Ayara La'Ri from Star Wars: War Zone (http://role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=71064&page=44&p=2665291&viewfull=1#post2665291)

Name: Ayara La'Ri
Nickname: "Aya"
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Job: Jedi Knight
Republic, CIS, or Neutral: Neutral

Weapons:
Ayara's Saber. (http://genesiscustomsabers.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/IMG_0999-wmark.jpg) A light purple short blade made and weirded by Ayara.

Master Rowan's saber. (http://pre08.deviantart.net/566c/th/pre/f/2011/292/4/b/4ba2d4418716c5b298b4d3ff90393f39-d4dd6ox.png) A blue bladed lightsaber (long length saber), stolen back from the remains of her deceased master.

Bio: Ayara was enrolled in the Jedi Academy at age 6, an optional enrollment when her parents believed she could be special. She was. She excelled, but was not top, in her classes, and while scoring high on her intellectual abilities and defensive and aversion maneuvers, showing some skill with the force, her close combat aggressive skills were practically failing. She was going to be reassigned, put on missions in which she would not be placed into battle, more a political figure than a knight, but Master Rowan volunteered to take her on. He took on Padawan Ayara when she was 17, and made her into a Knight.

"She will never be aggressive," he said, standing with her arms behind his back to the council, petitioning for her. "She can never lead soldiers into a battle. But on her own, with the force and the light of the saber to encourage her forward in the shadows, she will succeed with great power. She is stronger than she will recognize on her own, and more sensitive to those she interacts with, you must always be careful. Ayara can get through forces with minimal causality. I recommend you be very selective about where you send her."

"Is she ready to be a knight?"

"She will be a Jedi and one with the Force when she learns to truly let go." Rowan nodded. "But she will learn this in her own time."

Rowan and Ayara were a team, even when she received her Knight. They were a two man team for search and rescues, infiltration where the clones could not go, and the information gatherers of the council. When Ayara was 22, they sent her and Master Rowan on a rescue mission in which many other clones and another Jedi and padawan attempt had failed. They did not succeed. Ayara and Rowan were captured by the trap. Ayara never found out who was behind it; Rowan didn't let it last long enough. He gave her an escape route by killing himself. As the lasers tore through him, his light gone, she took his lightsaber, and ran.

Ayara went back to the Order with anger in her blood. Worried to send her alone once more, she was sent to the battlefield, attached to a Clone Ranger unit, to be under the very strict and wary supervision of Master Sano. A Jedi Knight who has lost her master is a terrible force to recon with. For those sensitive, it is clear that the emotions and force that makes Ayara is walking a fine line between light and dark, Republic and Order or not.

She, of course, arrives late. She stopped to visit Master Rowan's home planet, to see his Suns rise on another day before getting back into her Delta-7 Interceptor and finally heading to the FOB to find Master Sano and take her place in another mission.

White traditional top, with light tan fitted pants and dark leather boots, often dawning a dark cloak or a very pale over shirt (think what Anakin wore in II), Ayana is traditional in most senses. She wears two lightsabers; hers and her old masters. Hers is on her hip, her old masters in behind her, attached to her hip under the shirt, hidden. She has blonde hair, and wears face paint. The face paint, seen below, is white and only just noticeable against her slightly tanned skin. It is often perfectly painted and never found smeared or faded.

She is 5'5, extremely atheletic and agile, not in strength, but in speed and flexibility. She is built like a dancer. She has long blonde hair. She keeps it braided up, out of her face, and does not let it down often. Her eyes are a disturbingly light gray, and her facial angles serious.

Rey La'Ri from Black Star Privateers: Smugglers and Heroes (http://role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=64345&page=264&p=2665249&viewfull=1#post2665249)

Name: Rey Goldheart
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Appearance(pic and description):

http://digital-art-gallery.com/oid/123/640x905_21078_Space_Girl_2d_sci_fi_girl_woman_port rait_red_head_picture_image_digital_art.jpg

With dark red hair, catching bright red in the sun, and dark Ruby in the shadows, Rey's eyes glow with the palest of blues. They are sharp and serious, her skin pale and without flaw or mark. Standing at a slim, runner's-body like figure of 5"6, she has a strong silent presence. A smile doesn't touch the corner of her rose lips often, but it is not for missing moments; it seems she sees everything. When she does break a smile, it is gentle and soft. During missions in which she leaves the ship, in the fashion of her people, she dawns a red face paint, the symbol for medic and protector.

