This is a fallout parody taking place 9 years after Fallout 3 New Vegas.
Players will be put into the Fallout world, around New Vegas. The players will be put into a tribe with no name. When their tribe is massacred the survivors will be forced to pursue the bandits who slaughtered their kinsmen. The Survivors then become entrenched in a thick plot that could topple Mr. House and the NCR and put Caesar's Legionaries in charge of both California and Nevada!

When you choose n item it should be done according to how you wish to be. For Example, a marksman would choose the Mercenary Outfit with the Hunting Rifle. A Melee based person would choose the lead pipe and the Tribal Outfit. A thief or scientist would choose the Silenced .22 and the black clothing. A combat based person who specializes in a little of everything should choose the Service Rifle and Tattered Cloak and Cow-boy hat. Basta specializes in Combat as well as Charisma and Intelligence. Description: Basta stand at 6" and is Caucasian. He wears a Pinstripe suit and a pistol holster at all times. He was formerly a great Khan but after a life of fire-fight and death he settled down with an unknown tribe before it was massacred. He also has a Tattoo on across his back labeled "Death before Dishonor" and a scar starting at the middle of his fore-head stretching down across his right eye and to his jawbone.
History: Basta fought for a very long time for the Great Khans. He was born in the Great Khan camp and he was a very accomplished hit-man.

Clothing: Pinstripe Suit, Pinstripe Hat.
Weaponry: 9mm Pistol /w Silencer.
Backpack: 8 bottles of purified water, 12 bottles of dirty water, 5 Brahman steaks, 9mm ammo (75 rounds), 6 packs of Rad-away, 5 stim-packs, 5 viles of Jet and a Doctors bag, as well as an old scavenged Pip-boy.
