    Personal Information
    Name: Miranek Dalthanos
    Age: 19
    Sex: Male
    Race: Kobold
    Alignment: Neutral
    Sexual Orientation: Asexual
    Height: 2.2 feet
    Weight: 37 pounds
    Languages Known:
Draconic, Common, Dwarf, Goblin, Elven, Undercommon

Personality: He is polite, well mannered, and over all pleasant in his dealings with people, showing slices of humour from time to time, the side effects of the superior education he was given. However, he is still a kobold, possessing a low cunning and cowardly tendencies, pleasantries and such concepts as honour thrown away for self preservation. He will shy away from direct conflict, and have more able bodied individuals fight head on whilst he stands at the back. Whilst he may lack the skills of a fighter, he has the arcane power of a wizard, and is prepared to use it if a conflict can be avoided or ended in it's entirety with the clever use of a spell or two.

Biography: First, a bit of history from where he came. A tunnel network that was often assaulted by would be adventurers looking for an easy time and their first accomplishment, it was originally an abandoned mine, the mayor of the local town putting a bounty on the place to clear the kobolds that had taken root there before they became a nuisance. Many adventurers, seeing it as an easy target, found themselves brought to horrific demises by the innumerable traps and hit and run attacks. Each party that assaulted the tunnels were slain and their bodies looted, which only made the mountain a more formidable challenge as the kobolds pillaged armaments from the attackers. The old mine grew as the kobolds dug out new tunnels and burrows, soldiers and militia better armed to beat back any monster's they encountered whilst excavating, and the stolen books, recipes giving them knowledge, ascending above a mere tribe as they learnt of masonry, the arts of magic and metal working.

That was quite some time ago. After years of raiding and adventurers flooding in to try halt them, things began to die down. Raids began to stop as more guards were stationed in the surrounding villages, word of how their lair being a death trap spreading and the assault of adventurers began to stop. Eventually, the kobolds began to negotiate with the local lord and setup a peace agreement between the two, in exchange for giving the kobolds education and to trade with the local farms and villages for food so they didn't have to steal. As time went on, prejudice between the kobolds from the mountain settlement and the other races died down, now able to be seen working in the towns and villages, though most often stuck to their mountain home. The other races were welcome into the settlement without fear, some even deciding to live there, though the non-kobold population was mainly made up of drow and elves, naturally able to see in the dark, and the former preferring the dark underground. Some goblinoids can even be found there, people from old tribes integrated into the kobolds society when they breached their tribal dwellings, often acting as labourers and warriors for the weaker kobolds. Becoming a city, it became known as Scalerock.

Miranek started his life as the child of a single parent, his father crushed in a cave in with his fellow miners as they worked on digging out burrows for housing, his mother left to raise him herself as he saw her husband crushed. His mother worked as a supervisor for the mining operations, directing the workers and requisitioning needed materials, as well as keeping general order. Later in life, now old enough to be educated, he was found to be quite intelligent - and snapping up the chance to get her son a better life then a miner, she brought him to Dalthanos, a drow wizard and a friend who had settled there to avoid the prejudice his race normally received, and often helped round the mines. Normally, he wouldn't be one for taking apprentices, but he understood his friends plea. Taking him in, Miranek left his mother and became the pupil of Dalthanos. From there, he studied with the wizard, learning far more then the best place to mine, or the most stable positioning of struts.

Now the age of 19, and a fully fledged wizard, recruiters from the local lord began arriving in Scalerock, the Orc kings hideout discovered. Rather then looking for the usual adventurers to fling at the dungeon, they came for Scalerocks knowledge of the underground and superb use of traps, so that they might better prepare the adventurers that descended, telling them what they could expect down there, and how best to avoid traps. The people of Scalerock also found themselves required for some more active roles as well, guides that knew the environment well. Though Dalthanos disapproved, and despite his mothers fears for his life, he joined the caravan heading to the Orc kings lair, intending to join one of the groups of adventurers tackling the dungeon. It would act as a perfect test for his magical abilities, and the place no doubt had it's fair share of valuable trinkets and treasures, even scrolls and books he might use to extend his magical knowledge further.

