It is time for all sorts of funs and scares,
'Tis Halloween and the darkness is here and there.
A group of college students will soon be aware,
There is nothing but despair in their games of truth and dare.
Trick or treat... and try not to die under the Devil's glare.
Halloween, the liberating night to wear the mask. For the typical college student, one can run free without judgment and enjoy the promised thrills of darkness.
A group of college students discover an abandoned mansion lying out in the middle of a dense forest with a beautiful clear lake beside it. The middle-of-nowhere setting and the spooky atmosphere was a perfect set-up for a Halloween party. After months of planning, everything came into fruition. The young adults run rampant in the ancient corridors, screaming with ecstasy because of the dark celebration.
Unbeknownst to these students, however, lays a horrifying secret within the unexplored basement. There is a hidden room with a simple wooden door waiting for its secrets to be unlocked. A secret so terrible that would unleash a carnage. A carnage no one can escape.
Tonight will be the longest Halloween night ever for the young students. Nobody will be safe from the rampage. Will you fight for your survival and see the light of day again? Or will your soul be consumed?

The Rules - Must Read!
1. Standard RPA rules apply. Please be respectable to all players.
2. 3rd POV is preferable
3. If you are going to be inactive, please VM/PM/notify me in the OOC thread. After a week of inactivity and no response, I will take control of your character and use him/her as we deem fit. This may include death of your character.
4. Two characters are allowed for each person.
5. Two paragraphs are the recommended minimum. However, I am not too strict about this rule considering I understand writer's block or simple dialogue exchange. Co-post are encourged with the latter situations, though!
6. I request that if you sign up for this RP, that you remain committed to it in the end. However, I understand if you simply lose interest or real life comes up, so please just notify me if you're dropping out

Bryce stands confidently at the height of 6'2 with a lean built. He's oftentimes perceived as both charming and intimidating because of his chiseled face and piercing dark-brown eyes. He wears simple clothes like a black v-neck with a pair of slim jeans, and maybe chukka boots instead of sneakers.

Bryce considers himself very socially adept, he understands it's better to be an interdependence person than an independent person. Every once in a while, he can overestimate his own skills, but frequently makes friends in every situation. He doesn't have any shame with flirting and will often flash his charming smile. He's found the right balance between a high-energy and a reserved person, suitable for most occassions. He does struggle with a genuine persona, though, and often people believe he always has ulterior motives.
Brief History:
Bryce was a very ambitious young man during his first couple years in college. He joined the Army ROTC program with hopes of becoming an infantry officer and leading troops in the battlefield. He was a Criminal Justice major and earned top grades with his classes. He stood out in the cadet program and often ranked in the top-third among his classmates. However, his world crashed at the end of sophomore year when he was medically disqualified from the ROTC program and no longer had the option of joining the military.
Bryce fell into a depression and isolated himself from his friends. He spent the following summer break coping by himself. Eventually, though, he managed to pick himself back up and focused on a hobby he enjoyed for the past few years: writing stories. He decided to switch majors and focus on English, with the hopes of becoming a big-time author one day like George R.R. Martin. However, he is also willing to accept and settle down into becoming an English teacher.
Every once in a while, though, thoughts of what his life could've been... Bryce becomes a much more bitter person.
