Here is where I'll keep my characters. These are not of my own creation, I have ripped them out of anything I wanted and have already cleared it with Naz.

Name: Cpt. Cutler's Ghost, or just Cpt. Cutler.
Age: His death was in the late 60's, when he was about 60, so somewhere around 110.
Gender: Male.
Race: Human Ghost.
Hair: None anymore.
Build: He is a thick looking being, do to his old-school scuba suit. His undeadness has given him super-strength he did not have in his life. He is an incredibly heavy being weighing a whoppin' 350 pounds. This makes him slow in run and slower in walk. It also makes him hard to knock down.
Height: Six feet 5 inches.
Eyes: Not visible.
Distinctive features: Cpt Cutler, due to being extremely large, thumps the ground every time he steps, making him very noticeable. Not to metion the groans and creaks coming off him. This makes him very un-steathy and will likely fall to ant stealth used against him, as he can't hear through the helmet and the helmet also blocks almost all peripheral vision.

Clothes: Cpt. Cutler wears and incredibly heavy scuba suit of iron and thick leather. While this is good at keeping water at bay, it also blocks most sword slashes and arrows. Of course, stabbing hard enough or bludgeoning him with any manner of blunt object might help.
Weapons: Cpt. Cutler doesn't use weapons of the norm, shown by the fact that he uses a large, alga covered anchor (http://www.scuba-jamaica.com/images/divepictures/spanish_anchor.jpg), which he can swing around or use as a sort of axe. The anchor is just as heavy as the Captain, so if he does swing it, it'll be awhile before it get back into his posession. If used as an axe swinging can be just as slow, but effective if it hits its mark.
His Speargun is a curious weapon. It isn't desinged for killing, but rather,
acquisition. It is attached to a long rope that he can use, if you are hit with it, drag you in and attempt to kill you. The down side is that it isn't that accurate and he only has one spear to use, because he only has on length of rope.
Abilities: Cpt. Cutler's greatest asset is that he can breath and walk under water, leading to his only stealth ability. If any area has water, he will eventually retreat there, possibly forcing others in with him. This can also be means of escape. This could be a disadvantges against any 'ice' type magic, as that water could be frozen...with him with it.
Between a chain and an anchor.
The Captain swing his anchor around you and into the ground. As you are twisted up in the chain, he begins to pull on the other end, possibly crushing you. If he misses, it takes longer to pull in than a normal, and drains him of stregth to use the axe, to which he resorts to his fists.

Cutler uses his Spear gun to instead booby-trap an area with the rope to have people fall on their asses, and possibly roll into water, where he is lurking. Downside is he sacrifices his only spear, and cannot use it to drag someone.
Specialty Ability:
I'm onna boat!
Cutler loads and extremly large harpoon onto his speargun and fires into the water. If the water is wide and deep enough, he uses half of his strength to pull his sunken vessel out of the water. This serves as an alternate battle area suited for close combat. This last for five posts and slowly sinks each post. He sacrifices his gun again and half his strength, meaning he can no longer use the anchor, falling back to his fists. The first post he retreats and rests in the lower, still sunken bowls of the ship. This is a very circumstantial ability, and can only be used if the right conditions are met.
Other Abilities/attributes: Cutler isn't adept at hand-to-hand. Due to his weight, he is slow and clumsy, and many fast characters could dodge him outright. But, if he does hit you, you might get a little airborn. He doesn't look it, but he can move very fast underwater. Well, fast for him. He also glows green and leaves green footsteps, which works against him.
Personality: Cutler is devoid of emoition and soul. He is instructed to fight and that's what his does. In life, his greed forced him to fake his death and become the captain. He isn't stupid by any means, he can be crafty and resourcefull, though, that's a last resort.
Background: Captain Cutler's Ghost was the "ghost" of Captain Cutler who one dark, foggy night collided with a yacht and followed his ship down to the ocean floor. After a while he began to haunt Rocky Point Beach and take his revenge to the yachts at the marina by making them disappear. He is dressed in a glowing diving suit and leaves glowing footprints wherever he goes from a type of seaweed found only in Graveyard of Ships. It was revealed that he was still alive and was stealing the yachts and selling them. He was murdered in person, but his spirit found his old suit. He began to roam Rocky Point Beach as an actual ghost. Skynet picked him up thinking it was the living version.

