Allysa was shocked, the sweat was on her forehead, and looked at the door "I'm okay" she spoke with some fear in her voice, and put her fingers on her wrist to measure her heart rate.
Allysa often suffered from panic attacks in the past, it had been a year for her since she had one

"You don't sound okay," he said softly. He could hear her heart racing from where he was standing. "I'm coming in," he said and opened the door, looking at her. He saw the fear on her face and hurried over to her, kneeling on the bed. "Allysa, what's wrong?"
Allysa wanted to yell no, but saw him come in, immediately she crawled back, and looked at him "It's nothing, just a panic attack" she said "Go back to your room, I've got it under control" She lied

He watched her carefully. "...That's not how panic attacks work, I'm afraid," he said softly. "Just tell me what you need."
Allysa looked away and pointed to her bag "There's a jar of medication in my bag"
“I won’t forgive you. I won’t forget you yet, but I’m going to leave you and move on.” – Hatori Chise
He nodded and opened up her bag. After a moment, he found the bottle and pulled it out. He read the label, and shook out the right dose. He handed the pills to her along with a glass of water. "Here you go."
Allysa took it, her hand shivered as she took her medication and took a drink of water "Thank you" she said and looked away and lay down and pressed a pillow close to her,

"Do you want me to stay or leave?" he asked softly.
"I'll be fine, you'd better go to your own room" she said softly

"But what do you want?" he insisted.
