The Collection: A Gathering Storm (Part one of Three)

Spoiler: Introduction 

Waking up, you look around and see yourself in a hospital room. A window outside shows that the city the hospital is in has gone to hell in a handbasket. Getting up, you see a few medical supplies in the room and a note. The note reads as follows:

You are not alone in this City. Find the fellow Collected, and face your foes in the City below. Have Fun.

With little information to work off of, you collect the supplies and walk out, now trying to find your fellow ‘Collected’, what ever that might mean.

Spoiler: Plot 

Plot: You will be playing as a cannon character from any universe. They wake up in the hospital, remembering what they were doing last, and not much else beyond that point. Your characters have a few basic goals now. Get out of this alive, and for now, find the other Collected.

You will not all get along, however, those who fight together bond, and battle will come the way of your characters. Work as a team, and you might just get out alive. Stay divided, and all hope is lost.

Spoiler: Rules 

Rules:
-This is going to be a long haul. If you can’t stick for the long ride, then don’t join. Remember, this is only part one.
-Semi-literate level please. At least a paragraph to half a paragraph per post. Don’t do one-liners if possible
-No Godmodding and all that jazz. Try it and you shall be smited. Hard. With a sandpaper conveyor belt room.
-All normal RPA rules apply here
-Me and Axilus Prime are the GMs. Our words are Law. Break them, and smote you shall be.
-No Batman or Superman.
-If you have questions, PM either one of us. We’re bound to see it and reply.
-Have fun, as always.
-No OCs. No matter how cool they are, no OCs.
-One Character per universe. Gotta spread the love around
-To make sure we know that you’ve read the rules, put at the bottom of your CS, the word “Ebola”.

Spoiler: Consequences for rule Breaking 

-In all cases of rule breaking an edit will be needed.
First offense: A warning. Possibly with copious swearing at the offender.
Second offense: Injury to the offender’s offending character.
Third offense: A highly offensive death to the offender’s offending character. Offensively.
Fourth offense: Banhammer.
Fifth offense: (HOW DID YOU EVEN GET BACK IN HERE?!) You are put in the sandpaper conveyor belt room.

Spoiler: Notes on Character Selection 

-For characters that have died, if you get them from a point from before they died, then they're good to go for use
-Depending on the power of some characters, they will be getting slight nerfs on them for a period of time to be determined on a case by case basis.
-If multiple instances of a character are cannon and unconnected, then multiples will be allowed, however they must be specified to lower confusion.
-Two character limit per player for now.
-If you have a character die, you can choose a new one, but it must be done before signups are closed. As of this edit, there are about 2 to 3 more events to happen before signs up are closed.
-If a player is MIA, their characters is opened for others to use. If that is your char, sorry, your gonna have to pick a new one.

What they were doing before being Collected: Cole was about to activate the RFIB to destroy The Beast when he was suddenly Collected.

Short Bio(Links to wiki pages are a plus): Wiki pages Cole was once just a bike courier in Empire City when a package he was delivering transformed him that day. The incident resulted in blasting the Historic district into what seemed like Armageddon. He ultimately found the person who unlocked his powers who was revealed to be himself from an alternate future, and the end result was that Kessler was killed. He soom went to New Marais after The Beast attacked Empire City and wiped it off the map. After several days in New Marais, he ultimately confronted The Beast with a device that will destroy it, but in the end kill him because of the conduit gene.

Ah, Cole. With him coming at a point late game, I take it he'll have access to most of his powers? and which karmic route here? Good or Evil?

Are characters who technically died in their respective universe acceptable?

Also, really? Really? Of all the words to use to check if people read the rules, you chose that one?
I mean, I know it is a really big thing, but seriously?

On the dead thing, I'm not sure. I say yes, but I'll wait for Prime to say anything before final judgement.

Also, that was Prime's idea. I went with as it is a way to make sure you've ready the rules. If it does end up being a problem, a simple edit can fix it.

I plan on making him use the good karmic route. I never really tried out his evil side. And I also edited the profile with the word.

Oh, cool, you're here already Snake.

I have no problem with someone dead showing up. Just say they were collected from a point in time when they were alive. If they died of Ebola, however, be sure to say that they were collected from a point in time before they even contracted the disease. Otherwise they'll just die in-game and that would be a waste.

I mean, I'm using Cole. He died in inFamous but I grabbed him in a loint of time where he wasn't dead yet. Better yet, the point he was about to die.
