The 43 Hunger Games

Alright well the title should tell you all you need to know if you have read the books. However I will explain a bit more in depth.

This is a remake of The Hunger Games, and it is going to be an accurate portrayal of such. That means it will fit perfictly into the actual books. If you want to join you need to be aware of this, and anything otherwise will not be allowed. Please try not to talk about the books in any way of giving out spoilers. Now then for those of you who don't know tghe hunger games is a futeristic setting. The tale takes place in the country of Panem. There are twelve districts in the country of panem each with its own duties tasked on it by the Capitol. The Hunger Games are used as a punishment to the districts for their attempt at rebelion. When this happened the Capitol used its might and made an example of district 13, blowing it off the map. The Games themselves are as follows, 24 tributes, one boy one girl, from each district are thrown into an arena to fight to the death. Only one will survive, and the rest shall die. There is more to it than that though, there are the sponsors, who in the arena can be the diffrence between life and death, the game makers, who will kill anyone who angers them by trying to cheat, and the mentors who are resposible for when to send what to the tributes and how they are trained, finnaly the designers, who are used to get the tributes to look the part when they go on stage to wow the crowd for sponsors.

District 1: luxury items
District 2: military/stone
District 3: technology
District 4: fishing
District 5: power
District 6: transportation
District 7: lumber
District 8: textiles
District 9: grain
District 10: livestock
District 11: agriculture
District 12: coal

Name: Kaprena Agee

Background: Kaprena grew up in district 4; she has been swimming and fishing for as long as she can remember. She is familiar with pole arms and is a quick swimmer and runner. She has three older siblings, not counting her eldest brother who died in the 39th games. As a fisherman she has always had enough to eat, so she is less hardened than some of the other tributes. Her mother died from a fever when she was very young, but her father did right by his children. She was loved and cared for and given everything within their means. She attended school until age 14 when she became a full-time fisherman. She is now 16.

Physical character: Kaprena is considered heavy for the districts. She stands 5’7 and weighs 160 lbs. She is well toned from years of swimming, and has always taken pride in her appearance. Her auburn hair hangs to just below her shoulder blades though she typically keeps it pulled back into braided pigtails. She has light green eyes and freckled rosy cheeks.

Mental character: Kaprena has taken little time to consider the Capital. To her the way of life she leads is just that, the way of life. That isn’t to say she wouldn’t take part in an uprising should it happen, just that she has never considered the possibility. She lives in the moment and has no time for what ifs.

Registering as boy tribute from District 6, because why the hell not?

Name: Tobias Steele

Gender: Male

District: 6

Age: 14

Tobias grew up with an interest in his district's main draw, transportation. How did the trains get people so fast from one place to another? How was it that the airships could slip harmlessly past barriers that were supposedly around the arena? How many passengers did a Peacekeeper car hold? All of these things had fascinated the boy from a young age. Of course, the youth had never been old enough to actually see any of the vehicles he was so curious about. He was the youngest of 5 brothers, all eligible to become the next tribute. Typically friendly and very swift on his feet, Tobias is trying to see his participation in the games as a way to explore his hobby further, and an attempt to not think about the fact that he will probably not make it out of the games alive.

Appearence: Tobias has a mop-top of coal black hair, his bangs hovering just upove his emerald eyes. He is somewhat darker than most of the other people in his district due to many days spent outside hoping to catch a glimpse of an airship. He has expertise with whittling, and by proxy, expertise with using a knife to whittle. He has almost strangely white teeth, as if his dentures had been bleached. Little Tobias is only 5'3'' and barely registering at over 100 lbs, making him one of the smallest tributes, and easily one of the most malnourished looking. He has an optimistic view on things no matter how bad they turn out, and he will attempt to use this demeanor as a way of getting him through the end of the games. With any luck, he'll find a good spot, and be able to let everyone kill everyone else before he comes down to strike.

Amber eyes I was wondering about your Character Sheet you posted. You said she was from district 4, but in the District catagory you put two, please change that so no players will get confused. Thanks in advance.
