[Prologue] Welcome to the mystical world of pokémon, I am the professor known as Edgar. Now while I know there's been a long journey here and that your all probably very tired after the trip over the ocean there are a few things you might want to know. This region known as Hokoto are wildly inhabited with all kinds of pokémon from that may be seen everywhere in our world, but there live very little humans here and technology is completely forbidden. You all are here today, because you youths were chosen among many to study in this region where very few humans have set foot before. You won't find any cities here, nor will you find any towns or settlements other than our very own base. This 'Ranch' however that you now will be living on have all the things you might need even if not as technological advanced as you might be used too at home.
This gives us a few things to keep in mind, we grow our own food here and everyone help out to makes everyone's stay as pleasant as possible. And however inconvenient it may be, I would ask that everyone release their pokémon from their balls now as such objects aren't welcome either. I will also ask all of you to leave all your belongings with the guards so that they can be disinfected, and everyone of you must go to the medical area of the ship where a doctor of your gender will give you the appropriate shots for the most common of viruses and also make sure that you do not carry anything contagious onto these shores, they are certainly not used to our bacteria nor are we to their thus this is mandatory for everyone.
You will also need to put on full body suits and wear during your first and second week, these will cover everything but your head. The color scheme you can will be one whom do not clash to much with the environment. Now I assume you already knew what would happen when you signed the papers, and now you may proceed to the medical bay. I would like all of you to gather by the Ranch gate along with your pokémon partner. That's all for now, Welcome to the Hokoto region.

[Plot]
You've arrived in the Hokoto region along with a single pokémon partner of your choice, this region is very wide and vast much more so than the other regions together. You along with along with your pokémon partner are part of what could partly be seen as the first settlers in this new region, yet your not completely here to make a new home and family unless that's your dream. Many also come here to study pokémon in an inhabitant that man never have touched before. The only laws that really apply here are the laws of nature, and natural selection obviously take place here. There are chances to battle, Study and Grow here unlike anywhere else.
Of course traveling the land now should be made with much caution as the only secure place is the ranch where you live, and beyond that are only wilderness and more wilderness. Its may be a wondrous world with many mysteries but there are also dangers as pokémon here do not respect nor fear humans as they never met them before. It doesn't have to mean they are all unfriendly thought... Only that its better to be safe than sorry as many predatory pokémon may conceder you and your pokémon as a snack if you turn your back on them too long.
You don't really have any technology in this place other than the most basic and some more clever human solutions. You are however allowed to bond with new pokémon, even if you have no means of catching them here you are allowed to try raising them from the wild under surveillance. If your acquired pokémon cannot however become obedient to you or turn out to not be fit for a more advanced world it will be released back to the wild.
You was also only allowed to keep one partner, one whom now must be at your side all the time as you cannot keep them in pokéballs. And its best to keep in mind that the only healthcare they can get is either on the Ranch or from what skills you have acquired, so battle with caution. Most pokémon here might think that battles are... Either life, or death.

7. In the Dream or Desire, Fill out what version of the two you play. No, but fill out If your char dream or if they desire, and what that dream or desire is.
A Dream is something that may or may not be possible, you may dream of greatness to one day settle to become a farmer. 'For example'
A Desire Is something you strive for, its something you want to do or have. It different from a dream in the way that you probably will never stop having the desire until its sated.
You may desire love, and you won't give up until you found love... even if it may lead you to ruin. 'For example'

Loyality Perf%: (How loyal you prefer your pokémon to be, its only a prefference and may not be followed completely by the player of the pokémon, but mostly as close as prefered.
Personality: Your pokémon's preffered traits and personality, how can the roleplayer that controll them be as close to what you would like as possible without leaving out their creativness?. It may be very dependant on how long you had your pokémon.

Bio: Bruce is not a normal kid, he is big and muscular but small and protective inside. He hears voices inside his head to do horrible things and that he is a failure. He cares about his friends a lot, he puts their needs before his own. He is infact deaf in his right ear from a construction accident from when he was 4. He got his scar on his left hand when he was 10 from playing with a duskull that would always visited him. He isn't sure about how he feels inside, he never gets too angry but all the anger builds up. He sometimes lets loose some on others on accident but he cant help it. He keeps his duskull with him at all times.

Name: Vincent Grant Lance.

Originally from the Jotho region where he lived at a mixed daycare and gym the mountains mostly between Kanto and Johto. Vincent actually dosen't know who his real parants are, even thought the person whom he always have and will see as his real mother told him when he was 10 that he actually had been adopted just like a stray pokémon in his own way. Yet he accepted this, it was not very strange to him considering the fact they did take care of pokémon that didn't have parents either.
Because he lived at a daycare mixed with a gym, raising, breeding and taking care of all of a pokémons needs became more than a second nature to him. And since he basically grew up with pokémon he could understand them in a way many are unable too. And he was able to quickly leanr how to battle due to his mother being more or less a master gym leader from a non official gym that many only came to after actually competing in either the Johto or the Kanto Leauge. Vincent himself actually started accepting challanges when he turned 12, and even thought it sure proved no little challange at first he actually did very well.
Vincent was actually only 8 years old when he got to raise his own pokémon the first time. Since it was basically a day care and a very safe enviroment for him to do so. Yet another part was the reason he really wanted to and that he had grown overly found of and attached to an Eevee that just had hatched from an egg. This perticular Eevee would become his lifelong partner and best friend, and she was very special in the way that she was actually a shiny pokémon. As Vincent's mother simply was known as the 'Eevee' Master, she had all kinds of them from the regular version to all the Eeveelutions, and as one of Vincent's favorites gave birth to new ones he woved that he would help her raise one. It just happened that the Umbreon would give brith to a shiny one among the other six, and Vincent couldn't help but to grow attached to the odd one out.
When Vincent turned 16 he was actually invited to proffessor elms lab after his mother secretly had talked to Elm. And once Vincent actually got the chance to see the world, he decided to take it as he understood how it would help him grow and understand pokémon much better. And soon he was sent on his way along with his parner of choice, the Shiny Eevee Lenneth. After getting his official licence from Elm to catch and train wild pokémon, he along with Lenneth and a Cyndaquil that he aquired from elm would set out for an adventure that would take them all over the world for many years ahead.
DoD: Vincent dream about becomming not only a pokémon master... but a Grand Master, or in other worlds a Master among Masters.
After reaching Kalos, Lenneth actually was old enough and mature enough along with Vincent to actually consider evolution, it was a mutual descision that she would evolve and once she did she happened to become a Sylveon as it was the only Eeveelution that they actually had at the daycare back home, and also because the reason both had grown fund of fairy types after meeting them.
Lenneth like most of her specie is very sweet and nice, she's also playful and likes both singing and bouncing around mostly at random while enjoying herself. Yet even though her exterior might be a bit sugarcoated one shouldn't forget that both she and Vincent are more or less masters of battle. And as battle actually rages one can actually start to fear the sly smirk she cracks when Vincent tell her that its simply 'is time' meaning that game time is over and its time to finish it all usually with a bang.
-Vincent: "Lenneth?.... " 'Looks to his Sylveon with a casual face'
-Lenneth: "Syl?..." 'looks up at her trianer with a sweet Sylveon smile'
-Vincent "Its time..." 'Gives a small hmph of a mixed satisfaction and emjoyment'
-Lenneth "Sylv!" 'Grins Almost with a mixture of Malice and Cockiness'
-Vincent 'Points an nods' "Giga-Impact!... "
The following scene usually is a Rather Cute pokémon suddenly looking evil and crocked, brimming with power, and Charging her foe with the power of a Cargo Train.
