Hello, I've recently been playing Final Fantasy X and i wanted to know if anyone wanted to do a Final Fantasy Rp.
It would be with new characters we make up, and you can use any race you know of. Like Guado, al behd, humans, ronso, etc. or wahtever. Though would need a good plot with lots o twist and turns. Would appricate some help on that. Thanks and post if your interested.

Once, about... 2 years ago? I wrote up a massive personal story for FFX. It was about 20 pages of info and stuff for the new world...
Of course I lost it in my last wipe of my hard-drive, but I could try and remember some of those ideas if you wanted.

It's 100 years after Yu-Yevon was killed, Spira is at peace and people have forgotten about the Summoners almost entirely. When suddenly, the temples of the Fayth started to have the Hymn of the Fayth run through them again. People began to wonder what was going on and sent people into the Fayth Chambers to see what was going on.

They never came out, and as they sent in more people to see what happened they found those original few that went in... Had become Fayth themselves. The people in the areas were similar to the original Fayth so the Aeon were almost identical; but there were changes amongst the Aeon's.

Guardian's began to ignore the rules and follow in the Summoner's footsteps, but instead of gaining the ability to summon the Aeon's from their slumber... They gained something else. They gained the power to partially blend with the Fayth, gaining the ability to show a 'true form' where they turned into a part-human part-Aeon creature for a short time.

These Guardians were the true Guardian's, they were able to protect their Summoners even when there was pure chaos. But there was still a wonder, why were Summoners even needed? Well, since Yu-Yevon had returned... A terror had returned as well. This terror was something called a Shadowmourne. It was a creature simmilar to Sin though it wasn't composed of the same stuff as Sin, it was a pure creature made out of shadow. Though the light of the Aeons were able to destroy it, but no summoner had the courage to.

So, the Summoner's once again started their journeys, or pilgrimages, to gain the power necessary to take down this threat. Although, the Guardian's could somehow gain powers beyond a normal human, they could only blend with one Fayth; so most made the wrong choice for them and blended with a Fayth they didn't want to.

A lot of Guardian's tried to blend with a Fayth, but most failed, it took a lot of willpower and a strong person to pull it off... As such, it's not often you come across someone with this power.

Name: Blaine
Age: 19
Race: Human

Power: Blaine is one of the few mages left that practice white magic and black magic together. Although he's skilled in both areas he specialises in group healing spells, tending to keep everyone alive when no one else could. Although he will use black magic to attack if he needed to, he prefers to heal those around him and only incapacitate attackers.

Personality: Blaine's a quiet but efficient person who will help those around him no matter the cost. It's hard for those around him to see past his outer shell, but once anyone says a kind word about him he will open up and show a deep caring person.

Bio: Blaine was born in a small village nestled in the Macalania Woods, it's rare for anyone to visit and as such no one really knows about it. As he grew up there Blaine was seen a bit as an outcast as he spent most of his time writing or drawing, finding his solace in his work he ignored most of what went on around him.

As time continued to pass he decided that after so many years of people staring at him he would try and fit in, but of course things went wrong. As he was talking to someone who had just come into the village a small jolt of fire sparked at his finger tips as he touched hands with the visitor. They left instantly but their hand hadn't even been burnt.

Wondering how it had happened Blaine soon found out that he had magic in his blood, but it had surfaced in a way he didn't want to; as now he couldn't touch anyone without an adverse effect happening. With dread running through his soul he tried and tried to make it stop but whatever he did, no matter how much he practiced with his parents; it would not go away.

Eventually he gave up on it and let it drift from his mind, but eventually he met a person who genuinely liked him. As he shook the person's hand a different sort of magic occurred, instead of flames spewing out from his palm or lightning zapping around his fingers a white light glowed between their hands.

White Magic, as Blaine's eyes glowed the person smiled and accepted him for who he was; becoming one of his first friends. Over the next two years Blaine practiced his art until he could cast magic without touching others, but it was only simple magic as he never had a teacher or instructor. On his 18th birthday he decided it was time for him to make his way in life as being stuck in the village just wasn't for him; so he farewelled his parents and his tiny group of friends.

