Basically he's a nice guy to you and your stuff if you are nice to him and his stuff.
History: Jonathan enlisted to serve in the more supportive role of logistics, maintenance and resupplying. His skills of managing was exceptional as well as his capacity to deliver in combat. Those who worked with him said they could always count on him to get their equipments combat ready and their supplies endless. His reputation reaching to high places, Jonathan was assigned to Marine Corp under the 5th Force Service Support Group. Their motto "Quality service from quality men for men on the line, on time"

Description of AI: Chec's avatar appears as a floating chess board. It bottom side taking appearance of a check-list board.
Personality: Argumentative, perfectionist and demanding. Speaks its mind without refrain.
Other: The D77-TCG aircraft was the finest transport ship to serve in any military body. Its maneuverability helped it fly through thick combat and weapon's fire so that it reached its destination with its fresh cargo supplies intact for troops out in the field. Unfortunately, the flight systems needed an AI to execute such highly complex maneuvers. And AIs having a stubborn lot, Chec was one of those stubborn and demanding AIs commissioned into the aircraft. Jonathan appeared to be to only one capable of maintaining, cleaning and flying Chec without the AI finding anything to argue with. The two have since been a wonderful combination, winning battles by running supplies and ammo runs, transporting reinforcements, retrieving wounded soldiers and all other kinds of untold and under appreciated heroic deeds.

Theoretical allows the person to go longer without sleep or rest. Also giving slightly improved healing factors.
Personality: Always willing to get to know people if they approach him but not that talkative. A very cautious and paranoid mindset. Witty at times. Loyal to those who earn his respect.
Biography: Growing up in an orphanage made Alasdair rely on close bonds with people. While Earth was being evacuated, he get separated among the crowds and had to board a different craft from his orphanage family. Alone and afraid, he somehow found himself enlisted after a brawl. Luckily boot camp quickly trained him to trust his comrades and he stepped up to the occasion. Excelling in recon mission he became an EEM with recommendations from his drill sergeant.

Description: A humanoid battle drone capable of short range flight. Laser blasters, capable of destroying a civilian vehicle in one shot, mouthed on both upper limbs. Two short blades for close combat kept inside the lower torso for easy access. Blotz's model was design to replace and be better shock troopers. They could either attack in groups or as individual. Their blasters bombarding on their targets to cause confusion and damage whatever it hits before the short blades were used to quickly finish off whatever or whoever survived the first rain of fire within arms reach. Then a lot more of senseless trigger happy blaster firing until another victim can be found for the blades to be used again.
History: Blotz had taken part in the final battles of the previous war. It was always sent in first to clear a path for the other heavier but slower machines. It's masters then always refer to it and its particular kind as the best bucket of blotz to start a battle. Slowly the name got stuck and was tagged in its systems as a refers for itself but shortened it to Blotz as the other humans would call it. After the shutdown and awakening, Blotz couldn't locate any of his closer brethren although surrounded by fellow awakening machines. Without a direct chain of command to report to, BD-20389 just followed it previous orders, seek and destroy all non-recorded friendlies with extreme prejudice. It never did understand the last part of that order.

History: Ed is an old veteran from the old war but played a more supporting role away from the front lines. Now he mostly runs around maintaining the base, trying to make life better as much as he could for everyone.

Ed was always a helpful kind of guy. He grew up in an orphanage where he and the other children worked together doing chores and everything else together. He's very friendly and open to getting to know others, unless they seem like a threat. A hard worker, Ed gets the job done unless the job requires him to cross the line to senseless killer.
Appearance:
Ed appears like any other human in their early twenties. Having dark brownish hair, olive skin, hazel eyes and a normal healthy body build. His clothes could be better, just having the same tarred wardrobe he had since he left Earth. He now searches for a new fashion statement to reflect his life of piracy.
History:
Ed had barely managed to a GalaxyBus ticket for himself, with the price rose to unbelievable rates. He had to spend everything he had but managed to escape Earth before his life was claimed. He drifted around Enderspik for a few weeks, trying to find a living but failed terribly.
The sudden raise in refugee had completely destroyed the work demand everywhere he went. Human refugees opting the lowest wages to have at least a job and some food. Tired of always being turned down, Ed heard news of a new pirate faction, Spectral Challengers, whose crew was mostly humans. Plus, they seem to have a policy of no unnecessary killing.
He decided to strike it out with them. So, he boarded a cargo ship that was crossing a sector which the pirates were operating in. True enough the ship was boarded and Ed opted to join the pirates. Luckily, he was accepted. His life of piracy began.
