Hollowed -out Rep gems?

I am starting to see something I hadn't noticed before: active members who seem to have become inactive in the past few months have hollowed out gems and no stars below their names on their profile pages and in the member lists. What does this signify?I am guessing that it means that these members have formally withdrawn from RPA, and do not intend to return, but I could always be wrong...

That means they turned off their rep in their settings. You can do that if you don't want to participate in the rep system. Nazgul; does the same with his :)
