Personality: Taiyo is an adventurous and outgoing lad, always looking for the next thing to do. While he is quite learned and can be rather serious and calm at times, he is very akin to his name, always rising once again for adventure despite and previously horrid events. He can be cunning and logical, almost to the point of being emotionally detached from the events going on around him, yet always puts a positive spin on things. Along with this, he has some charm to him, in the sense of his goofiness is an appealing trait, rather than annoying.

Weapons: Other than his magic, he has gauntlets called the wings of the sun. These gauntlets are pure silver except for the black phoenix image upon the back. These gauntlets double his physical strength upon what he already has, though at the cost of a constant energy drain. They can be fired off of his hands with amazing speed and range, along with being able to open and close the fists. The longest range one of them can get with a single burst is 50 ft, but this he uses to move himself around.

Powers: While Taiyo boasts a high skill usage with fire and good usage with lightning, his power comes in his healing prowess. Taiyo can completely recover any limb he so wishes if it is removed, and even transmit his healing powers through his tears.

Weaknesses: Despite his rather large amount of energy and absurd healing skills, Taiyo has two very distinct weaknesses. The first being that despite his age, he has a small amount of combat training. He has almost always won his fights using his cunning, silliness, or charms.

This brings about his second major weakness. He is not very strong. He is about as strong as the average human being, only having it strengthened by the Gauntlets. While not one to shy from a fight, he is very ill suited for it, and only manages to get by on his powers of healing.

History: Since he was born, Taiyo has always been an adventurous young lad. Regardless of the danger, he would go through it just to see the end reward. He had known about his heritage from the first time he had used fire, but it took some time to learn about his ability to heal. He learned about it when he almost lost his arm, though it regrew a few days later.

Once he hit the age of 50, he left his homeland to discover new places, traveling far and wide to see new lands and places. His first few adventures took him all over the place. Since then he has been on adventure, never settling in one place for more than 10 years, not wanting to stay in one place for too long.

Appearance: Amane is around medium height, between 5’4” 5’5”. She weights about 120 lbs, though sometimes its hard to tell. She has a rather lofty 34c cup, and with a modest 24 waist and 34 rump. Her legs are fit, but not overly so. She has a small spattering of freckles across the bridge of her nose, making it look like a permanent flush due to the tightness. Despite her cultural upbringing, she has a fair tan to her skin, which is accentuated by her flaming red hair. Her face, despite her age, still holds a rather cute appeal to it, though she can also pull off being very scary. Her hair is usually pulled back into a braided ponytail, but at full length, it comes to the small of her back.

Her usual attire is a deep purple tunic with a v-neck shirt, chainlink mail shirt beneath it. On her legs she wears skin tight leggings along with a deep black sash that ties to her back. She also keeps a rather large shuriken on her back as well, the tips curved to allow it to spin easier through the air.

While not usual, she can take upon a phoenix form, which still remains the same form.

Personality: Energetic and outgoing, Diamond is a pony pleaser. He enjoys hanging out and spending time with others, finding being along a bore. He is always one for doing something, even if he is poorly skilled at it. He can be blunt at times, always choosing to look at things rationally, even if they are grim.

Even with his realistic view on life, he is rather optimistic, trying his best to find the silver lining in life, and the best way to solve a situation. Diamond also tends to come off as somewhat quirky, doing odd and weird things, willing to make people laugh at his own expense.
History: Diamond had a pretty average life inside the dome with his family, which already constitutes a sometimes weird upbringing. He had a loving and large family, and somewhat of a hardhead with his social skills. He was somewhat of a troublemaker, a bit boisterous when it was not required. When he finally went to school, he quickly took to the social skills with aplomb, though the school work was lacking.

A pair of curved bladed daggers, 14 inches in length and designed to be held with the blade pointed down. While able to be held upright, the dagger was designed for guarding and finishing blows, in conjunction with hand to hand combat.

Personality: Mercer is a strange person, both a mix of the perfect soldier, while the worst. He is a loyal soldier, a strong and sturdy worker. He follows orders and looks for all ways to take down as more people as possible to keep his fellow soldiers alive. He is level headed and cold, keeping himself distant and aloft of emotions. He will happily give a reality check to those who need it, and support those who have earned it.

While off the field, Mercer is everyones best friend. He is more than willing to spare a few words, and a person to lean on when his friends are in trouble. He can share a drink with the best of them, and drink plenty of others under the table.

Bio: Born to a nomadic tribe, Mercer was part of a warring group of homo lupus. Back then they relied on instinct and strength in numbers. Mercer back then thought himself the best of the best, having been the youngest to become a warrior in the group. He led a for-running group of the pack, scouting out the lands before for the rest of the tribe. He had very little care for his people back then, feeling that they dragged him down.