    Character Name:
    Chatcak

    Universe:
    Metroid series
    Birthplace:
Exact location unknown, most likely voidborn

    Race:
    Space Pirate
    Gender:
    Male
    Age:
    39
    Height:
    8.9 feet
    Weight:
    304 pounds
    Eyes:
Bright yellow, appearing to be aflame(Effect of phazon infusion?)
    Hair:
    N/A

    Occupation:
    Pirate Trooper

    Factions:
    Space Pirate's

    Bio:
A mainstay in Space Pirate research, he was included into a test program where they attempted to improve a Space Pirates capabilities by applying Phazon to a Pirates body. Initially tested on creatures, it resulted in improved combat potency. Previous attempts had resulted in, at first, mentally unstable individuals that immediately attacked anyone in sight. Later testing proved successful, but hardly practical. It improved their strength and resilience, but it also significantly reduced speed and increased size, and cut their lifespans extremely short, forcing them to be cryogenically frozen when not in use. In one of their latest testing’s, of which he was a part of, they planned on using a far smaller dose of Phazon then previous attempts, and slowly upping the dose until harmful side-effects came became apparent, and they could set a safe level of infusion.

He proved quite successful – many others had begun suffering signs of mental instability, and removed from the program, while he stayed strong with only minor effects. In his last and most recent injection, he was sent to the training grounds to observe if there had been any useful side effects. During a spar with a fellow pirate, they discovered the ‘Hyper-mode’ he was capable of achieving. The latest injection had not been fully absorbed, and when stimulated by adrenaline as he went to engage his opponent, the Phazon began to be burnt off, slicing the fore-arm of his opponent off in a sudden influx of power with a mere training blade. The science team were silently celebrating, their research bearing fruit far larger than they had ever imagined. And for a moment, Chatcak felt as though he could tear mountains asunder with a single swing, and cross oceans in a single leap. That is, until the last of the Phazon finally burned up. Suddenly collapsing without warning, he began to spasm violently, other troopers restraining him as medical staff tranquilized him, knocking him unconscious. As he came too, the science teams heart sank, as he began to talk of strange noises only heard by, and how watchers in the dark lurked in the dark corners of the room. Their toughest subject had finally cracked.

Though hope for the project was not lost yet – Chatcak was still sane, if suffering from a few minor hallucinations, and perhaps now, with a more refined technique and more knowledge, they could later on perfect the infusion. For the time being, they halted raising the Phazon levels in his body, instead focusing on the power surges dubbed ‘hyper-mode’, seeking to understand just what triggered it, and how to use it most effectively. As time went on, and more tests occurred, he was given an exceptionally good life-style. The test’s brought on high amounts of mental and physical stress, and an improved living standard helped to severely reduce such side effects. Soon before he was sent to this unknown land, new subjects were brought into the program, the process by which they could use this ‘hyper-mode’ now fully understood – indeed, an injection device, modified to use Phazon and to have a backup store of the stuff, was affixed to the back of his exoskeleton, so that he may activate ‘hyper-mode’ at will. Though the side effect’s still remained a problem to be dealt with, further research was to be set aside to find a solution to the 'down' that came with cutting the supply.

And as he drifted off to sleep for the night to recover from his most recent fit, he awoke in a completely foreign place, an unknown gem embedded deeply within his arm, surrounded by what he recalled to be trees, plant life humanity was so fond of bringing into their settlements...

    Skills:
    Mechanical and electrical engineering
    Stealth and ambushing
    Weapon maintenance

    Abilities:
Racial Attributes: Through genetic and cybernetic enhancement, Space Pirates are significantly stronger and faster than a human. A neglected criminal pressed into combat still retains the strength to knock down an armoured marine single handedly, and have enough speed to avoid a burst of gunfire by rolling or leaping to one side. Though they can’t dodge bullets, they have an easier time throwing off an opponent’s aim with their improved reaction times. Space Pirates also live for long periods of time, the 200’s range considered to be elderly.

Exoskeleton: Built into the Space Pirates body, it provides protection for the Pirate, making the wearing of armour unnecessary, as it is already built in. Pirates have been known to make use of armour, but usually only for specialized troops that reduce their maneuverability, and the armour can be dealt with by using concussion weaponry.