As he explored Spira with his small amount of money and food he soon found out about the new hum about the Summoner's returning. With confusion he eventually met a few of these 'Summoners' and wondered whether it was true, after he saw a giant beast fight off some Fiends he believed it easily. But he still didn't fully understand.

But as he was fighting off a small group of fiends himself months later he understood their purpose as one helped the group off with him. Her name was Trisha, on that day he swore he would follow and help her until she told him to go away; luckily for him she told him to stay. Now he stays with her and does what he can to help on her Pilgrimage.

Personality: Happy-go lucky, will smile if she is sad cause a lot is expected of her. Though she is stubborn once her mind is set to something. Very devoted to friends.
Bio: Grew up in Luca after the defeat of Sin, though now Yuna is gone etc things have been picked up again and Trisha became interested in becomming a summoner once things picked up again and the Shadowmourner came to light. After Trisha became a full fledged summoner she meet Blaine and they together started on their pillgramge.

Bio: He was once part of an important noble family, but after a betrayal his entire family was decimated. He was the only survivor. Now he wonders the roads living the life of a wanderer, and on his journey he learned abit about black magic which quickly grasped.

Race: Human
Power: 1 heavy sword. A warrior thief hybrid who focuses on speed and defensive techniques (like Sentinel)
Personality: Quiet and reserved. Delph is a strong silent type who is incredibly loyal and always ready to defend his friends and allies in any situation. He doesn’t show his emotion easily, but he cares for his companions greatly.
Bio: Raised by a Ronso, Delph quickly adopted their way of life and training regiment. He often feels more comfortable with their kind than his own. His father figure Ronso Jaier was his best friend, and together they traveled around as guardians to a summoner in training. Unfortunately there was an accident that involved the death of most of the party, and Delph was only spared thanks to Jaier’s tossing him aside and out of harms way. Delph doesn’t like to talk about the accident, and often pretends it never happened. Seeking a new life, he sought out being a guardian to another summoner who he believes will form a traveling group of families. Living as a guardian is the only path he knows, and the only path he believes is for him.

Race: Al Bhed
Power: 2 pistols (only one in picture), knowledge of ancient languages, blitzball player, knowledge of machina and demolitions.
Personality: Like a kid, he dislikes it when told he can't do something, because it will make him want to do it. He loves to be in the middle of the excitement because wants to try it to. He does not see himself as greedy, but overly money conscious. His curiousity is extreme and often gets him into trouble. His pet peeve is when people just assum something because "You don't get anywhere without asking questions". Despite his natural want of self-preservation, he is oddly reliable in the desperate times.
Bio: He was born on Home on Bikanel Island. For all of his life he sacavenged, salvaged, repaired, and retrofited machina for the Al Bhed way of life. Despite being the oldest of 8 he is not the responsible one, because his quest "to know" is an immature obsession. As he scavenged with his family as group leader in the Bikanel Desert their Excavator broke down.

Being the curious guy he is, he hopped around until he found the offending piece of junk that broke his baby. It turned out to be some sort of ancient structure, easily over 500 years old. Though after guessing his way though the eroded inscriptions, he left a note on the excavator's main office saying the most resposible sibling was in charge and good luck on repairing his baby. He only took his personal belongings, tools, and an encripted Sphere from another site. A personal project of his that he would leave to no one else. Though through his journey of getting into too much trouble, getting out of it, and asking too many questions, how would he know that he'd be come a guardian to a summoner that might just save the world?

