stand roughly 8 1/2 feet tall. He wears a magnificently crafted suit of black artificer armor. The left shoulder pad is plated with a thick gold neck guard that reaches the middle of Boreus’s ear. A decal of a bone white, horned skeleton crucified to a Dark Angels Sword is beautifully painted onto the shoulder pads curve. The right shoulder pad is adorned with the white Dark Angels Winged Sword with four shining gold skull studs bordering the shoulder pad. His jet-black backpack has two jawless skulls for exhaust ports on the left and right, behind his head, level with each shoulder. It is also customized to sheathe the massive long sword that Boreus uses to slay his victims.

A bone colored tabard drapes elegantly down his torso. It is embroidered with delicate designs in Dark Angels green and blood red. A large gold pendent with a ruby hangs from Boreus’s neck to the middle of his chest. Other gold and brass chains hang from his neck, draping down to the pendent. His tabard belt is wrapped tightly around his waist. Boreus hangs his Crozius Arcanum (the sacred staff bestoyed to all Chaplains)around his shoulders with a brass chain. His long legs stretch to the ground. Around his left thigh is a worn, spiked, metal cuff which doubles as a holster for his plasma pistol.

Boreus wears the traditional (and frightening) jawless skull mask of all interrogator chaplains, adding to his mysterious and merciless nature. However, if he is not wearing his infamous helmet his face is gaunt and pale. He has a small ‘soul patch’ blonde beard on his stern chin and long blonde hair drapes down his neck and shoulders. His eyes are blue and his brow is almost unmoving. He has a callous disposition and his lips rarely part from their seemingly permanent scowl. Age has begun to take a slight toll on Boreus appearance and a few scars and sags mark his cheeks and eyes, adding more terror to his fierce stare.

Rank: Interrogator Chaplain

Personality:

Boreus is merciless and cold. He rarely outwardly shows any emotion at all, and rarely speaks. He knows in his mind what to do and rarely lets anyone else dissuade him. Boreus prides himself on his mysterious and cold disposition, allowing him to strike fear into those he meets. He is regarded as one of the most tactically sound and intellectual of all the Dark Angels, however his sadistic nature sometimes interferes with even the best laid plans. Even amongst the Dark Angels, he is renowned for his secrecy and emotionless disposition. Many of his own battle brothers are often frightened of him due to his personality (or lackthereof). Many of the other high-ranking members of the Inner Circle keep a close watch on him, as he has been known to stray dangerously close to the taint of Chaos. Boreus resides in a grey zone between Order and Chaos, which frightens the Imperium and Chaos alike.

Biography:

Boreus Varden began life as a warchief of a cannibalistic tribe residing on a Death World similar to Caliban, the Dark Angels home planet (until it was destroyed). His tribe was known for their brutal military tactics against rival factions on the planet, as well as the prowess they showed towards slaying the large horned beasts residing in the murky forests. The Dark Angels noticed his potential immediately and ambushed him on a hunting expedition. He was soon tested and inducted into the ranks of recruits.

As a young Dark Angel’s scout, Boreus took a particularly depressing and sadistic view of life on the battlefield. He showed no mercy to any of his victims, and often frightened the battle brothers fighting besides him with his lack of personality and quiet nature. Once initiated as a full battle brother, he was quickly sent down the path of a Chaplain to set his mind at ease and learn the ways of the Emperor. Boreus loved the training and showed his prowess at interrogation. His mentors were also frightened by his cold disposition. The only thing that seemed to bring him any joy was the feeling of his foes dying strapped to a stinging plate of metal, screaming for mercy. This was met with mixed emotions. He showed great potential as a possible interrogator chaplain and military genious.

With the dissapproval of many of his peers he was inducted as one of the Dark Angels Chaplains. For the most part he remained on “The Rock” (The Dark Angels space fortess made from the remnants of Caliban). On “The Rock,” Boreus honed his skills as a chaplain, specializing in the interrogation and torture of the enemies of the Dark Angels, who were forced to repent for their lifetimes of sin against the Imperium. Boreus took extreme pleasure in his work and was disturbingly efficient and getting his victims to confess. Although the progress was welcomed, other members of his order sent him away on smaller, more combat oriented, missions to set his mind right and get him away from the taint of Chaos that freely spewed from every pore of his victims.

