1. This is an open world role-play where strong, mature character relationships are sure to happen (and is encouraged). Remember, this world is what you, the players, can make of it. Certain changes can be made or modified upon request and/or reason.
2. No god-moding (power playing). You may not control another player's character w/o that player's permission. This also includes certain NPC's personally created by another player.
3. Three characters per player is the current limit. Child Characters don't necessarily count towards limit. In fact, Child Characters, below the age of 12, don't necessarily require a full profile. They're just starting out life and such. Simply use the NPC Profile Setup for children instead. Lastly, You may create an unlimited amount of NPCs. NPC's come and go. So why not make a shit ton of them? Eh? EHHH?
4. Please, try to have your character(s) interact with more than one other character or set of characters. I strongly encourage DIVERSITY when creating your character profiles. Cough....cough....COUGH Having too many characters with very similar personalities and body is fucking boring...quickly. Let's shake-up some shit together, guys!
5. The minimum posting requirement is TWO proper paragraphs. Tips: Use a spelling/grammar checker and review your post(s) before submitting it. Typos happen, shit it happens to me often. However, It's important for people to understand your writing. Avoid "text speak". Example: "Plz dnt tlk lyk dis." Employ the use of quotation marks when your character is speaking and DO NOT use (*) for actions. Example: *Reads lame freakin' book, then places it down on table*
6. You may put a picture or banner of your character (anime/illustrated only) in your posts.
7. DO NOT post profile(s) inside IC thread. When submitting a profile, post said profile HERE (LINK TO BE ADDED SOON) Also, include all important information in your profile. Don't leave out important info for the sake of "suspense", either. If you discover something new about your character, add it to your profile.
8. If you want to become a proper business owner, just tell me. Properly complete, then submit the new business permit form, via in character, at city hall during it's stated business hours. Your new business establishment, upon approval, will be added onto the Custom Job Listing section. Please remain age sensitive job wise. For Example: No doctor, of any kind, should be 17 years old.
9. To keep the role play moving, I will occasionally submit a time progression post. Morning to afternoon, afternoon to evening, evening to night (Nights will be relatively short). This is NOT a time skip, but do make sure your character responds appropriately. When I do make a time skip, you are expected to make sure your next post responds accordingly.
10. Keep OOC (out of character) to a minimum in the IC thread. There's an OOC thread for a reason.

Your profile will remain listed in case you decide to come back.
12. Pregnancy: Alright, if your character(s) becomes pregnant, then she must wait full seasons before giving birth. All other grays depends on you bro.
13. Zombies, Werewolves and Vampires are not allowed. Everyone is Human. Period. However, such supernatural beings like spirits and ghost are allowed. People that can interact with said (like shamans, monks, priest, etc).
14. Characters must be the age of 21 and higher to work certain emergency jobs. For example: Police Officer, Fireman, Ranger, Doctor, Surgeon etc. Characters must be the age of 25 and higher to own certain businesses or work certain government jobs. Your character can have multiple jobs if working part-time. Part-timers may have the maximum of three jobs. Some characters could be(come) jobless depending on the circumstances. Note: A player's character reserves the right to terminate another player character from owned business(es) if necessary. Don't lose your bro.
15. I reserve the right to modify and/or add new rules accordingly.