Name: Lumen Armani Ronso
Age: 47
Race: Ronso
Power: A Samurai Ronso. He uses the forgotten arts of Iaido and knows many moves of the Samurai, some of which haven't been seen in thousands of years. Being a Ronso, he naturally has access to Blue Magics, but he doesn't know that much, preferring to use his souba.
Personality: Lumen is very much different from most Ronso. Compared to the Guado, his intelligence is very much the same, being above most, if not all, the Ronso. He speaks in all of the languages, including one that is nearly forgotten. He only speaks that language when he is thinking to himself, so if you hear him speaking some very strange words, don't interrupt. Outside of battle, you see someone who is very kind and gentle, but in battle, he is very strange and serious. He acts with a sense of honor, only fighting when he believes he is needed, but he will freely give advice during battle if he believes he is not.
Bio: Lumen was born on Mt. Gagazet during a strange time. It was during the phase of the Moon of Blood, a time most of the Ronso have entered a state of rage. They expected Lumen to be an evil pup when he was born, but he wasn't. In fact, he was really knid and gentle, but he possessed an intelligence worthy of an Elder and possibly beyond. Other than that, he grew up the normal life of a Ronso, protecting Mt. Gagazet, until he became what the Ronso consider an adult. When that happened, he left and traveled the world, learning about Spira, her people, the people's languages, and the ways of the Samurai. When he became thirty, he found a book in Bevelle that showed the ancient arts of the Samurai in full detail, allowing Lumen to learn the moves in no time at all. In fact, at the age of forty, Lumen achieved the rank of Master Samurai, something only five other people in history have done.

Lumen has now considered himself retired, but that was until he heard of a girl going on a pilgrimmage. While this would usually not cause him to further investigate, he has decided that this girl might in act be able to save everyone. Now, he is watching her from afar, waiting for when his services will be needed.

If you guys all read my first post in the IC where it explains the plot you will understand, that some guardians can fuse with the fayth, meaning that the aeons give the guardian some of their powers, so if you called valeron for example the guardian who was chosen to merge with that aeon would look a little like the aeon for example you would get the wings beak of the aeon.
Does that make sense? xD

Xarel: Yeah i was wondering how that would work. Perhaps he was learning it but it was difficult for him, and he could only seem to get a handle on the defensive abilities. Maybe Lumen could train him a bit as well.

Even without all that sparkly stuff and that flying or swimming or whatever that was, it was still really romantic. Actually that extra stuff was like, a bit "oooookaaay" to me. Just talking about Zanarkand and the very first kiss in the lake after he swam around was enough "aww" for me to be like, what a sweet moment. I also wouldn't mind having one of those but then again, who wouldn't right? Well obviously some wouldn't but in general.

I'd say what your character was talking about is well enough to be left and pondered, it's true too... Sometimes Guardians could might as well go crazy in the trials, imagine if you were stuck in the Trial having no idea what to do and you stayed there for days on end? I think I'd go crazy. XD

I know I would. I'm usually good at puzzles, but if I get stuck on one, I go crazy. I could only imagine what would happen if I got stuck in a Trial...

Anyways, my character will be standing back a bit longer... watching, so don't be surprised if something black appears in battle and kills something.

yes real epic. If it's alright, i would like to not play him, especially since i might have to fight him. Then again it might be easier to play both. Won't be as epic though in one post. Age: 19

Race: Human

Power: Lucas has a seven foot long sword that he keeps to his side. It is held in a pitch black sheath. The hilt design is covered in black leather.

Personality: Lucas is most often the quiet type when it comes to meeting new people, but he is often polite when approached. He is very protective of his friends. Lucas often speaks out when he feels someone has been wronged or has been wronged himself.

Bio: Lucas was born and raised in Luca. In Luca, Lucas was never able to obtain a sword or fashion his skills in the art of swordplay. However, at age sixteen, Lucas finally sought his opportunity to leave the city of Luca and to explore other cities.

At age seventeen he obtained his first sword at Guadosalam by an elder Guado. Lucas remained in Guadosalam for the next year and a half to practice his own form of swordplay.

On Lucas' eighteenth birthday, his interest was perked when he heard tell of the old religion that once claimed the lives of many people, warriors and summoners alike. He refered back to the elder Guado from whom he had received his weapon for details, but received very little.

Lucas began traveling, searching for more information on this mysterious "Yevon" religion.

Would be simple and soon. And i don't mind an NPC blaine fyi. But i think i would prefer him dead (no offense) rather than floating around. It would be nice to make it real dramatic, respectable, and maybe just a little bit epic. Those thugs could also be a force fighting against us. Yuna had a bunch of those weird enemies hmm.
