I hope this is an okay place for this. I am working on a report for how the Funeral Industry and the LGBT+ community interact. I am currently looking for responses from the LGBT+ community members for a survey. It's a short survey 7 required questions 1 optional. They're all anonymous unless you want to leave your name!