Rey wears a standard issue space combat suit, with her own personal red and white touches painted on the arms and helmet. She has a custom medic bag full of equipment as needed. She has a preference to not carry weapons, but carries a short laser blade (14 inches blade and 8" hilt handing on back of belt).

Race: Human
Job: Combat Medic

Racial Skills and Abilities (limit of 4):
Lionhearted: Rey doesn't back down on her actions and mission. There is little that will stop her between herself and her goal. Pain fades, courage rises, and the foolishness of the human stubbornness takes over. She will go to all ends of the earth to protect and save. She will always choose life over machine, even be it enemies.

Nimble Little Runner: It was believed long ago humans were hunters that outran their prey. Rey would have been very successful. She can run at varying places with the ease of a wolf covering its paces. She would have made a fantastic scout with her light feet, quick silent moves, and her flexible actions.

Something like Invisble: Despite a galaxy where aliens and non-humanoids are common, humans will always be the casual normal. So when Rey slips into a crowd, she's hardly something noticeable. She blends in, another one of the crowd, skipping through as if there was nothing threatening about her at all.

Universal (Almost) Donor: Related to her La'Ri blood, Rey is an almost universal blood donor. She can donate without blood rejection to any human, and most humanoid aliens. Her blood regernates quickly, but does not assist in any immediate life saving efforts.

Normal Skills and Abilities(limit of 5):

Stop Bleeding, Keep Breathing: Rey is a fantastic medic. It is just about all she was raised to do. She is, however, very much not a doctor. Her focus on medicine is immediate, with little care for the future. This means that if your spine is fractures but your heart is stopped, she will ruin your movement if she has to go save your life. She is effective, but caring. Do no harm. Her methods are not always perfectly precise, but they are exactly what you need in the middle of a battlefield to get back to the Doc on board.

Quiet Linguist: Rey doesnt talk much, but she has a gift of tongues. She can easily communicate in several common languages, not only in words, but in body language. She's someone anyone can talk to, and many share their stories with the quiet girl without truly knowing why.

If it goes fast, it's mine: Having originally strived to be pilot, but desitened to never be able to fly, Rey had an absolute fascination with ships, but her heart is in the small ships, the little group racers. If they land on a planet where there is an underground racing league, you can almost promise Rey will be one of the pilots. She knows a lot about the small interceptor and racer ships; and will fixate on them. Everything should go faster. She does not like enclosed racers, but prefers the small, motorcycle type races.

Shadow Support: Rey doesn't like to fight, and is absolutely not offensive. But you bet that, lingering around the corners and in the back of the squad, Rey has your back. Even if it's tossing you a pistol at the moment you lost your gun, or holding a 4x4 combiguaze on your wound when the medic isn't around, she's ready when you aren't.

Energizer Bunny: Rey is a bundle of energy. It doesn't show in the bouncing, crazy off the walls way one would expected, but in a reserved force of power and focus. She rarely sleeps, and she will go all night and day without complaint. She has to be doing something.

Weapons(Limit of 4 weapons):

http://orig08.deviantart.net/d185/f/2015/168/9/3/dagger___dague__sci_fi____oc_by_etrelley-d8xpa41.png
A black metal blade with a hot laser running along the edges. Although the weapon does more damage as the heat slips through skin and armor like butter, Rey had made the blade because it can double as a tool, in defense and emergency cauterizations as needed. The blue glow is not on all the time, but must be activated and charged.

She brings an assortment of side arms and ammo clips for her team as needed, and will carry any assigned side arm at the mandate of her team, but it is unlikely she will ever use it and she will return it to the locker the moment she can.

