Brief Personality: Maeve is a hot-headed stubborn girl who uses humor to make and keep friends. She's strong-willed and lives to make sure she gets everything she wants while still servicing others. She's quick to lend a hand to anyone in need. She does not back down from fights.
Backstory: Maeve was born on Teardrop Island - the island belonging to Utwan. On a fishing expedition, her mother and father drowned after their boat capsized on a sand bar. Maeve was old enough to take care of herself, and has ever since, taking trips to Armaretto, holding odd jobs with the farmers nearby, canoeing herself to and from her birthplace, fishing. Maeve is very much independent, as she was forced to be. She doesn't have many friends as she doesn't know many people her age.

The image above is based on what Ao will look like when he's fully grown. As a hatchling, he'll be much smaller. But even so, Ao is sleek and elegant. Most of his body is covered in metallic blue scales, the color of the brightest Morning Glory. Softer, vulnerable sand-colored scales run along his belly and the underside of his graceful neck. He has wings which span twice the length of his body when fully extended, and a thin tail that often sweeps back and forth in excitement. Since he's still learning to fly, and his wings are so large, the wind sometimes carries him off like a kite. Eventually, he'll grow into them, or learn to fly with the wind instead of against it.

Jagged ridges run from the back of his head to the tip of his tail. Two long horns rise up behind his ears, and his face is decorated in much smaller spikes. Four sets of claws complete his rather imposing physique... At least they would, if they were fully grown. For the time being, they're nothing more than small, dull daggers.

Personality: Despite Ao's potential to be very frightening, his personality counters his appearance. He's very fun-loving, quirky, adventurous, and daring. Always the one to crack off a joke, Ao doesn't usually take things seriously, and he's often distracted. His sense of fear was lost long ago, and he's unaware of his own mortality. To Ao, danger is just another word for fun.

If he's out of sight, he's probably causing trouble. Ao's mind runs at a million miles an hour. His mind is often peppered with ideas like, 'Can I eat this?', 'I can climb that.', 'What is that shiny thing?', 'I bet I can catch that bird.', and 'What do rocks taste like?' His curiosity will probably be the death of him. If it's new, exciting, or even the slightest bit intriguing, he'll investigate. Whether that means climbing a mountain, or questioning someone to death, he won't stop until he has an answer.

Apart from his flighty demeanor, Ao is loyal to the core, and will do anything for a friend. He cares very deeply for those around him, and will sometimes bring little gifts and treasures to his favorite humans. Albeit, sometimes these gifts are a little strange, due to his perspective. For example, if he found a boulder made of rose quartz, he might bring it back home not realizing that a human could never lift it. A live salmon (One of his favorite foods) might be another strange thing to find in the middle of one's living room. It's the thought that counts, right?

In the end, Ao is just a distracted, loving, and completely unafraid dragon. He values friends and adventure more than anything.

I could add more riders (male) and dragons if needed, but we need a teacher for sure. I can modify the story so that there is a teaching dragon as well, should the interest be there.

If no one takes the position, I could rework a little of my CS to make it fit the station of Dragon Master -the guy who carries the eggs. That's if no one else wants that specific spot, and would rather a rider over a teacher.

I'm satisfied either way. Just thought I'd throw that suggestion out there, that if someone wanted a rider over a teacher, I could very easily alter my CS to fit that.
