Because all the chat was supposed to go here. Where as OOC was just characters sheets, but people started chatting and it really didn't matter enough to me to fight against it.

You'd asked earlier and I said it really didn't bother me for it to be in the OOC. I was just modeling things off the Masquerade Ball to try and keep things organize. The chat can be here, there, or both.
