Alright lets actually begin this thing then.
Been a damn month or so, and this is a day I don't feel absolutely awful, so let's actually begin this thing.
So let's have it properly start on Saturday next week, and on the Saturday after that be the date for the first submission. Let's keep pieces to around 2,000 words maximum, and when submitting a piece, you post your own thread for it where people can give feedback and discuss and such. Can be fiction, non-fiction, autofiction, whatever as long as it don't violate any of the site rules (which should be obvious).
Leading up to the week it properly starts, everyone interested can suggest a prompt, and when the time comes to start writing, people can use one or more of the suggested prompts. Just mention whatever prompts you've used somewhere in your piece.
Guess I'll start things off and give, hm, let's have something simple like Window for my first prompt. Can get right metaphorical or literal with that one.
