Looking to battle someone in a modern day, urban environment. Nothing major like some epic duel to the death, just a good old fashioned brawl to get the creative juices flowing. Magic is allowed, or similar forms of special abilities. If you REALLY want to use a medieval fantasy type character, or someone futuristic, you need to be able to explain how they wound up in a modern day city.

Tempest was looking through the countless faded posted paper ads across the walls of store alleys looking for someone who may have a cheap part for his small aircraft but came across this new bright ad for a brawl challenge
