{Musical Inspiration}

Evelyn was born of Gambit and Rogue on December 13th, 2045, and was considered a miracle baby for many reasons. First of all, the fact that Rogue got pregnant at all was the result of a temporary "cure" of her powers, and the fact that the baby continued to grow in her caused her awful pains and great agony. The baby's birth ended up causing her to grow so ill she died a few days later. Gambit attempted to raise the child for a couple years after Rogue's death, but found life too difficult without his beloved. Being able to see her features slowly but surely manifesting in his child was too much, and vanished around the time Evelyn learned how to walk. While a body has never been found, it's rumored that the reason why is because Gambit took his own life by turning his own power against him, causing himself to implode.

Regardless of what happened to him, Gambit wasn't completely selfish, however, and sent the baby off to a good home before disappearing, living with the X-men at Xavier's Academy for the Gifted in New York, hoping his child would grow up to consider Professor X her adopted father. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned...

While enrolled in X-Academy, she grew up with Ren {Renegade}, who became very close to her. Other than him, she didn't really make many friends there, and actually wasn't particularly liked because of her temper and destructive tendencies. But it was her home, and she had no where else to go, so after a second runaway attempt [she was caught by Storm the first time, Wolverine the second] she decided leaving was out of the question. Slowly but surely she began to hate every member of the X-Academy save for Ren, blaming their open-to-blending-with-society mindset. She began to associate living with non-mutants as a susceptibility to the non-mutant population's cruelty, rather than a hope to truly live in peace with them.

A third and final runaway attempt got her caught by a completely different individual, however, an individual of whom, if she believed in fate, would believe it was fate that led them to meet. This person was Magneto, of whom agreed to take her in if she so wished, and if not to at least be there as a friend. Afraid to pack up and leave all to be with a stranger - the stranger she'd grown up to consider a rival, no less - she opted to get to know him first and proceeded to constantly meet him in secret. Over the course of a few short years, he became like a grandfather to her, teaching her his beliefs and ideals, and telling her stories of how strong he once was. In fact, she was the only living being aside from Xavier that Magneto relayed his WWII stories to as well. But alas, now he was old and frail, and getting to a bitter age, the age where death could be upon him at any moment. It was the fear of regretting not spending every possible moment with her beloved Grandpapa that drove her to truly consider his offer for refuge.

Evelyn ended up actually leaving the X-Academy, due to various complications, at the age of 23. She joined Magneto's growing army as his second in command, offering a great deal to his work, and even took his place at age 26 when he finally died. Ironically, Ren also replaced Professor X after his passing shortly thereafter, and the two have certainly retained the bitter rivalry.

Ever since then, she and the X-men have been such bitter rivals that, the only recorded alliance of them ever was in the case of The Great Extinction, when they staged the event of mutant-kind's grand extinction before taking the places of Xavier and Magnus, for the sake of the safety of all mutants.

Some people would go so far as to consider Narcotica and Renegade's Academies enemies at this point, but the two mutants insist on the term "rival," and as a result Evelyn will sternly correct any of her students if they claim otherwise.
Narcotica certainly prefers that her students address her by her alias, and only allows those close to her/that she favors to address her by her name.
Does not like her holographic form very much/heavily prefers her normal/mutant form. As such, unless she's going out or expecting company, she typically turns her holo-watch off.
Even though her parents weren't a massive part of her life, after hearing Magnus and Xavier alike tell her what they knew, she has developed a keen interest in the French language and southern dishes. Cannot speak French fluently, but likes to add French flare to her sentences, and enjoys cooking.

(1) Ability to control small amounts of kinetic energy
(2) Is able to send electrical currents through objects at will
(3) Super speed
Ability Requirements/Limitations:
(1) His control over kinetic energy is very limited. Using Gambit as the example, he cannot levitate or control an entire person's kinetic energy like Gambit; he also cannot control the kinetic energy of anything he isn't touching. Not to mention, Zeus can only manipulate small amounts, the biggest probably being the size of/amount of energy contained within a yoga ball - but that requires great, uninterrupted focus to control. This power is usually used in limitation or as a last resort, such as to break locks open with small explosion-like things, or to give an extra kick to his thunderbolts/arrows when needed.
(2) Electrical currents can only run through objects susceptible to electricity, such as metal or water; to be more specific, he can't make plastic or rubber electrical
(3) Electrical current can only stretch 20 ft. from his body regardless of what he's sending the electricity through [unless the item can run the electricity to on it's own simply with his charge (ex. wires, water)]
(4) Super speed is an extremely toned down version of super speed, and only allows him to run at around 65mph when really exerting himself/sprinting; used most commonly for offensive and defensive purposes during combat