On one scouting mission near a small village, his group was set upon by a rival tribe, beset by arrows and blades. His group was cut down quickly, losing all but two men before being taken down, his shoulder having been punctured by an arrow. His tribe won that fight, but several were wounded, and he himself was to blame, several saying his cockiness had been the cause of their loss. He was left there to fend for himself, stating that if he wanted to run on his own, they would happily oblige him.

Mercer tried to survive the longest as he could, but with the large wounds and damaged shoulder, he barely lasted more than a week, before being dragged and healed by the people of a nearby small village. They took him in, trading him food, housing, and medicine in return for protection. He agreed, patrolling his village and keeping the place protected while slowly growing close to the people of the village, finally understanding why his tribe left him.

Eventually, he was recruited by the time blades, finding his skill and strength to be a great asset and he would make a fine soldier.

Personality – Stephaine is a shy girl who also has a worry wart side to her. Being silent most of the time, he is always looking around to take in as much as possible to not avoid anything.

When around people she trusts and finds quite comfortable, she tends to over talk sometimes before quieting down, letting her thoughts run out before she stops talking. She is quite smart, and can usually find solutions with most problems, but she spends more times rambling on about possible bad things that could happen.

History – Stephanie has had a very sheltered life, in a bad way. Since she could remember, she had lived with her parents in a forested in mansion. Her parents though, had been taken away from her by the FBI under the grounds that they both had an incurable disease and they moved her to an orphanage, which she had found horrible.

Once she had turned 14, they had moved her to the island as well, the FBI fearing that she might also carry the disease, which she was promptly stored away in the far wing, not even knowing if her parents were there or not.

Unseen half – Stephanie is part human part vampire, though an odd mixture at that. When she allows her vampire self to be released, her personality changes drastically, as well as a few noticeable changes form on her body. This half is her twin sister Evalon Kaishou, a second soul that resides in her body.

Other: While stephanie has little mastery over it, she shares her power over madness with Evalon. Since she is the original soul, she has control over the bulk of the energy, but rarely uses it unless triggered by stress or extreme emotional states. This does tend to cause her to use the madness mentally, flinging out whatever she can to defend herself. As well, she is highly susceptible to it, almost always falling for Evalons tricks.

Job: Teacher in the Jurors caste and second in command of the R & D section.
Class: RuneCaster. A master of the written word. Scribing and casting runes she can cast different elements and effects, but or chain together several for various and powerful effects.

Appearance: Stephanie stands at an average 5’8” and weights in at 145 pounds. She trains to keep herself in shape, though not enough to give her any muscle definition. Her long brown hair is usually left alone in a naturally wavy hair that comes to the middle of her back, or pulled into a knotted bun that reaches her shoulders. With a modest c cup bust she has many suitors who seek after her, but few who attempt due to her position in Jurors Caste. Her gold chestnut eyes have left many starstruck and meeting with her. She boasts a healthy hourglass shape and her tan skin make plenty envious and jealous.

She normally wears a cream brown turtleneck sweater, despite any local temperature, which leads several to believe it to be enchanted. Accompanying that is a deep green skirt with a pair of leather boots.

Personality: Stephanie is a kind hearted person. She loves teaching others and learning new things as much as possible. She remains calm in the face of danger and aggression, and her sweet demeanor has put off many a soldier raring to battle her. Don't let her calm presence deceive you, as she is a strong fighter and has earned her position in Jurors Caste.

Bio: Stephanie was recruited a few years after leaving her mother's done. She had originally planned to become a teacher, but due to her lineage and gift, Mushi had wanted her to help guide the future RnD and help teach and train new recruits in the way of magic. She agreed, knowing that while they would end up fighting, it was her greatest chance to help further her own skills and teachings of her mother.

Over time she grew with the Caste, helping raise several of the new members into various folds of the various lands and development into a brighter future. While some of her more prominent students have gone on to lead major advances in the world, Stephanie was more than pleased just to watch her students grow and flourish in the area that makes them happy.

Other: Stephanie weilds a tower shield called Scribe. Woven from special metals and certain magics, this shield allows her to write and store runes without casting them. She can then move them freely onto other objects as she sees fit.

Personality: Evalon, unlike her twin sister Stephanie, is a lot more boastful and violent. She uses her powers and body to get people to bend to her will, and to make them more easier to kill. Born from fear of humans and pain, she tends to lash out easily at people with little provocation, much like an animal on the prowl. She finds humans to be utter detestable things that need to be ended, and takes joy in doing so when she can.

History: Evalon originally was born in Stephanie as a second soul, a split personality given life from Stephanies power of madness. Inside she festered and grew, keeping Stephanie a bit more silent and withdrawn as to keep her from socializing with humans, picking at her insecurities when Stephanie would get too close to people.

