Is there a site discord? And I tried to send someone a message but it said thier inbox was full. How can I let them know?

1. There is no official site discord, but there are few that were opened by members.
2. If their inbox is full then you have to wait for them to clean their inbox sadly. But who is the member? It is possible to tag them here and they will get notification.