Phazon infusion: Apart of a testing program to further improve a Pirates physiology, a small measure of phazon has been infused into his body. Though this has no direct effect, but by linking up his exoskeleton to a small store of Phazon on his back, he may activate a ‘hyper-mode’ in which his body and weaponry become super charged, increasing overall capability majorly. However, this comes with high risks. Prolonged exposure to Phazon will eventually kill him as his body becomes so saturated with it, that it bursts out through his body in spikes. There is also a major backlash when cutting the supply of Phazon – for a period after ending his ‘hyper-mode’, he will start suffering from severe hallucinations, and what those contain are entirely unpredictable. He may have a trip through complete bliss, flailing in ecstasy, or be reduced to the base instinct of self-preservation, lashing out at anyone in his path with an overwhelming need to get away. In any case, he will be out of the fight for quite some time.

    Armor:
    Inbuilt Exoskeleton
    Weapons:
Wrist mounted Galvanic Accelerator Cannon and Scythe.
    Gear:
Field rations, 200 additional rounds for the GAC, first aid kit, pot of Phazon absorbing pills.

    Notes:
The Galvanic Accelerator fires in short bursts, and the projectiles are quite visible and slow moving for gunfire. So though it may be a gun with a lot of ammo, the rounds can be dodged and will bring short moments of vulnerability where he won't be able to retaliate with gunfire.

    Spoiler: White Raven

    Spoiler: Diamond Mind

    Biography:
Forged by a dwarven artisans, he was built a soldier to aid in their battle's against the goblin tribes that had rooted themselves deep within the cavern's long ago, a warrior to fight in the war underground. He was to be a mighty warrior, able to cleave through hordes of his foes with a single swing, his metal skin impervious to their pathetic blows. But, by the time the constructs had been complete, and trained for battle, the threat was already coming to an end. The news had spread far over the years, and the trickle of adventurer's that eventually became a flood swept away the hordes of goblinoids. In the end, they had produced a legion of soldiers with no war to fight, and no land that needed defending. The war-forged were let free into the world to make of it what they could. Many became labourer's in the surrounding area, their lack of education besides the use of the sword giving them little options in life. Other's stayed true to their original purpose, becoming mercenaries, hired blades, guards and other profession's that suited the warrior.

The rare few, such as him, went into education, usually the smarter one's, or at least the one's with some ambition in them. He proved to be quite sharp, his monstrous appearance of a mindless automaton at opposite's to his level of understanding, sensibility and competence. But his quest for knowledge was halted by one thing - money. He had come into the world with nothing, just earning enough to pay for the education he did have through his help at the local forges and blacksmith's, but the small wage only went so far. It might take months, even years to raise the funds. But Almascas called for adventurers, and they offered to reward those who would aid them in their plight. The task would be dangerous, and the trials would be hard...But if he did this one job, he would be set for life...

And so, he joined the adventurer's swarming to Almasca, and though he had not fought for years now, he had been built a warrior, and his skill with the blade had yet to leave.

Note: He obviously doesn't have the dumb spike armour or crossbow.

    Name:
Griggs, 'Grey Fur'(More of a title concerning the fact he's lived this long)

    Age:
    42

    Species:
    Rattus Rattus Sapien

Role on the Light Cruiser Jackal:
    Wrecker

    Background:
A Ratters life is usually a short and violent one, and being of the rare breed that values self preservation, decided to take his chances with the world outside the sealed off dens. From there, he began his life as a scrapper, salvaging derelict starships that had come down during war time, old ruins still too heavily irradiated or scarred from Annelid bombardment to bother rebuilding or replacing.

Work was often temporary, and being forced to move from world to world for more work wasn't the best means to build funds. Eventually, he managed to get a more permanent job aboard an illegal wrecking ship, looting old wrecks already checked by UniGov for artefacts and trinkets the delusional or very rich were willing to pay for. He'd become quite experienced in his field of work, navigating the shattered ruins, scavenging bits and pieces his far larger companions couldn't reach.

Unfortunately for him, however, his shaddy line of work came to an end as the ceasefire's closure came into sight, UniGov wreckers rechecking old wreckage in their urgency to find something that might aid humanity in it's plight. The official wreckers were armed, and rather then risk their lives in a hopeless attempt escape in a slow freighter, they let themselves be brought it. The crew were given a choice, ether serve their time in prison, and probably die when the war came about, or work for the government as official wreckers aboard the Jackal. The majority of the crew joined up, Griggs apart of them. The work wasn't going to be anything new, and he got a better pay check, not to mention an actual room(albeit a small one) to himself.

