@ Reaper, just as Azazeal said, you can make a high-ranked military person, or a civil/private taking part on the Walkyrien Project.
Other possibility is also playing as a "neutral" character, not meaning a person doing nothing, but more the Wampyreons who attack anyone before them.

Sorr. It is a secret project of the human government to train people with Walkyrien Cells for combat uses- meaning super soldiers of some kind.
