Team Aqua Grunt #1: You want to get creamed that badly? *Snickering* You must be a bigger fool than we could have thought. You really want to get creamed... Well... Okay... It's your wish.

Team Aqua Grunt #1: *Calling out a pokemon* Sharpedo... Come out and give this tech geek a nice chomp!

Team Aqua Grunt #2: *Calling out a Pokemon* Crawdaunt... Come and throw down a Crab-Hammer upon this geek. Let's go!

    "Sharpedo"

    "Crawdaunt"

Uh-oh... looks like the battle has just begun. It's gonna be a real beating... What's Donald gonna do?

"I choose Brionne and Mimikyu!" Donald sent out his aforementioned Pokémon. He knew even with type advantage slightly favoring him, it would take a strategy that would fit a gym battle to defeat them.

Team Aqua Grunt #1: *Scoffs* we’re only with one a piece… because it’s the two of us. But there’s only one of you and you’re using 2? For a tech geek… you sure don’t adhere to rules too well, do you? But if you really think that you might stand a worthy chance at beating us… bring it… let’s see what you got, techno-Freak!

it was a challenge… no idea as to how it was gonna turn out… but it was now… on!

"Guys like you are the last people who should preach about the rules of battle," Donald rebutted before making his opening call, "I called out two to make this a proper double battle. Mimikyu, give Sharpedo a Curse; Brionne turn on the Charm at Crawdaunt!" Donald's Mimikyu pulled up his rag and flashed Sharpedo with the darkness underneath, putting a Curse on it while Brionne did a little dance that would not have looked out of place at a beauty pageant, causing Crawdaunt's Attack stat to harshly drop.

Team Aqua Grunt #1: *Guffawing* Are you serious? Really? You've got to be kidding us. Attract? My Crawdaunt is a woman.Your Brionne is a woman from what it looks like. It has no affect. You just made a faulty move! Plus... A Curse? You serious? Sharpedo is not easily affected by that. Can't you tell the protection it's wearing to help ward off such attacks? What else do you got, Techie? Is there anything better in that little toy box of tricks of yours?

What was going on? A barrage trade of taunts? Looks like there are wits being put on the line. Will Donald be able to pony up his share of wits to outwit them?

"One, Charm will weaken the target's attack stat no matter the gender; two, the majority of starter Pokémon are male; three, only one move has been recorded to be able to ward off a ghostly Curse; and four, you two should have focused on the battle—your Sharpedo is feeling the pain and your taunting cost you enough time for my Pokémon to catch you monologuing," Donald rebutted, "Brionne, Moonblast at Sharpedo; Mimikyu, Play Rough with Crawdaunt!" Donald's Pokémon took the cue to launch their offensive attacks after Sharpedo felt Mimikyu's curse—Brionne fired a beam of moonlight that struck Sharpedo for a direct hit and Mimikyu started roughhousing with Crawdaunt, avoiding the claws. Both attacks were super effective.

Seeing their Pokémon take cheap shots, really pissed off the Aqua grunts. "Sharpedo, Poison Fang at Brionne!"
    "Crawdaunt, Razor Shell at Mimikyu!"
"Brionne, give Sharpedo a few bars of your Sing attack; Mimikyu, let Crawdaunt have your signature move of Let's Snuggle Forever!" Donald pulled out a Z-Power Ring equipped with a Mimikium-Z, donned it to his left wrist and performed the dance moved to activate the move. "Tapu Bulu, lend us your power!" Donald prayed as his Mimikyu, charged with Z energy zipped out of sight. Sharpedo jetted towards Brionne and gave the performer seal a nasty poison-laced bite. Luckily for Donald, Brionne was not badly poisoned from the bite. Crawdaunt was looking around for Mimikyu before its target suddenly made a reappearance, flying through the air and enveloping Crawdaunt with his rag. Shenanigans were happening under Mimikyu's rag as the shade was beating up Crawdaunt. Brionne recovered from getting bitten and let off a bright glow, growing in size and tripling its length before the glow subsided to reveal a Primarina. Primarina let loose its pipes and sang a lullaby with a dulcet voice similar to a Chimecho's. Sharpedo fell asleep as Mimikyu jumped off of Crawdaunt, revealing the freshwater rogue knocked out from the powerful move. The sleeping Sharpedo felt more pain from Mimikyu's Curse and the damage was enough for Sharpedo to faint. The Team Aqua grunts were aghast as Donald recalled his Mimikyu and his newly-evolved Primarina.

Team Aqua Grunt #2: You really think that it matters what you try to pull? You say that Charm might affect the pokemon regardless of gender... Maybe. But... You recently called for Attract. That isn't Charm. Attract is different. It causes the target of a pokemon of different gender to be infatuated. Why don't you go back to trainer school after this battle? You clearly don't know the difference. We may be henchmen of a bad team... But even we know that. We had to go to trainer school when we were little tykes. It was one of the lessons that we learned. So... Please... don't go trying to make like your charm did anything to infatuate my Sharpedo. Because we may be foolish to be following the reins of a evil team. But... We're not STUPID!

There was a trade of words on both ends... But from what Team Aqua had in mind... and what they were letting out... it was nailing the screws right in the center. Right where it hurt. Right in the center.

However what they didn't see was that nearby...

Anistar's Braviary was flapping in the air. Up high where it could make a move on the Grunts... but yet keep hidden from sight.

Something was bound to happen... and soon.

"You're right about that one," Donald agreed with them being fools, "Still, wake up and smell the saltwater. Sharpedo and Crawdaunt are both down for the count and unless you two have more Pokémon up your sleeves, this battle's victor is yours truly." His Espeon mentally clued him in to the Braviary flying high in the sky.
