I had a date that lasted five freaking hours, yesterday.Oh my god, it was so incredibly, amazingly, fan-fucking-tastically good. I mean, we BARELY knew each other--which is probably a good thing, in retrospect--but honestly, best freaking date ever--we just talked and talked and talked, and after five hours (1 AM, in the morning), I went home and had my mum yell in my ear for, like, ANOTHER five hours, but... it was so worth it.
Anyway, I've just been smiling all day, ringing up my ex-boyfriend and telling him ALL about it (believe me, he LOVES hearing about my love life
Well mine is kinda embarassing. I work in the days as a waitress....I was waiting a table that this gentleman was sitting at and well I was bringing him a long island ice tea. I honestly don't like to admit i'm a total clutz><. But I don't know how it happened but I brough the drink over and it dropped out of my hands and landed on his freshly pressed business suit, instead of him glaring he smiled at my blush and asked me out on a date. It was wonderful, I fell in love with him.<3

I've been so frazzled by school that I haven't bought groceries for the past two weeks. All I had stocked was frozen vegetables. My room mates took pity on me and made me Mickey Mouse pancakes with whipped cream and strawberries. Yey!
Um, well, many things usually made me smile, but today, just seeing different people made me smile and just like always they brighten my day.

Taking 1st place in my weight class at the first official wrestling meet of the year made me smile today, especially because my school won the meet

I have a parakeet perched on my right shoulder right now whom insists my face, ear, cheek and hair need to preened, as if I were an overgrown, featherless 'keet. Oh, and she keeps singing/chirping/making cute little sounds when she's not preening me of herself.
