@SaltyIrishman; @Lu321; @Enigma; Do we want to play out the time at the port stopping for supplies or just time skip and get right into the action on the island finding treasure? I am always open for creative ideas to keep the action and interest in this roleplay going.
-
I'm fine with whatever, but the port might be interesting.
-
I'm fine either way. If anybody has any leaning towards either option, I'm all for it.
-
I suggest going to port. Ship should be ready to take on the enemy.
@BurningSun22; do we have a name for the previous captain? Otherwise Boggs will call him Randall.
Sorry, should have asked first before bringing in Boggs. Just a spur of the moment NPC.

@BurningSun22;
NPC Application
Name: Jeremiah Samuel Boggs
Age: 43
Race: Human
Appearance: Rather fatherly looking man, with graying dark hair and a gray beard. He is tall and has still has something of a muscular build. His skin is tanned. He has thick bushy eyebrows and a small mouth. (picture Mr. Gibbs from the Pirates of the Caribbean.)
Powers: Reasonably good shot with a pistol or cannon, able hand with a cutlass.
Character Flaw(s): Heavy drinker in port. Known to gossip.
Weapons: brace of pistols, cutlass, dagger.
Job on Ship: Third mate, voted down from bosun. Training of crew and maintaining the ship. Usually stands the midwatch, from midnight to 4 AM.
Background: As a young lad, he received a friendly pint from a stranger, discovering after he drank it down that the Queen's Shilling was lying on the counter underneath it, and just like that he was impressed into her Majesty's Royal Navy.
He managed to work his way up to a trusted position in eight years, when they ran into the Spanish and he awoke to find himself clinging to a hunk of the mast, with no ship in sight. Figuring he had enough with the Royal Navy, he got himself a job as a sailor on a British merchantman heading home, but the fates conspired against him. Captain Flynn needed himself a new bosun, and Mr. Boggs was forced at sword point to sign the articles in front of both captains.
Things changed though when Captain Flynn took another merchantman whose cargo included Dragon. While he would have said Flynn's ship was no fit place for a child, he conceded that one whose skin was as red as perdiction itself belonged on the ship.
When Blackfin joined the crew, he backed down and was elected to third mate.

@Enigma; NPC approved! The previous Captain's name was Flynn. No worries! I am fine with people playing multiple characters, it makes it more fun! I like the idea of filling out the character bio and then awaiting approval :).
OK we will go to port then!
-
Sorry for the delay folks, I had some stuff I needed to do.

Just waiting for @Lu321; response then we will be at port ready for some adventures :)

Do you have room for one more? I'm catching up on the IC right now. If so any thoughts on a crew position that is needed?
