I could even see it as kind of funny, the other dragons telling Caecilia to get her rider under control and get him on lease. Lol
I mean like black market kind of things, smuggling things for coin and such. he grew up on the streets, thieving and law breaking to survive, I'm thinking old habits die hard.
Most lilely the leader dragon will be telling the dragon to get her rider under control or they wuill have no choice but to evic him if he brings trouble toward the group because its not tollerated by the dragon riders as their goal is to train new riders so they can create peace between everyone and belive me trouble isn't something these riders look for
It's only going to be part of his background, and like I said, I could see it being a source of tension. I don't see a problem with a bit of drama amongst the group. It might add some interesting dynamics.

I know that. I don't see him preventing that. You asked for interesting characters so I tried to provide that. His criminal activities was just a way to build his character, I don't plan on them having much effect on the actual rp, other than how others view him. I think we'd want different kinds of characters.
