You might be able to pick up a practice bow and a target from your local Wal-Mart and/or sporting store.

I am going to be that person, I would rather die than set foot in a Walmart. I'm very much team Target (which means it's off to the sporting goods store because Target doesn't mess with that in this part of the country)
