I guess being a really strong Caster would be okay, though it's kind of putting all of our eggs into one tiny, fragile basket. A weak Master with Caster is just too easy to eliminate.

Ah, I think you've misinterpreted how a Quest plays out.

Anyway, in a Quest, there's only one character - the Player Character. I do all of the writing, bar Omakes. You, as the playerbase, make all of the major choices for the character.
Okay, let me attempt some persuasion.
First of all, LardDude's option is better than Anadeji's, because if we play a Legendary Caster the RP becomes a bit easymode. Why not be Assassin's Master, instead? We have a Servant that relies on planning and risk-reward, which makes for risky choices for Rho to give us rather than:
Win game? y/n
So let's go with LardDude's option, but the name and type of Magecraft he picked was a meme, so I'll attempt a modification and explain why. See if that works:

If Master
[X] George Gargantuan Alanai.
[X] Male.
[X] 37.
[X] Healing and Self-Modification.
[X] Type of Servant summoned?
- [X] Assassin.
[X] Power level? (Weak, okay, average, skilled, Legendary)

Okay, now I'll try to explain why choosing a character like this for the Quest is a good idea.
I switched the name around to make it less meme and more Magelike, and the different power will allow us to keep our Servant or friends alive. Self-modification is pretty cool, it ties in with knowledge of anatomy and makes for some scary attacks.
I bumped up the power level a BIT, because remember we're going against people like Rin and Sakura who are legendary Masters. Don't want shit to go too easy, but we don't wanna die day 1 either.
And the crossover. Did you even see what he listed in the crossover section? Magical Girls? m8
