I played the piano for over 8 years. I haven't taken lessons in 3 years but every now and then I'll sit down and try to re-learn a piece.

But to risk we must,
Because the greatest hazard in life
Is to risk nothing
The man, the woman, who risks nothing,
Does nothing, has nothing, is nothing.
My brother stole all the musical genes I was supposed to have. He can play the guitar, piano, drums . . . and probably the didgeridoo, if he had one.
But I can (kind of) sing. I actually sang a Chinese song for a charity function at school and made my dad cry
In here is a tragedy, art thou player or audience? Be as it may, the end doth remain...The first word at thy left hand, a false lunacy, a madly dancing man. Hearing unhearable words, drawn to a beloved's grave. And there, mayhap, true madness... - Silent Hill

I'm learning to play guitar, does that count?
I've taken theory courses, so I can read music. I can play piano/keyboards, guitar (somewhat) and I used to play percussion in my school band, so most auxiliary instruments and I can play a kit somewhat.
I mostly sing, though.
The only instrument I learned how to play and actually stick with until now is the Recorder. ROFL.
Was taught how to play the piano once, though I was too stubborn that I stopped at one point. Kinda regret it now.
I can sing a bit. Was the class' Genie for our Aladdin musical actually (though to tell the truth, one reason I got the part was because I was the only one man enough to do it, and this is coming from the mouth of someone who goes to an all girl school).
Hey, guys! Why don't you check out my deviantArt and/or Art Thread?
How about my Request Shop?
Spoiler:
I can bullshit my way through a kit and I can sing......that's pretty much it.
You can't wrestle with your demons without becoming stronger in the process.
The trick is to not grow horns yourself.
i only dream to play the violin. i am to clumsy. my daughters lessons begin this fall maybe she can teach me a thing or 2. She is also working on classical piano. I dont know where she got the talent. not from me *laughs plays off key*

Well, I sing so...I play my voice?
I've played the cello for 4...I think maybe 5 years. BEST INSTRUMENT EVER. :3
Played the sax for 2 years, sucked at it. Hated it. I mean, I love the sax, beautiful instrument, can't play it worth crap.
I wish I had played the drums instead of the sax. It was always my first love.
I really want to play the piano and can play bits and parts of songs, all by ear. :3
All in all I'm a very musical person
Ah it's good to be back... :3
I have played the Alto Sax for 5 years now, and have loved it every bit of the way.
I can also play piano, as of 2 years ago, although not well. (I am currently learning how to play the Super Mario Bros. theme song )
That's about it. I really want to learn to play the guitar, eventually, and maybe the bass too.
Oh, and i can play several songs, including parts of the legend of Zelda theme, several Star Wars songs, the Band of Brother Theme, and part of the Lord of the Rings theme, on my sax, some on piano, all by ear.
I diddle through the piano, playing peices that I enjoy while avoiding any sort of lessons that force me to play music against my will. I play the fiddle as well as the guitar along with many assortments of percussion instruments. I'm a fairly average singer, nothing outstanding or noteworthy, but better then my voice destroying brother (although he has a good excuse, bagpipes tend to make one's throat deeper less flattering).
I tried the bagpipes myself but I was too pre-occupied with instruments I already enjoyed.