On his combat missions, Boreus proved to be an exceptional leader on and off the battlefield, leading his men by example. He spoke few words, but he got his point across with the few he spoke. His commands were stern and effective and led his small band of Dark Angels to numerous victories. Boreus has more recently been assigned to smaller missions involving the location and capture of smaller renegade bands, often involving impromptu torture and interrogation to get a lead on the next target. Boreus’s hunt has lasted the past 8 years and now it has brought him to Augen system.

Wargear:

Long Sword: An expertly crafted power sword made of an obsidian like substance. The blade is roughly 5 feet long and the hilt is about 1.5 feet, with numerous decorations protruding. In total the sword is about 7 feet in length. The blade of the sword is a deep black, however, when powered on, a silver sheen envelopes the razor sharp edges of the blade.

Crozius Arcanum: The sacred staff of office bestoyed to all chaplains. The Crozius Arcanum is not only a symbol of rank, but also a deadly power weapon weilded with devastating precision. Boreus’s Crozius resembles that of a spiked mace. A Skull sits menacingly on top with 4 wings jutting out from the bottom to make a 4 sided mace-like head. These wings are studded with small spikes. The entire head is a dull gold color. The handle is wrapped in deep red gripping and a dull gold counterbalance rests below.

Plasma Pistol: The plasma pistol is a deadly and rare weapon. Instead of traditional projectile based weapons used by most Space Marine forces, the plasma pistol fires a small bolt of superheated particles, resembling a miniature sun. The plasma pistol is devastating to armored and unarmored foes alike, however, due to the volatile nature of plasma weaponry, they are known to overheat.

Storm Bolter (ocassionally instead of plasma pistol. Boreus uses this weapon instead of his plasma pistol if he intends to be involved in heavy fighting or is teleported into battle in terminator armor).

Character Name: Emmelmann-Pilsier

Age: 10,898

Military Service: Khorne and the Tyrants of Asharzunipal

Warband: Consists of Emmelmann, 56 Chaos Legionnaires, and 48 Chaos Squats in Powered Armor, 56 Beastmen with accompanying Techmarines, 88 Cultists, and various machines like Rhinos and Land Raiders, 16 Zoats

Allegiance: Khorne and Vladis-Sargonier

Appearance: Emmelmann-Pilsier, as he is called because his actual name is unpronouncable to human tongue, is a Zoat. As such he is a large, strange, centaurlike creature but is reptilian and is covered in scales; the end result is that a Zoat is a dragon-centaur like thing. Blessed with many gifts by Khorne, his first chaotic attribute was that of gigantic growth, and is at least 16 feet tall, dwarfing even the tallest soldier, and he was with incredibly powerful mechanoid legs with a brass and black color, green tubing and wiring protrude from the legs. Pilsier also has a mechanoid body that has brass etchings, black, and a blood red color. Finally, Emmelmann’s head has been replaced with that of a goat head, but he has kept his distinctive voice and battle cries. His left arm has been replaced with a multilaser, with wiring running about his arm, and in his right he wields a powerful Daemon sword.
As he bears the mark of Khorne, Emmelmann was granted a suit of Chaos Armor that immediately fused to him, making the already incredibly tough Zoat tougher than some tanks. The armor twists and winds around him as it is actually part of him, meaning that much like a human having his skin removed, to have his Chaos Armor removed would result in his death. The Chaos Armor also displays the colors of Khorne: Black, Red, and Brass. As Zoats cannot breathe in all atmospheres, Emmelmann wears a respirator to prevent this powerful champion of Chaos from dying from something other than battle.
A picture of a Zoat: http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/mediawiki/images/7/70/Zoat_flamer.jpg
Keep in mind that the Zoat above is the same color and shape as Pilsier but refer to the above paragraph for other stuff!

Rank: Champion of Chaos

Personality: One of the rewards that Pilsier has received from Khorne has been Loss of Personality, meaning that Pilsier is not someone that one goes to talk to about life’s problems or anything else really. All that Pilsier desires is to kill, and if a day goes without a battle, he will find the nearest living thing to him and he will murder it. For these reasons, his troops will avoid him on these days at all costs, or the least popular trooper in the warband will be forced by the rest of the troopers in the warband to consult with the giant Zoat.

No matter how cruel Pilsier is, he is not stupid. Khorne advocates martial ability, and Pilsier is well versed in the art of warfare, whether it be close combat or long range. He is cold and calculating yet at the same time psychotic and bloodthirsty. If there were psychologists in the Dark Millennium, they would deem him afflicted with psychosis.