Now he just hope's he can live long enough to finally buy himself a synth body, and a ship going as far away as possible from the cluster fuck that is human space in two years time.

    Skills:
Ratter Physiology: Being a ratter, he's got the standard above human agility and speed, ability to jump extraordinarily high, and the small resilient body that lacks strength, though not being able to throw a punch doesn't really matter when you can bite through steel with 4 inch long fangs. Whiskers capable of detecting whether or not he can fit in a hole. Slim frame allows him to wiggle through some rather tight spaces. Possesses night vision and a highly acute sense of smell, though the latter is les useful when your wearing a vacuum sealed space suit.

Cybernetics/Bioenhancements: For a Ratter, he's old, and the only way he's still maintaining his current bill of health is the use of artificial replacements. The majority of his organs have been replaced, the more important pieces being his heart, lungs and spinal cord. Parts of his skeleton have been reinforced, and muscle groups have been supplemented by artificially grown and grafted muscle.

Experienced Wrecker: He knows his way around ruins, and Griggs has dealt with more then one piece of alien technology, and is skilled enough with a gun to be able to shoot whatever hell beast comes out of them. Perhaps not a crack shot, but technology makes up for what the hand lacks. Also possessing a basic knowledge of general machinery concerning ships, vehicles and weaponry, he can at least act as a place holder for proper repair crews with temporary bodge jobs.

    Unique/special equipment:
Baubles and Trinkets: Various reminders and trophies taken from his previous runs, they include stuff like necklaces made up of scraps of some unknown metal compound, chips of bone from long dead races, ancient pieces of rock with iconography or an alien language carved into them. He also possesses some larger affairs, old consoles too decayed or their circuitry fried to be nothing better then scrap, and the occasional weapon such as a strangely shaped blade, though they have long ago lost their edge.

Titanium Tooth File: A Ratters fangs constantly grow, and without regularly grinding them down, there is the risk of them over growing and eventually preventing them from opening their mouth, and then the teeth piercing their skull resulting in death. Usually, they would be with this problem by gnawing through objects, forgoing tools in some cases just so they can keep their teeth size down. Not having a job in such a field of work where he would constantly be gnawing on something meant Griggs had to come up with a solution. Said solution was a diamond laced titanium File, allowing him to grind down his teeth on a regular basis.

Fang Daggers: On the occasion where his teeth were approaching a dangerous size, or he just wanted to shorten them significantly so he wouldn't have to bother using the File for a week or two, he had them sheared off, and took the pieces of broken off tooth with him. He would make somewhat crude daggers out of them, both as a memento and to be used as a rather effective(if temporary) stabbing weapon. He keeps a small collection of such daggers in his quarters, always taking at least one with him after using one to pierce the skull of a rather aggressive and large beast whilst on alien soil, the skull of the beast taken as another one of his little trophies, the dagger still embedded in it's fore-head.

Blast Gun(Basically a M79 GL that can fire AP shells): A comparatively primitive and crude weapon, it is never the less still an effective weapon for what it is, as it's hard to make a bad gun if you just make it a bigger one. Single shot, break action and with a large 40mm wide barrel, it's main ammunition times are buckshot and slug, ether filling a confined starship hallway with steel pellets or cracking through armour by acting as a miniature cannon. Fletchette is also a possibility, though the majority of the time the man your going to be fighting is ether wearing simple clothes or power armour, issues buckshot and slug can already deal with. It is also capable of using various grenade rounds, though these are rarely taken for obvious reasons when your going to be working in a possibly unstable and confined environment.

    CS:
    Homeworld Gem (Pre-war)

    Name:
    Jet

    Age:
Long before the war, that's for sure.

    Gender:
    Genderless

    Species:
    Gem

    Appearance:
She isn't tall, rising to a mere 4.7 feet, but as if to compensate, she has a thick, stocky frame. Her skin is a light grey, her long black kept in a single braid pony-tail that reaches down to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a dirty, grayish white. Her torso and left arm are covered in white bandages, as well as her right hand leaving the space around her collar bone, and the upper part of her right arm left as exposed skin. Her Gem is located on her chest, just below the center of her collar bone. She wears a pair of black trousers held up by a belt, ending in a pair of grey boots.

