It's gonna be a bit before I can get a CS up, as I need to build the character.
But I do like the idea of using Nightmares as weapons.(Nightmare is a colorway offered by Sig Arms on many of their handguns.)

Question - Do most operatives join the organization, or can they be recruited by some means?
If recruitment is possible, how does that happen? (Are they approached secretly, by force, other?)
Members of nonhuman communities generally have some idea of what Ouroboros is, even if they don’t fully know what the organization does.
Certain people who have, usually through interactions with the supernatural, shown promise may be offered a chance to join the organization.

This incident caused Carson to show his other form, but was hospitalized as a result.
Shortly after this, Carson was located and recruited by The Ouroboros Organization.
