    Darkness covered Times Square. The faint glint of piercing red eyes could be seen from a nearby subway. Sounds of garbled screaming and pained moans could also be heard. As the moon rose to illuminate the grim scene the hellish truth unfolded.

    A homeless man, ripped apart at the stomach, being eaten by one of the colony's wolves.

    but who are they? where did they come from?
