So I'm replaying this again, after being away from it for almost 3 years, "trying" to choose other options in this playthrough and actually playing through the DLCs (because I finally got them at a HUGE sale- for I will not pay 15 euro for each DLC). I'm saying trying because some options were still the same... >.>
Spoiler: spoilers from this point onward
Either way, I've started to play the DLCs.
While the descent story (and weird ending- a la Mass effect conduct weird)- was just SO GOOD.
I mean, just listen to this theme song:
And whenever there is battle, the music just getting you so much into this, there are moments you forget this is just a game. The whole deep roads was just fantastic too.
And then comes Jaw of Hakkon...
And once again fetch quests - To which I draw a comic and wrote a little on.
I really hope the final DLC will be more epic... because I still think that DA:I has done a lot of good and a lot of bad with their quests. It's a shame most of them are just not... intersting aside of "doing this" and "helping there". I am giving props to the many options you can do with this game though, including the dragon keep, which enables you a new world state each time you play.
Still furious that the true ending was a DLC though :/
by the way, continue of finding faults in Jaw of Hakkon:
NPC : you have done well... now go there and read those runes
My char : Can't you just tell me?!
NPC : Because you want to know about our cultures, you need to put some efforts. Beside I spent 3 months curving it (aka someone worked to make this really small and stupid fetch quest *groans*)
So I finished the Trespasser and I feel like this was supposed to either be part of the main game or something for a new game. This should have never been a dlc :/
I also considered it laking... not to be as good as the The Descent. But nice music I'll give them that.
The fact they added some kind of golden nug into it that allow you some level of synchronization across all games a great bonus. I started a new game and I saw it auto moved to my new playthrough, which kinda gives the feelings of a game + (Nice one on that regard).
