Name: Ichiro Kichibei
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: Japanese
Physical Appearance: Ichiro, standing at a modest 5' 7", embodies the average height of a male in Japan. His physique leans towards the slender side, having played tennis in high school and college, though strenuous physical activities no longer entertain him. With a mane of black hair that occasionally pokes into his brown eyes, he often finds the need to trim to keep his vision unobstructed. Notably, his skin carries a subtle tan, having been raised on a farm. He is always wearing black framed nerdy-looking glasses, as without them everything becomes a blur. Always prepared, he carries three pairs with him at all times.
Occupation (before the end of the world): 4th Year Medical Resident
Weapon of Choice: Scalpels; anything solid and wieldable
Notable Features: Has nearsightedness and cannot see beyond 10 feet. Must wear glasses.
Brief Biography: Ichiro's early years was spent on his family's farm, a legacy passed down since World War Two. While tradition dictated that he follow in his family's footsteps as farmers, Ichiro had aspirations beyond the farm life. His hunger for knowledge and a desire to free himself from the confines of the farm led him to dream of becoming a scholar.
His journey began with admission to Kyoto Academy for Boys, where he dedicated his teenage years studying with unwavering determination, to prove to his family that tradition does not define a person. Despite the pressures to conform, Ichiro remained stubborn in his pursuit of a different path, fueled by his passion for medicine.
However, his goals were not without obstacles. His father's devout religiosity clashed with Ichiro's scientific mindset, creating a chasm between them that only widened with time. Throughout his educational career, Ichiro's father had constantly tried to stop Ichiro, such as by stealing his scholarship money or secretly destroying his property, unbeknownst to Ichiro.
Eventually, Ichiro's obstacles did not stop him, securing a place at Kyoto University where he set his eyes on becoming a doctor. As he set off on his residency on the outskirts of the bustling city, Ichiro found himself at the crossroads of tradition and modernity, navigating the complexities of society, until...

The infected are humans who have been infected by the Cordyceps brain infection and subsequently mutated into horrific new forms. The resulting creatures are aggressive and will attack any uninfected human and animals on sight. For more information. (https://thelastofus.fandom.com/wiki/Infected#Physical_appearance)
Runners are people who recently turned into infected. They are defined by their intense speed, sluggish attacks, and tendency to attack people in hordes.
Lungers are a varied form of Runners, defined by their incredibly muscular legs that allow them to leap very high and pounce on their prey.
Clickers are people who have been infected for at least one year. The long time elapse has allowed the fungus to spread all over their bodies, blinding them and forcing them to use echolocation to find prey. However, the fungus has granted them enhanced strength, making them fearsome foes in close-quarters combat.
Launchers are a varied form of Clickers, defined by their capability to spread fungal spores into the air from a very great distance. The spores are lethally toxic if too much is consumed and in rare cases may turn an uninfected into an infected. Rather than using echolocation to locate its prey, the Launchers are permanently blind, sticks closely to other Launcher, some even fusing with one another.
Bloaters have been infected for several years. The fungus has led them to become slow and blind, yet incredibly strong and resilient with the fungal growth serving as armor plating. Bloaters can also tear fungus from their bodies to use as spore bombs and throw them at their enemies.
Pac-Man is a unique stage of infected that developed in an unknown facility. Formed from sumo wrestlers and large humans-alike, Pac-Man is colossal in strength and size, and is known to have a giant, gaping mouth for a stomach, hence its name, "Pac-Man."
