At length even the panic that hit Megamark as he saw he was being separated from all others before all of what surrounded his pod was shielded from his view while he was being shielded now became wearisome and he turned from it. If help was coming as he has been led to trust with petitioning for it, he should wait with his circumstances as patiently as he might. There was light in the pod for him anyway and enough provided for breathing a very long time, and he had a supply of water and some small amount of food there with him. His items were stored there, for any other need should he ever be free from this containment, which he would make sure to take with him if he did gain that freedom, where he might continue living. And there were instruments on a panel at the end he could easily reach, with instructions shown by them. Right away then he saw there was something for starting a beacon, which would be useful if there was a need to be found. This was most certainly the time there was this need. He then turned it on.

Down the hallway, a large hatch for the service elevator slid open. The transport bot paused, checking the corridor before venturing out, the replacement holo-table in its box sitting on top of the bot. It made its way carefully down the passageway, on the lookout for passengers. Fortunately, there were none encountered as it reached the portside observation lounge.

It trundled into the lounge area, then beeped loudly to announce its presence.

"Ah, speak of the devil..." Iris grinned, walking over and giving the robotic luggage transportation cart a friendly pat. "Standby."

She squatted down, slipping her arms around the box and lifted it, warning Qerrik, "Please stay there, it's fine. If a passenger gets hurt, it goes on my review."

Putting down the box, she slit the top open and began unwrapping the protective plastic packaging from the holo-table.

Megamark still bided his time. He had done what he could, he could just still hope which was what was still left, trusting all that he was capable of would not be left to waste by that watching over him.
