One of the advisors who was there, or maybe even one of the elves, presumably started raging about it to people as soon as they left the dining hall.

I am curious as to how the rumour of Jeon poisoning Mr Roe got around though, and in particular how (and why?) it filtered down to Gina’s handmaid. If someone’s potentially onto the council’s manoeuvrings then it’s best we know about it...
