A Roleplay By Sigma:

In another dimension somewhere on a planet where magic exists, Neo Earth. Neo Earth is similar too our own world with the exception of advanced technology created through magic.

However, this world is not without it's dark side, for Neo Earth is being threatened. An Evil Organization known as Uroboros plans to conquer the world, led by a mysterious leader. In order to achieve it's conquest of the world, they target the City of Neo for reasons unknown. However they will face the World Defense Brigade, a special task force created to counter Uroboros and put a stop to the leader's evil plans of global domination. At the frontline's are the Neo Guardians, a group of special individuals who have great magical powers yet to be unlocked. they are giving the task to fight against the vast armies of Uroboros in the struggle for the city.

Personality: Calm and collected, the commander is a man who takes charge, directing the guardians and WDB forces. he's caring of those under him during battle operations, doing the best he can for his subordinates.
Skills/Abilities: While he has no powers, saul is an expert swordsmen and has a good aim with pistols.
Bio:
Formally a General of the Liberion Federation Army, Saul came from a long line of military officers in his family. From his Great Grandfather, to his father, as well as siblings and his children.

After his years of service to the military and in the Liberion-Ikaruga War. Saul was chosen as head commander of the new global peace-keeping force, the World Defense Brigade.

Personality: “Ignorance is bliss.” If you disagree then I must say you are a fool. To deny bliss is stupidity within itself, then again who am I to give meaning to the world. Some say ignorance is idiocy, but I dare them to say so to my face. Who are they to judge me!? Ha, I suppose I should apologize; I tend to get carried away in my thoughts.

Skills/Abilities: Slight control over the wind element and telekinesis.

Bio: I believe one would call me spoiled as a child. I could simply shout and someone would come running, it was a though they begged to please me. Yet, they only wallowed in my presence for as long as cash was thrown their way. My father, ah yes… A damn fool he was. I gave that man everything to love, I was beautiful, lovable, and I was brilliant! And furthermore, I was and am not my mother. Yet the man hated me, he despised me, he would do anything he could to get me away from his feet. Oh yes! The feeling grew mutual… but enough of that. That was a long time ago, and the old man is a fool. A dead fool. Despite my dislike for my father, I wield his sword. A katana in which was given to him from a long reign of history… I believe it was my mothers. It might not be protocol, but I simply feel safer with the blade at my side. Some find this odd for someone always working with guns and heavy machines, but their opinions are not of my concern.

Personality: He has a duel personality. His normal every day self that is nervous, jumpy, alert, and kind-hearted all at the same time. While his other half is always telling him when to kill someone.

Skills/Abilities: His powers are tricky. He is a teleporter, but he can warp energy around himself and disappear without a trace. The manipulating of energy takes different amounts of energy depending on the surrounding conditions (like air pressure, temperature, weather, and so on). Teleporting doesn't take alot out of him unless he isn't concentrating.

Bio: He has a little problem with his personality. When he was a young child a dramatic accident happened. His mother tried to kill him and his father managed to stop her, but not after getting himself killed. Sky had been stabbed in the right eye by his mother, and after seeing his father killed, something came over him and he killed his own mother. After years in the hospital recovering from the incident he discovered that he had developed a duel personality. His normal consciousness, and a voice in the back of his head that is obsessed with killing. Now during his stay in the hospital due to the advanced technologies and the powerful magic a new eye had been created for him. It looked like any normal eye except for the pupil. It was obviously a machine and could be seen revolving and zooming in and out of focus. Sky usually hides this eye under an eye patch, but he does use it during missions.

Guardian Form: [Under Construction]

Personality: Calm and Cool, even when he sees large amounts of blood, he's always kept his cold and uncaring look. He seems almost apathetic about having his hands covered in the red bodily fluids as he patches up humans or when he's the only one left surrounded by corpses.

Outside of his medical field, he's actually quite kind and caring. However, his natural calmness in the medical field shows through in his normal conversation, as he often times doesn't bat an eye at what the enemies may say.

Skills/Abilities:
A light-art and healing specialist, all of his magical powers are focused primarily around support and defense. However, even with his focus on healing, he still learned an offensive-light art or two.

Outside of that, he is half decent with a short sword in his right hand. He uses it with a strange medical precision to slice into his enemies.

Bio:
Sout never expected to become a doctor. When he was a child, he simply wanted to study magic and learn more about the world. However, wherever he went, the Uroboros seemed to follow close behind. They constantly destroyed cities he lived, killed his friends before his very eyes, and ruined everything he had ever known or loved.

He soon became apathetic about the cries of death. He stopped caring about the corpses that surrounded him at the age of 13, and began to study on the corpses that the Medical Team couldn't get to. He wanted to find a way to save people – but as his hands were stained with crimson, he simply shook his head at another failed experiment.

Finally, at the age of 20, he had perfected most of his healing abilities. He soon became the leader of the Neo Guardian's Medical Squad, saving countless people and teaching many more how to use magic to heal wounds. Even so, his cold personality comes out whenever he starts the rejuvenation process on a human, not seeming to care if they live or die.

Personality: He is often seemingly deep thought, often repeating phrases like "speed up the cycle" and "stagmentation is hell" to himself. It is rare for him to be seen not exersizing his jaw, but when it comes to interation he has a problem with going off on gratutious tangents. However, he is most definitely a freindly, and even polite fellow with a cheerful dispostion, the type that would much rather wish to be drinking buddies with members WBD than a nemisis. This, has made him a fairy easy boss to follow, despite his quirks-as long as you believe in the cause.
Skills/Abilities: He is able to change his size, but with the irony that a lot of juice goes into it. To be precise, he can become a goliatian twice his normal size, or a sprite like-one fourth his normal size. Rapid changes are self destructive, obviously.
Bio: After serving a decade in the Liberion Federation Air Core, Alfred aplied his learned managerial knowlege to the buisness world, forming a small buissnes with a friend which eventually became a contender in telecommunications. This company was Uborboros Incorporated.