Other: Evalon shares the madness power with Stephanie, though does not gain the energy Stephanie holds. As it is part of her creation, she had skills with her madness that border on perfection, though lacks the energy needed to sustain it.

Appearance- James stands at 5’8 and weight 125lbs. He has pure blonde white hair that comes down to the back of his neck, and is usually worn in a messy spiky fashion. His body is devoid of a tan other than the area around his eyes, which have a flame like tattoo from each eye. His body has a few scars on his body from knife fights and usually displays them with pride. He wears a white button up shirt with the sleeves torn off to show off the scars on his arms. He wears straight black dress pants with black dress shoes on his feet. He wears two black gloves on his hands with no fingers that reach up to the edge of his elbows. His left eye is a simple icy blue color, but his right eye is blood red with a black cornea. He usually has that eye hidden by his hair.

Personality – James is an independent person who goes out of the way to look for fights. He usually finds reasons to separate himself from other humans, but can be quite loyal to people he has deemed worthy of his praise
-Demon personality – Though she is only a beginning reaper, she tends to have a god complex about her, thinking she is the best in her race, second only to the Grim reaper. This usually tends to get her into a lot of trouble when fighting against others as she deems them unworthy of her fighting skills.

Strength- Because of Enza’s tribe number, James has gained a lot of speed and reaction time. He is able to react within a few seconds of an attack, his hearing and sense of feeling having been increased due to sharing his body with the female reaper.

Fighting style and ability- His fighting style relies on tricking his opponents into attacking him and countering their moves with his own. As well, he usually uses the opponent’s weight or speed to counter their attacks with his own.

Magical abilities or mystic skills- Enza allows James to use his magic over fire, lightning, and void to fight. She has very limited spells, and most of them are built around fighting at close combat. He usually uses his fire magic and bends it around his fists. This fire is pure black and has a special ability of imbuing itself into the opponents body to cause a slow burn on the opponent in the area. His second magic that he uses is lightning, which he usually just focuses when making contact with his opponent to send them further while releasing lightning into their body. This usually just stuns their opponents. The only magic he has spells for are the void magic.

-Effect – this spell causes a thin aura to form around the scythe, giving it a sharp edge. This spell forces objects apart at the contact point at high speeds, like a blade slicing through the object.

-Effect – this spell creates a coat of void around his hand and sends out a high pulse action, designed to repulse an opponent or an attack backwards at high speeds.

Oddly enough, this scythe is dull, allowing him to draw in his opponents without slicing them to ribbons. He only uses the void blade spell to use the scythe to end a person, or when he is being serious.

Weaknesses- Due to his merging with Enza, he does not have a high amount of endurance, though he is still able to take a punch. He as well relies heavily on countering and alluring his opponents into attacking him first. He as well spends most of his time slowly moving around the field to study his opponent.
Elemental weaknesses – James has an elemental weakness to light and earth based spells.

History – James is the son of a woman of a questionable nature, causing him to see most things little kids should never see. When he was 6, he was taken away by family services and put in an orphanage to only be adopted a few months later. At first the family seemed loving and kind, yet that was not the case soon on.

His new family treated him kindly enough to just keep social services off their backs, but he had been subjected to do most of the manual labor for the family and their son and daughter. He was constantly being called gutter rat and slum baby, picked on for his uprising and history background. Soon after starting middle school, he started fighting in school, and in the park. He liked fighting on the streets, soon learning that he wasn’t judged for his background, but on his fighting skills and determination to win. Loving the life of a street fighter, he was able to tolerate through the last couple of years in that wrecked household and began to live on his own in a rented flat, just using it for a place to sleep and call his own, spending most of his days either at work, school, or on the streets.

Enza – Enza was born into the reaper race on the lower end of the scale, yet she still was able to get into training to become a reaper when the current grim reaper retired. She fought her way to the top, letting her ego get the better of her while she trained under the tutelage of a higher grade reapers. Once she had earned her scythe, called the reapers oath, she went above ground, planning to prove her skills and successfully rend as many souls as she could. Her attitude always ended up getting her in trouble.

Once the wars against the angels started, and news spread about the fight in Detroit for the final gate, Enza bonded with James, figuring that their personalities mixed perfectly and that they would be able to last in this battle for saving of the final gate.

Appearance- The cornea of his eyes are black, while the iris and pupil are varying shades of red, the pupil being a darker red, almost blood red.
As well, he wears a straw hat that comes down enough to cover his eyes, yet allow him to see through it.


Personality- Doiteain can act bratty and rash a fair amount of time, but can act serious. It is rare to see him act serious, but when he is, he can be very enjoyable to talk with.

