Idea I had in mind, thanks to Dnafein, is to create a special challenge for NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) with a special reward to it.
What do you think m139?

Oohh... That could be fun.
Did you have any particular ideas?

Well... reaching word count of 50,000 by the end of the month, me think... somehow... dunno what more.
Hmm...
It's hard enough to get people to 1,000 words- 50,000 words is even more- unless, perhaps, everyone's words together must tally up to 50,000

Maybe "continue the story" type of dea? few people need to work together to reach 50,000?
Perhaps.
Thing with continue the story is you have to wait for a previous part and all that, if you are using the same characters. And people might be working on the same thing.
Perhaps, to make it better, have it a sort of open world with different events going on at the same time? Sort of like the great disaster strikes a land and how everyone deals with it. Someone could be in charge of writing a conclusion at the very end that links everything together.
Or maybe create a profile for one man, and just make it a collection of short stories that relate to his or her many adventures.

Okay, so I made a thread, let's vote and submit opinions:

Just saying, the prompts entries I posted for last month were still posted on September 30th my time, even if they were not counted for the upper leaderboard.
But that really is not the point...
What I am trying to ask is, if you would be so kind, that you add in the rules what exact time these prompts need to get in to count. It would make it easier if I end up doing it last minute again (and I do tend to do this). Thanks, if for nothing else, than for the consideration!