Armor(one sensible suit of armor):

Her armor is a lightweight suit that is neither bullet resistant but entirely space and high speed ready. It is, however, light enough for daily wear, and temperature resistant. It has special pads on her knees for kneeling and sliding on the ground and shoulder guards. She wears it with a scarf, made of pale gold and white fabric with a metallic shine to it. It allows her to run quickly. She had several painted symbols of her people in white and red on the shoulder arms and her helmet.

(gold and white instead of pink).

Augs(Limit of 3):
Show me where it hurts: She has augmented irises that allow her to scan the body. It is very limited compared to equipment available on ship, but, with medical knowledge, can help in diagnosis. The most useful piece is auto vital signs showing in a HUD like manner. She uses her helmet's built in tracking and team HUD more than the augment. It adds a faint glow to her Iris, and she gets very sore eyes and a migraine if overused.

Personality:
Rey is serious, dedicated, and determined passionate individual. She is focused on her job, but mostly on the living beings. She would stop to help the enemy if the moments were right. She seems to always be working on something, and needs to keep her hands busy. She gets mildly over attached, but it wouldn't exactly show up. She has a soft heart underneath a calm and cool exterior. She has no fear. And seeks situations in which her heart rate rises and adrenaline rushes. Rey is entirely against useless killing. While quiet, it doesn't mean she doesn't talk. She is just careful on her words.

Likes:
- animals, of any kind, but especially her Captain.
- fast things, anything
- traveling in fast ways
- helping people in any way possible
- her people. Her team.
- the La'Ri
- kindness and love
- tea

Dislikes:
- death
- betrayal
- abuse and torture
- meat
- insults to languages and different alien races

Background:
Rey La'Ri had dreams that didn't match the La'Ri's beliefs. Rey wanted to be a pilot, to race between planets and become a circuit Grade A racer. It was made clear, in no hesitant terms, by the La'Ri councils and her teachers, that this was foolish. She was to be a healer, there to spread life and help across the universe, not race speeder bikes. Yet, as a child growing up, the sense of adventure and speed never left the sharp gaze of Rey, even after isolation and negative punishments. The La'Ri humans are known in the universe as healers. With their face paint sharing their years of training and shared trait and dedication to life, with neutrality on all sides, they are greatly respected but uncommon healers.

Rey spent her first six years of life learning languages. She had no single family, as no child did of La'Ri, but was a child of them all. She spoke six tongues before she was four, and was fluent in them and very familiar with others before she was ten. "A healer is useless if you cannot understand those in need," the teaching said. Respect for cultures and races other than humans was instilled early. At six, healing training began. And continued. Until she was seventeen. At seventeen, the La'Ri were supposed to travel with an Master for five years. But at seventeen, Rey left the Ultrri planet for the local systems, leaving the culture behind, though never entirely. She was still seeking that which made her heart race, and something to fill the lonliness of a La'Ri traveling life. She began showing up at races, fixing those who were wounded, her face paint becoming a common and welcome sight. At nineteen, she was given a beaten up racer.

And, did Rey race. She didn't win consistently, nor was she performing well at all, at first. But she got better. And she kept learning. She talked with healers and doctors everywhere she went, learning medicines and techniques from each culture. What she had on her person was all she took from La'Ri and the little she earned. Never having a home, she depended on generosity and her own abilities, as the La'Ri did, and saw the darkness of being on the streets and alone in many planets. What had once been a smiled, bright young child was growing into a careful, quiet, cautiously optimistic young woman.

Most recently, Rey joined a team of pirates. She tried to ignore the name and focus on the people. They invited her as a medic, their backup and life support when terrible things would go wrong. They said they just needed to find a ship, the Light of Heaven, and come back. There was money, though it didn't matter. What mattered was Davis, who was going. Davis was her partner, her racing friend and her traveling companion. He had rescued her and she had rescued him; seperation wasn't an option for this one. It was one trip, then she could be back to the circuit, back to those who needed her. What she didn't expect, was to finally feel the lonliness fill as she spent weeks with the crew looking for their wreck. What happened when they finally found it was the very least of what she could expect.

A space fox bunny thing she brought with her from one of her adventures. It was a prize from a race. Now four years old, Captain is her best friend and companion, riding on her shoulder. He knows all of the tools she needs and will happily fetch them as needed.