Biography: A slave to the Tyranids like all other Zoats, the champion of Khorne now known as Emmelmann-Pilsier knew that there had to be a better life for him. This yearning presented itself on the now destroyed world of Xycalibre, destroyed by the Tyranid hive forces. Like in all early Tyranid invasions, the Zoats provided as the first wave of attack. Pilsier and his band of Zoats raided a temple of Khorne, home to a cult devoted to Khorne. The Zoats simply stopped, entranced by the cultists and vice versa. There was a simple yet deep similarity between the two. However Pilsier knew his orders, and he and his Zoat brethren slaughtered the frail human cultists despite their weaponry and dedication to the Blood god. However this slaughter did not go unnoticed by Khorne. Khorne was impressed and pleased with the dedication and skill of the Zoats, and offered Pilsier and his troops a place in Khorne's infinite power.

The change was immediate. On the bloody altar appeared armor which Pilsier immediately took. It fused to his body, becoming part of him. In his right hand appeared a Daemon sword with a Bloodthirster trapped inside.
The Zoats then took the Chaos cultist cruiser that had been camouflaged nearby and drifted into the warp, where they were found years later by Vladis-Sargonier, the Tyrant of Asharzunipal in a raid on a nearby system. Emmelmann immediately accepted a place in Captain Sargonier's empire of Chaos Legionnaires.

The Augen system...a system flowing with blood and skulls. How gracious Khorne was to allow Emmelmann this chance to please his master! With a large army of Chaos legionnaires, Chaos squats, and cultists and human auxilaries, Emmelmann and his troops approach the system, ready to slaughter in Khorne's name and to expand the empire of the Tyrants of Asharzunipal!

Wargear:
Daemon Sword with Bloodthirster: Daemon weapons are ridiculously powerful weapons, capable of being handled by only the most powerful champions and being able to murder the most powerful warriors. These weapons harbor in them a captured daemon, of the champion’s mark. So a Champion of Khorne would have a captured Khornate Daemon. Daemon weapons take on the property of the daemon inside of it. For example, if the daemon inside could levitate, so can the blade and it bearer!

In the case of this particular Daemon weapon, it is inhabited by a Bloodthirster, the most powerful of Khorne’s servants and undoubtedly one of the most powerful beings that has ever seen battle. It is said that Bloodthirsters were more than a match for the God Emperor’s Primarchs, which makes them truly fearsome indeed! However there are two sides to every coin. Every waking moment, the Daemon will try and rebel against its bearer, hoping to escape. Each daemon weapon desires blood and eventually will be sated, in which case the blade will revert to a normal weapon for the rest of the battle. In some especially unlucky cases, the bearer of the weapon will be trapped in the weapon for eternity as the daemon escapes!

The Bloodthirster inside has the ability to teleport and can breathe fire, so this means that the sword can do both.

Multilaser Arm: Khorne espouses martial pride and ability, and cares not where the blood flows as long as it flows. He views the bolter and lasgun to be as much of an instrument of death as an ax or sword and as such will often grant technology to his followers. In Emmelmann’s case, he was granted a Multilaser that has been fused to his arm. Weapons granted by Khorne never run out of ammunition or power, and immediately even the most unintelligent of Khorne’s followers will know how to use the weapon. Such is the power of a Chaos god.

yeah, it's fine, but chaos isn't going to be in the picture for a while. They come when the Orks have but a few planets left and screw everyone over as they usually do. lol.

I was actually hoping you would have rolled a Rainbow Space Shark Warrior or the Chaos mutation, the head with stock-eyes and legs with Illusion of Normality. Lol good times.

No problemo.

I'll make a Rainbow SpaceShark Warrior perhaps in the meantime until Chaos hits the scene.

Did Spencer ever tell you about the actual RSSW I painted? :roflmao:

If he didn't, you have to see it.

Haha yeah that one, I also have an actual RSSW model that is painted. Next time we hang out I'll show you it.

I actually think that I'm going to make a Mercenary character.

Yep, that's happening. It will be posted probably tomorrow sometime.

