It does seem a bit strange to essentially just shrug and move on, but I sense you don't want to waste too much time on the Dead Vahsi detour, plus I don't want to keep Enigma waiting - we really do need an adult!

I'm just the narrator and try to keep the story presented with as little bias I can. The society saw him as a villain, they killed him, it's done. 'Justice' has been 'maintained'. I have no NPCs to dwell on it and Panos is already overburdened with too many layers so he's just generally out of it at this time.

I agree with the above - it was more Gina I was thinking of who might not let it go so easily. But there isn't any sense in dragging everybody else along on a sidequest that we already know isn't going to have any real narrative payoff, so I went with her next most plausible reaction.