Strengths:
(1) Amazing at close-range combat, and fairly skilled at archery [though not his first choice]
(2) Awesome perceptive abilities
(3) Due to his super speed, is able to deflect/defend against long range attacks most can't, such as bullets [provided he notices them...which he usually does cuz of his perceptiveness]
(4) Super, super emotionally tough and has an insanely high pain tolerance level.
(5) Hopeless romantic; not to be confused with perverted you silly goose [can also be considered a weakness]

Weaknesses:
(1) Extremely angry with God for everything wrong with his life
(2) Unable to easily admit he's wrong
(3) A bit Narcissistic, and at the same time very self-conscious of his faults. Extremely emotionally invested in what's both wrong and right with him
(4) Usually appears cold and fairly controlling when one first meets him
(5) Hopeless romantic; not to be confused with perverted you silly goose [can also be considered a strength]
(6) Has a bounty on his head among criminals, and is wanted in various states for drug- and prostitution-related crimes
(7) Former alcoholic

Achilles Heel/Potentially Deadly Weakness(es):
(1) Has a panic disorder, and has frequent, random panic attacks that strike without any rhyme or reason...or at least, if there is one, he doesn't often voice why.
(2) The deep longing for knowing who his parents are has left him very empty inside, and thus his friendships and relationships hold a deeper meaning to him than most. While this also means loyalty like none other, this also means dependency and abandonment issues.

When he was around one year old, Everett was kidnapped from his parents and raised with the full intention of a future in human trafficking. By the time he was 12 years old, he was already void of all innocence, and to top it off, void of parental guidance. He might as well have raised himself, and when you're a child surrounded by easy access to alcohol, drugs, and sex, that certainly messes you up. His "father" consistently used him as a punching bag and forced him into situations too dark to speak of, hoping that his stolen prize would grow up to take over his father's human trafficking, or "pimp" business.

When he was around 14 his powers manifested in a massive explosion, the combined force of creating electricity and the out-of-control power over the kinetic energy in that electricity shattered the room to pieces, figuratively and literally blowing his "father's" business out of the water, leaving most of his "clients" and "co-workers" dead, or at least permanently disfigured and thus useless to him. In a fit of pure rage and hate, the evil man looked to the boy and threatened to kill him if he ever showed his face again. Everett just chuckled darkly and said, "Not if I kill you first." No intentions of going down without some form of revenge, through the slow and painful process of cat-and-mouse [to put it as lightly and nicely as possible] this sick man told his supposed son the story of how he came to be in his possession, relaying the tale purely out of spite and with as much malicious intent as possible laced in not-so-subtle attacks on both the child and his real parents. He claimed that he took the child because the parents were mutants and he figured he could use the kid's powers to make more money, that he was using his "son" since day one. Worthless, he was called, worthless and a sin against nature. All the while Everett was wailing on him best the boy could, with or without the use of his powers. Any survivors around at the time dares not speak again about the horrors of that event without risk of unwanted psychiatric attention, so Everett's identity as a mutant is [for now] still hidden to the general world.

At first Everett didn't believe his ex-"father's" story, but after some medical tests, he found out it was true. Unfortunately there are no medical records that state who he is related to, and for some reason he was never reported missing when he was a baby [he concluded that this is because his parents, or at least one of them, was a mutant in hiding and couldn't draw attention to themselves nor their missing child for fear of him/them being killed], so he literally has no clues as to who his parents are aside from the fact that he's likely looking for a mutant. Taking what he could, Everett made finding his parents his secondary life goal, his first preventing devastating hate crimes against mutants from reaching the extremes he had befallen from happening ever again.

Not wishing to take part in the bitter rivalry of the two mutant academies, he ended up forming his own underground group, one even the X-Academy and Narcotic Military School aren't aware of yet...

WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF HIS HALF-AND-HALF FORM:
By now she could get a good look at him, and could tell instantly that something was...wrong. It might have simply been the fact that he only had one horn fully grown out to normal size [about a foot long, curling back so that it was facing the same direction as his hair flowed], and the other was barely bigger than a goat's; or maybe it was the fact that his tail was merely two feet long with puny spikes at the end barely worth more than the title of stubs; or it even could have simply been that one eye was far bigger than the other, but Xent'ax could have sworn that this Dracon had been cursed. It was as if he was stuck between his Dracon form and human form, with the scales that usually encompassed a Dracon swirling around his body. They were a midnight blue color, and almost completely covered his neck, flowed over half his face, and swirled around his partially blackened, mostly pearly and pale skin until it found it's way to his legs, his right of which was almost completely Dracon, save it's length which was thankfully as short as his other human limb. His long, black hair had clearly been grown out, as it flowed over his back all the way down to his hips, and the bangs curled over the Dracon side of his face. The bangs were hardly worth the effort, failing to hide his bright yellow orbs and their different sizes at all as they glowed in the fire-lit darkness of this underground home. Over his back, though, it covered his crippled, oddly shaped wings quite well. The only reason Tax had even noticed them was because she herself was Dracon, and could tell when the tip of a wing wasn't facing the right direction. As he got into a battle stance as well, she noticed a last striking detail: his teeth. On his Dracon side, she could tell his human jaw wasn't doing a good job of holding his large dragon fangs, and could see the scars on his gums from where they dug into him. The other half of his mouth was completely human, which gave his entire appearance a lopsided appeal. Huh, and she thought off-balance was her thing...

BACKSTORY/PERSONALITY:
"Ladies first," the halfling barely spoke up, turning his eyes to face an apparently interesting corner.

"Vren'ya, formerly known as the most loyal of Drakia's followers." His eyes flicked open slightly wider for a fraction of a second as the shock set in as to who she was behind this mask. When she noticed how quickly he regained his calm, however, she could practically read his personality like a book: Calm, cool, collected...despite that facade though, he one of those emotional hurricanes inside; the mysterious dark boy with a sensitive side that rarely comes out as little more than rage. With a sarcastic mental note about how wonderful it was to have one of the guys that made the ladies swoon in her midst, she continued to explain herself: "To you and my company, however, I am Xent'ax, the fastest male werecat around." She emphasized her point, and it was taken very easily.

With a nod of acknowledgement, the Dracon turned to face Xent again, and reached out a hand. "Dri'aal'is, the curse'ed beast." Xent'ax took his hand in hers as they shook once. As they let go, he simply continued, answering her previous question. "Compliments of Drakia after I damn near murdered the bitch right on her throne."

"Let me guess," Xent'ax began as she sat down in one of the chairs, leaning back and looking up at him casually, "something tragic happened to you, probably a death in the family that I'd guess to be your older brother and idol, that made you realize that Drakia was evil. You worked your way up in the guard until you figured you were close enough to formulate a plan, but far enough to not be tracked and found out instantly. You eventually carried out this plan and tried to assassinate Drakia, but your plans were foiled and Drakia simply smirked at you with that smug look of hers as she said something along the lines of, 'death is too simple a punishment for you,' and cursed you into this. She banished you from her lands, leaving you to be hunted like an animal by her enemies, and rather than camp out in the woods and be slaughtered in your sleep, you found your way to this village far, far away from Draconia. Armiados being the good man he is stashed you away in his secret home while you figured out your next move. Because the old dwarf doesn't know how to inform his new guests of old ones, here we are."

With a raised eyebrow, Dri leaned back on the table, half sitting on it and half standing still. He uncrossed his arms, putting his palms down on the mahogany circle, and looked at Tax with dead serious eyes. After a moment of silence, he lightly inquired, "How did you know?" The male half inside of her next to died inside complaining about how he was just so damn stereotypical that he might as well be an open book, but the female half couldn't quit her mental cackling as she laughed inside at the fact that he was so dense to how cliche he really was.

"Wow, I was even spot on about the older brother." She scoffed out a halfhearted chuckle, turning away from the guy whom she could foresee a heated rival-hood with, if nothing better.

He blinked. "You were merely...guessing?"

PERSONALITY: Very serious, even in his comedic moments. Dark, flirtatious, and very sadistic. Having never developed proper social habits and picking up on most of his etiquette and such from books he's read, he often is very forward, brutally honest, and flirts with women so much it's ridiculous.