Character Name: Geoff Borodinmoff

Age: 45

Military Service: N/A

Entourage: "Geoff's Buccaneers", which consists of rogue Imperial Guard commanders and soldiers, Squats, psykers, Mercenaries (this is to be expected), Space Marines, and many stolen Imperial vehicles

Allegiance: Himself

Appearance: An exact image of Geoff Borodinmoff: http://s172.photobucket.com/albums/w11/theGrandAdmiralThrawn/?action=view&current=WarhammerRogueTrader.jpg
(Not my picture btw, it is from the Book of the Astronomican)

Rank: Commander
Personality: Geoff is a born leader which explains his current position. He is very cunning, but as befits a pirate commander he is incredibly opportunistic, leaping at even the slightest possibility of an artifact or other valuable piece of treasure. His both cunning and opportunistic nature means that he leads his men well in battle, being able to notice the weakest part of an army or its natural weaknesses and exploit them in full. He is an incredibly independent individual and dislikes uniformity in anything. For this reason, his lavish quarters are changed bi-weekly to a different theme. His cooks are among some of the best, able to create any food that Geoff wishes on a whim. These elements of stream of consciousness and random bursts of desire also make him incredibly unpredictable, to the chagrin of Imperial Commanders who would wish to capture and eliminate him and the Buccaneers.
Biography: Geoff was born on a planet that has since been lost to the Imperium due to a rounding error in taxation. Heir to a mining facility, his parents were quite rich and so he benefited from this. However the actual job at managing the mining facility was incredibly rigid as was the family life which set him at odds with his family. At age 20, Geoff ran away from home to seek a fortune in the stars, and at first independence was not quite what he imagined in the galaxy. For several years, had to sell his services as a mercenary to pirate lords. Eventually Geoff returned to his home, broken and defeated. Despite this, his family accepted him. 3 years after this, he inherited the mining company.

But the stars called on him again. At age 33, he sold the mining company and bought himself a large cruiser, his first, which he named "The Envoy". His remaining money, he used to buy weaponry and mates for his ship. Within years, The Envoy was joined by several other ships, and Geoff had become rich beyond his wildest dreams. Nothing was out of reach, as with money one could accomplish anything. Geoff outfitted himself with the best gear possible, and his leadership gained himself many friends. Of course he also has his enemies, but in the vast universe, who doesn't?

Geoff recently had heard about the Augenn system, and knowing that planets devastated by Space Orks were very easy pickings. Because of the ease in which one can make money when the PDF has been devastated and left many valuables unguarded, he and his Pirate fleet have set their courses for the system.

Wargear:
Bolt Pistol: Bolt pistols, like all bolt weapons, use caseless ammunition, as essentially the rounds can be compared to small grenades that explode on impact. Bolt pistols are smaller versions of the bolter, which are used often by the Adeptus Astartes, Battle Sisters, and Imperial Guard. Bolt pistols are fairly powerful weapons,

Power Sword: The power sword used by Geoff is a one-handed power weapon. It is approximately 5.5 feet long from the tip of the blade to the pommel. Like all power weapons, it can be activated in which case it is sheathed in an energy field that can cut through human flesh as easily as it can cut through Terminator armor. For this reason, power weapons are incredibly powerful and command a high price on the black market.

Bionic Arm with Powerglove: Geoff's arm from his elbow down were blown off by a las bolt. Luckily a medic was nearby and after several days he had been fitted with a Bionic Arm. In his large armory, Geoff had several power gloves and had welded into his bionic arm, meaning that his left arm is permanently a power glove. Power gloves are the exact same as what is now known as the powerfist. Like powerfists, powergloves substantially increase the user's strength and are covered in the same energy field as a power weapon. Power gloves are normally used against the armor in vehicles and against extremely tough opponents with a huge amount of armor. There is no real downside to the inlaid power glove except for the fact that Geoff is left handed and is no longer able to write with that hand as it would crush any writing utensil! The arm is painted a yellow color which is the primary color of the Buccaneers and also happens to be his favorite color.

Powered Armor: Powered armor is primarily used by the Adeptus Astartes, but also is used by Inquisitors and other members of the Imperium. Powered Armor will often find its way onto the black market, though no one really asks of its origin. Made of ceramite, powered armor is fairly tough and durable but concentrated fire easily brings it down. It also has a power pack which is essentially a miniature nuclear reactor. The armor is painted in a tan camouflage color, with tiger stripes.

Refractor Field: Refractor fields are energy fields that are able to absorb the brunt of most weapons. However it is not powerful enough to always work, but several Geoff has lived to breathe another day because of it so it is generally a good investment for those who wish to die of natural causes.
