In July 1969, the Steg family of Sandpoint, Idaho, was one of the first families in the city to have a color television set.
The reason for this purchase was to watch the Moon landing.
However, the Moon landing was broadcasted in black and white.
Now, this post may seem like a waste of time, but it doesn't seem that way when you learn the name of my grandfather, Robert Steg, who was the one who purchased said color set.
