Please Eddren we need to have some air of realism. I mean there's dragons and Destrin shadow of the colossused a demono's sack but still, its the principles .

But I want you to consider this for a moment, Tolvo--
The Southern Kingdom's Navy suffers from a major flaw. Possibly one that can stop it from being the most powerful force in the world. And that's the fact that it can only currently sail through liquids. Now, as we all know, a large percentage of human beings don't actually live on liquids, but on solid landmasses. This means that, with proper maneuvering, they can escape the bulk of our navy by doing nothing further than walking away!
With this in consideration, a lot of our firepower is limited, and there is but one solution. Develop a technique by which to sail boats on land.
I fully support this ambition.
The Palaces will greatly benefit!

I mean they sort of do have that already by means of the Battlemaster tank. It's just, faster, more armored, and more efficient.
