So I got intrigued by the bald question and reached out to a bald friend of mine.

HE SAYS that he uses shampoo where the hair used to be and face wash up to where he remembers his hair line was.
...I have since asked why the heck he buys shampoo.

In regards to the shampoo question, he says he still gets dandruff and most shampoos are formulated to aid with scalp health so thats why he still uses it.
Why didnt they teach this in medical school?

if poison expires, is it MORE poisonous or not poisonous at all?

This one I CAN answer. So depending on the poison, most expiration just means that it will loose it's potency and be much less effective. Chemicals break down or dissipate over time.
Some chemicals change composition over time and will begin to be less stable making them more liable for explosions, erosion, or combustion.
So yes, both are right. They become either more poisonous or less, depending.