    Powers and Weapon(s):

    Blacksmiths Hammer

She is an excellent smith, able to craft complex gem machinery, if she had the appropriate tools and materials. To complement this, she can raise parts of her body to extreme temperatures, and possesses more then enough heat resistance to withstand it. Despite being one who creates weapons, not someone who wields them, she is never the less capable in combat, tougher and stronger than your average Gem. Perhaps no grand warrior, any lack of skill is made up for with cunning, guile, and a lack of shame.

Besides from that, she still has some old equipment that managed to survive the war, or looted from the Gem battlefields. The only significant devices are a holographic projector, which she's used to disguise herself as a human for all these years and fill in any gaps her not so perfect shape shifting didn't fill. Another is a high powered monocular that let her do some of the more complicated jobs. The rest are an assortment of weapons, ether made by herself or stolen from the dead.

    History:
Stationed on Earth, and now abandoned it since before the war, someone had to make the equipment the Gems used, and she was one of the people that did just that. She was what you could call a laborer Gem, specializing in creating and maintaining the various devices, equipment and objects Gems made use of. She had never agreed with the situation, of what they were doing there. Though of course she didn’t do this openly. Jet was just a simple Blacksmith who held no authority or respect, and making her views open would just get her a kick in the head, or worse, used as a 'test subject' for their damned experiments. As Rose Quartz rebellion began to, well, rebel, it was quite a surprise when she fled to Rose Quartz's banner, and by the time she did join up, the war was already starting and they could hardly chase a single runaway through an enemy army. She worked as a smith for Rose Quartz rebellion, doing much of she did before, just now it was for what she believed to be a good cause. Eventually, the war came to an end, managing to survive it all by doing her job and staying way, waaaay at the back. And in the aftermath, with Homeworlds forces routed...

Now what the hell was she supposed to do?

Well, what she did do was integrate into human society. After all, she was stuck here, possibly for eternity, with no other Gems (at least to her knowledge) to talk to or interact with, so you might as well take the next best thing.

    Likes:
Forging, and her 'special' brew of tea.

    Dislikes:
Those who would ruin another's work.

My picture looks so out of place here...

    I mean-

    Miranek Dalthanos - Kobold wizard?

    "Terrifying"

Chatcak - Phazon infused Space Pirate?

"I think fear just punched me in my heart.."

    Holo - Giant Warforged Warblade?

"Oh, so that's what death looks like in person..."

Griggs 'Grey Fur' - Rat-man Wrecker Convict

    "The stuff of sewer nightmares..."

    Jet, the "Renegade homeworld Gem"?

    "Oh my goodness, she's adorable.."

    Name:
    Viminar "Vimi" Hurgush

    Race:
    Goblin Green blood

    Origin: The Green Mountains, Hengestegg

Age: 17 (Roughly 25 by human standards)

    Gender: Male

Appearance: Unlike others of his kin, he has a tendency to stand upright, roughly 5.3 feet when in this position, around the same height as a human, and when in the typical goblin slouch, his body reaches around 4.5 feet in height. His face is a sharp and bony, with red eyes looking out from under an elongated brow, with a long crooked nose in between them, with large bat-like ears on the side of his head. His head is completely hairless, and his mouth seems to be filled with far more teeth then it should. His skin is a greyish-blue, similar to the colour of slate, with a broad, thickly muscled frame, gangly arms reaching down to his knees when standing, and knuckles threatening to scrape along the ground should he hunch. His usual attire is often kept simple and practical, preferring a linen shirt and trousers with a padded jacket, and a warm hooded fur cloak, and thick boots.

Personality : On the surface, he is a rather pleasant individual who enjoys order, and is a strong believer that manners cost nothing, and able to keep his head in a variety of stressful situations, with a general dislike for cruelty and suffering. However, he is still cunning and manipulative, with a selfish streak to him, and a ruthlessness that betrays his races well known savagery.

Flaws: Though not looking like your typical goblin, his ancestry is still quite clear. Most common folk will consider him at worst some form of abomination or half-breed, and at best as something exotic. As for himself, he isn’t used to any long lasting relationships from his constant travelling, finding it difficult to create true friendships.

Goals: His short term goals are to hone his skills as a bard, and to get material for song and poetry writing, and eventually return his place of origin, Hengestegg, and visit . His long term goals are to earn himself a name, preferably in a noble court or two, and manage to get himself a steady source of income.