As growth became rapid in the buisness, so did the stress, which took a toll on both Alfred and his buisness partner. When the later commited suicide is when it generally accepted that the manager who could turn straw into gold went totally bonkers. He began use funds on illegal armsdealings, starting a slow shift for the misssion of his empire: start a war in order to pontentially bring about magitec and societal progress- or at least change. When intnet finally became known, the snale already had acummulate to much money, too much power. And the rest is history in the making.

Personality: As the First General, he is a cold and ruthless man. Kane is the enforcing arm of Uroboros, commanding his subordinates with great cruelty and discipline. executing any who would stand in his way or slow the organization down. Be it his own men or an enemy, Kane shows no mercy.
Skills/Abilities: WIP
Bio: Much of Kane's history is unknown to most members of Uroboros. Not much is revealed of his past, and he does not bother with it. All that is known about the General is in the heavily protected Uroboros Database. hints being he was a result of an experiment.

And while Kane's loyalty belongs to the President at the moment. He seems to have his own agenda that only his close lieutenants know of. planing something behind the scenes as events go into motion.

Name: Ark R'mora Darkrender

Age: Appears 21

Personality: Cool, calm collected, and much in control of his thoughts. Save for a times in his childhood that remain unknown to him. A stiff level of integrity and intelligence course through this young man. For a long time he suffered from long term amnesia. Passing from orphanage to orphanage.

History: A young man who was found in a hospital gown alongside a beach. Ark was an eleven year old who seemed to suffer from heavy amnesia. Unable to recall things as his birthplace, parents or family. Ark was able to recall his name which is all he can think of back then. He was taken into the cities and put into an orphanage. Where he taught himself hidding away from violent children.

In his youth he studied many high magical arts. And took up Kendo at the age of twelve. Quickly rising through the ranks and earning his mastery. The only possesion Ark ever carried with him was a silver chain crystal necklace. That he wears through this day hidding it beneath his clothing. Eventually mastering a rare Kendo Art known as Shockwave Blade.

Eventually after growing irritated with the Uroboros. He joined the Neo Guardians to make a difference in the world. His Kendo training taught him well under the circumstances. As he had no immediate plans but to fight. Retiring his skills never coming into account.

Though there is much he doesn't know about his childhood. His optimism and honor to his fellow comrades make him a positive person to be near.

Weapons: Massamune, Kendo Stick, M40A1 Rifle/w Scope
Powers: Flame Magic, Shockwave Blade: A shockwave of chakra energy inbued to the Massamune or Kendo Stick. Can knock an entire squad of Soldiers on their butts. Has a range of a mile, moving at a speed of 120 M.P.H

Aether Manipulation [Light]: Unknown to his mindset, Ark has a power hidden deep inside himself that eludes him. In rare times he is brought near death. A death trance overcomes him mentally and psychologically. When this occurs a final attack. This technique is deadly to anyone near it. Consequentually if he is far to close Ark can be disintegrated. Anything in its path or explosive radious will be burned beyond repair.

Appearance:That of a Shaolin monk. Asian. Bald. Muscular. Often found with an indiscernible facial expression. Carries dual katanas at all times.
Dark Form: A huge rock golem, nearly indestructible through brute force.
Personality:Cold and quiet. No compassion at all. Ruled entirely through logic and the joy of delivering pain to others.
Skills/Abilities:Inhumanly fast reflexes. His calm and composure lend him incredible hand-to-hand combat powers, allowing him to concentrate on a battle easily. He also bears the ability of telekinesis, though this is limited and does not allow him to pick up overly large things.
Bio:Unknown to all but him, and virtually impossible to pry from his mind due to his constant control over every aspect of it.

Personality: Avalon is the more outgoing of the two. He is joyful and happy-go-lucky, but he doesn't let it get in the way of his work. He can be dark and dangerous when the time comes for it. He has his serious moments but doesn't let it ruin his life.
Skills/Abilities: Soul Magic/Dark Magic/Elemental Magic/Psychic Magic. Soul Magic is a strong magic that deals with the energy given off by the souls of creatures and people. Dark Magic is destructive and chaotic, dealing with summoning and shadows. Elemental Magic deals with the elements. Psychic Magic allows the wielder to move objects with their minds, read minds and use Psionic Energy in various ways.
Bio: Avalon is the youngest of two. He has always look up to his brother and always admired him. He joined Uroboros under the sheer suggestion of his brother who was already a member and served the President flawlessly. Avalon has his own agendas and often times gets into trouble because of it.

Personality: Serious and Mysterious. Xielon is dark and dangerous. He stops at nothing to do what needs to be done. He follows orders and doesn't hesitate to fulfill them.
Skills/Abilities: Soul Magic/Dark Magic/Elemental Magic/Psychic Magic. Soul Magic is a strong magic that deals with the energy given off by the souls of creatures and people. Bio: Xielon is the eldest brother, and the 2nd General of Uroboros. He serves relentlessly and often time scolds his happy-go-lucky brother for getting into trouble. He serves the President flawlessly and often times goes to extremes to make sure that orders are fulfilled.

Bio: Born into an incredibly rich family and sheltered all his life, he was forced by his father to join the World Defense Brigade at the age of 23 and a half. After about a year of training, Private First Class Archos Tibault is about to enter his first true combat.

okay, I am back, is this still open? I hope it's not dead, I will make a post soon but I need to know what Uroboros is up to, I watched the little video and am wandering if Xielon and Avalon are suppose to be there.
