It was fantastic! Also, during fashions class, my friend gave me her extra materials so I could make a project and avoid failing that class!

Since we're both making the same two projects in different colour patters (they're sock elephants

) she's giving me the left over material when she's got all her parts cut out so that I can get started on my second project! (We have to make two of them 'cause they're "too small".)

I work in a comic store and one of the regulars brought in his newborn baby girl for us to see. He said he wanted us to be her first shopping experience. A lot of the other regulars were really excited for him. These are guys that probably only see each other for ten minutes every wednesday but they're all really friendly and supportive of each other. It was cute and made me realize what an awesome community your LCS (local comic store) can be.