Magic- He has the ability to manipulate wind, which he has honed to increase his speed and add to his offense. He can do minor attack, mainly small cuts and showing people off balance. HE only has one spell that he has honed to near perfection

-Burst- This spell of his is designed to add to his speed and act more as a final attack. The strain put on his body is high, but that serves to add to his strength. The spell is designed to move the air around him to stop resistance in front of him while gathering it up behind him, to catapult him forward a short distance.

The blade is reinforced with silver and is coated with holy water, which makes people call it the crying blade. He won this sword in a competition for the greatest swords man in his home plain. The sheath rests along his back and is also wielded with his right hand. He only uses this sword when fighting demons, as it is very potent to them all, being coated with silver and holy water. The holy water is found in his sheath, letting him continually recoat if in a long fight.

Bio- born in the underworld, he was able to avoid most of the conflict, which he hated with a passion. After gaining access to the over world when he turned 6, he immediately went into hiding to avoid joining the tyrant’s army. He soon later found out about his ability to manipulate wind to his will to some degree, and continued to lived in the forest. Eventually he stumbled upon an old shrine, dedicated to a master swordsman and the first apparent demon teacher, Cozaa Whaylen. He noted the blade lying on top of shrine, along with several scrolls that the man had written himself. After reading all the scrolls, he decided to take up Cozaa’s ways and help end this war, with the weapon that Cozaa had left enshrined himself.

He tried to take on an entire village by himself but was nearly killed before making it any distance in. His body broken and his chest scarred, he escaped from the city, seeking refuge in the forest again. After a few more years, he started hearing rumors of rebels, people and demons who wanted to join, and tracked them down through shady alleyways and dangerous area’s. Almost again on the verge of collapse, he was taken in by the rebels. He was told, once he was conscious, that they had been watching him, and decided that he could join them. Happily accepting, he vowed to help overthrow the tyrant with the blade he obtained in Cozaa’s shrine.

Spoiler: Dani Minotaur 

Name: Dani
Age: 18
Gender: Male, crossed as female to hide identity.
Appearance: Standing at six feet in height, Dani is a strong and agile being. Curly brown hair falls to the small of his back, and is thick and wiry like a bull. Two large horns wrap around the side of his head and point upwards, used for piercing and ramming. His blue eyes are rather large and hidden under bushy eyebrows. A strong frame and natural muscular build denotes his upper chest, though it is hard to tell from under the thick growing natural fur.

His usual outfit is a normal pair of jeans with a leather belt as his chest is covered in enough hair to provide natural worth. A single gold chain is the only piece of memento he was given from his mother.

Race: half minotaur. His mother was a human slave at a ranch and his father was a lesser minotaur guard.

Place in society: A runaway slave.

Racial skills and abilities:
Sense of direction- As the child of a minotaur, he has an impeccable sense of direction and can locate places rather well using that.
Minotaur rage- When pushed to an extreme, Dani can enter into a date and destroy most everything in his path.

Physical strength- Spending time as a slave Dani is used to lifting and moving heavy objects until he came of age.
Disguise- Years spent hiding as a woman has taught him how to hide himself as a woman rather convincingly.

Weapons- A worn battle axe he stole from the guard station for his own.

Low intelligence- As a minotaur and with little education, Dani is not very smart, can be easily fooled at times, and can be easily swayed by others.
Insecure- Having to hide himself for so long, Dani is rather insecure about himself and what he can offer.

High Magic~ Due to being the daughter of Cadence and Shining Armor, Sunset has a much larger pool of energy to draw from.
Magical Resistance~ With both parents being skilled by using shield magic, Sunset has a much higher resistance to magic based attacks.
Enhanced Senses~ Being blind from birth, Sunset had to rapidly learn to rely on her other senses, along with the lack of her eyesight, made her other 4 senses 1.5X times stronger than normal Unicorns.
Normal traits:
Wind sense~ With her strong wind magic, she learned how to move and feel around her with her wind magic, allowing her to protect and move about with good ease
Strange Magic~ Due to her blindness, her magic works more on different senses and thoughts, making them harder to predict and counter.
Sturdy~ Being blind, she has had more than her fair share of bumps and bruises, giving her more endurance and stamina than most Unicorns, though not as well as Earth ponies.
Primary Magic: Wind: Training it from a young age, she has learned how to bend and use wind to help her see and move with ease.

Personality: Sunset Breeze is a rather stubborn, but soft spoken. Never one for big groups or speaking out, she enjoys keeping to herself, listening to quiet music. She does tend to be at times without meaning to, as she is not good at reading other people. Being blind has not stopped her from being adventurous, wanting to strike out and prove herself, so as to prove to her parents that she didn’t need protecting all the time.
