Circle of Floating Candles (Costume Contest)

Don't be shy my little ones. You're exactly where you are meant to be, there's one more place in The Glen that you haven't been. Aren't you just a little curious?



In The Glen you see a faint glow several feet away from you, just out of the corner of your eye. The glow pulls you in until you can feel the warmth and see a circle of floating candles. Reaching a hand out, your fingertips touch the wax creation and it displaces, floating slowly away only to be drawn back into perfect alignment.

Transfixed you step inside and are transported to another land, one of glamour, vanity, and full out celebration of the spooky season. Taking a look around, you see you're in a vast dressing room. Racks upon racks of clothing of all shapes and colours, everything you might need for the greatest Halloween costume is right at your fingertips. All you need do, is reach out and take it.

For one night, and one night only, you'll become the living embodiment of your avatar. How will you dress them for what comes next? You didn't think we'd dress up for no reason, did you? At the end of the room is a dramatic curtain of red velvet, and just beyond... a grand staircase in a magnificent home. You are called to descend, and show what you have put together to the masked revelers gathered. Join the celebration.

Spoiler: Rules and Other Information 

The game is simple. As the physical embodiment of your avatar, or one of your most prized characters, you will have to walk the runway. In so doing, explain the details of the look, what inspired it and what it means to you and your creation. After that you are free to engage with the other participants for a night of festivities in true RP form as folks continue to make their entrances. Go on, don't be shy, make a new friend, or see how your existing friends have transformed for this event.

As always there are just a few rules

1. There may only be only entry per member. Once your identity and look is set, that is the role you will assume in this thread until the event concludes after Halloween.

2. A member may join at any point during the RPA Fall Event series.

3. All RPA rules do apply, and anything complying with the mature rules should be hidden within a spoiler.

4. This is a one time RP, so make the most of it!

5. There are no winners or losers here, we're all in this engage, interact and enjoy the company of our community members.