Name: Dr. Abraham Van Helsing
Age: 57
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Hair: Abraham has short, dark brown hair that has thin wisps of grey here and there. It has receded a short ways and is parted to the right. He also has pointy sideburns that project out on his cheeks.
Build: Abraham is of a tall, thin build due to his age. While he is by no means frail, he is not of a warriors strength or endurence. His strength is of average middle-aged male. What he does possess is an vast strength of the mind, which pushed him forward if his body disagrees.
Height: 5 foot 9 inches.
Eyes: Pale grey.
Distinctive features: Nothing peculiar stands out with Abraham. He does appear older than he is. He also have a very broad bone structure in his face.
Clothes: Van Helsing wears a red silk vest over a white dress shirt and red tie. He sports a pair of heavy velvet trousers along with a fine pair of leather shoes. He also wears a pair of jet black leather gloves as to not get the blood of the damned on him.

Weapons: Reinforced Steel Rapier. (http://www.aurorahistoryboutique.com/products/C000496_L.jpg) This was reinforced to stand up against stronger, combat used weapons. While it can pierce and slash flesh with ease, it falters against most metal armor and thick leaters.
Hidden among his person are a number of vials of holy water. These do divine damage against all manners of undead, demonic, or just plain hellish creatures, but only so. These serve as nothing more than drinking water against humans or mythical adversaries.
The golden cross he holds serves a sentimental purpose. Though, if worst comes to worse, he can use it to bludgeon people. It also holds and enchantment...
Abilities:
Holy Fire
Abraham holds out his cross and mutters a prayer as the cross begins to glow white hot in his hands. After the prayer is over, it releases a cone of blue fire in a short distance that could set fire to anything(demonic) it touches. Against human enemies, it distracts and disorients without doing any damage. He is inactive to do anything else during the prayer, and the time it takes to say it takes up a post, and the fire will be the next move he makes.

Ring of Fire.
More of a defense ability, Van Helsing uses all of his holy water by pouring it in a large circle around him and saying a prayer and setting it ablaze with holy blue fire. No demonic force can go through it. It has the same effect on humans as Holy Fire. Lasts for 2 posts, in which one Van Helsing rests and takes note of the situation. 'Watering' the area is quick enough, but the prayer is longer than the one for Holy Fire. The Ring is erected at the end of the post.
Other Abilities/attributes: Van Helsing is a master swordsman and possess a skill with his rapier which is a sight to behold. As such, he may preform many pierces and slashes which tire him out, to which he relies onto Ring of Fire.
Personality: Abraham Van Helsing is a cunning and intelligent man, and believes that the good of all mankind comes before self-interests. He has a vast knowledge of all manner of demonic, undead, ethereal beings. He is a very stern and no-nonsense man of the highest calibur. He also isn't above judging his opponent, in battle or person.
Background: Abraham was born into a wealthy family of doctors and teachers. Whilst on a vacation in eastern Turkey, he had his first encounter with a vampire, that had bit his brother. He asked the locals about what happened. They told him that he could not be saved from his mystery illness, only set free with a stake.
Painfully, he went to the hut where his brother was resting and pounded the stake into his heart. His brother screamed in a hellish low voice, and was set ablaze in normal flames as his body crumbled, leaving only the skeleton. Since that day, he vowed to kill any vampie he came across, leading to the battle with the worst of the worst, Dracula.
His skills strengthened over the years, and when his battle with Dracula finally came, he was more than ready. after a long, destructive battle, Dracula was finally killed with a stake. As Van Helsing left Dracula's castle, he saw what he had thought was a messenger from god. It was not. He was abducted by the shadowy Skynet corporation and forced to fight in the arena. Seeing as how many of the things he vowed to kil were there, he saw no problem with it.
