Through blind eyes I watch you.
With a still mouth I curse you to your grave.
With stiff arms and legs I follow you across the land.
With no heart or soul I destroy all you love.
I am there haunting every thought and feeling.
Wherever you go look behind for that's where I will always be.
I am the Bogeyman in your nightmares, I am the Scarecrow in the darkened cornfield, I am your every fear.
This is a little poem I thought up when I was researching Scarecrows and such nightmarish creatures.
