Default A 30-Year-Old Apple Computer Still Works

Well, I might not be a big fan of Apple, but I have to admit, this is pretty impressive. I mean, most computers don't last 30 years like this one apparently did. This was posted February 19, 2019, so it is fairly recent. But go ahead, and read the article and discuss your thoughts on this 30-year-old computer.

But, if I am being totally honest, this is probably not something a computer built today could do. Just saying.

Actually, if kept in a reasonably dry environment there is no reason a computer from today unhooked and stored would not turn on 30+ years from now. Probably the main reason you don't see a 30 year pc still running is because most pcs get upgraded regularly; Whereas makes simply get replaced.

You are spitting bro, like how you see a decent few C64s VIC20s etc. kicking around despite coming out a fair while ago

    Not particularly surprised.
I know there are some Raytheon AGCs that are still operational.