Bio: The moment he came into the world, it was obvious that the newly born goblin wouldn’t be the typical degenerate so common to his kind. He easily overpowered or outwitted those around him, and he even gave some of the more mature goblins trouble. As he grew and matured, this only became more evident, and was soon noticed by another green-blood that had risen out and above the filth encrusted pits. She was the clans Shaman, plucking him out of the throng, and began to give him a proper education; training him in hopes that one day he would rise to lead his half-witted lesser kin. However, it was soon evident that he had no interest in such things, taking a far stronger liking to the music the occasional bard would play. Teaching him as best she could, she sent him off with a merchant to the Solthalen Empire, where he might find a better life than the one here.

The merchant, going by the name of Edward, lead him to a retired bard he knew, who willing trained the goblin – he’d never seen a blue-skinned goblin before, and one with a mind that might be even sharper than his, and one asking for him to tutor him. He accepted him, training him to the best of his abilities, and letting him free on the world with pride, sure that he’d hear one or two of his songs drifting down from a tavern in a year or two’s time. Ever since then, he’s been wandering the continent, gathering material first hand for songs, plays and poetry.

    Class: Travelling Bard

    Skills & Abilities:
Racial - Green skinned freak (4) – He’s quite a few stairways above his goblin brethren, with a mind more than four times sharper, not to mention being hardy enough to trudge through refuse and only ruining his clothing and making him smell awful.
Skill – Musician (3): Skilled in the art of music, he has a good repository of songs to back him up as well.
Skill – Charisma (3): He’s become quite proficient in the art of deceit over the years from the wide variety of roles he’s had to play, from pitiable beggar to arrogant noblemen, and worked with more than enough rich-folk and rowdy bar-goers to know how to flatter and charm.
Skill – Sewing (1): He’s had to patch up his clothes more than once, and knows how to make some rather mundane clothing look quite ornate with a bit of lace worked into them
Skill – Cooking (1): Often traveling alone, he normally has to make his own meals, not to mention his lack of funds at times forcing him to learn how to make the most out of the measly amount he got.
Skill – Navigation(1): Sometimes the roads were best avoided when prejudice for his kind was well known, and being able to read a map helped immensely when arriving in a new city, not to mention being able to find civilization on the occasion he had been driven out of such places.
Ability – Hedge magic (1): In his youth, he was taught some minor, but incredibly useful, magicks by a fellow green-blood shaman. Nothing spectacular, for the moment he is able to conjure a small flame or create sparks at his fingertips, and provide himself (and his clothing) protection against the freezing rain. Both work on concentration and purpose, in that to create a small flame in his palm, he needs to think about creating a small flame, and concentrating on the thought.
Ability – Sound trickery (1): Picked up from a fellow bard, he can manipulate sound to a degree, such as making his voice sound deeper or higher then it naturally would, and able to muffle or amplify a sound, though as of yet he is not able to magically produce sound.

Equipment: Chain-mail shirt, hatchet, hunting knife, a pair of thick smith’s gloves, stitched fur cloak, worn lute and leather case, fancy clothing, cloth and string, cooking equipment, 1 weeks’ worth of trail rations, water skin, music sheets and paper, ink and quill, travel pack.

Other: His first name is the one given to him by the bard he trained under, and his surname the name the shaman had called him.

"A man with the heart hotter than the sun and a fist that'll cause more destruction then any wild fire, the God of fire himself, El Luciérnaga!"

    Name:
    El Luciérnaga, "The firefly"

    Gender:
    Male

    Age:
    When the first fire burned.

    God of:
    Fire and warmth

    Faction:
    Balance

    Powers:

Phoenix - Though he does have a physical body, the fire god himself is the flames covering it, previously the flame lighting the many candles embedded into his hunched frame, and now manifesting itself as the luchador mask he proudly wears. If his physical form is vanquished, but the flames still remain, he will eventually reform his body. Though there's absolutely nothing stopping you from just throwing a bucket of water over him after beating his body to a pulp, it may become very difficult to do this when you fight him in say, a highly flammable forest. However, he still needs to come into actual contact with the forest or anything else flammable, so even in these favourable situations there’s still a window of extreme vulnerability. Though if you do extinguish him before punching him out, he'll be able to survive as long as his body still remains, but his powers will be rendered useless until he dries off or otherwise be able to set himself alight again. He is, of course, immune to his own flames and any other for that matter, and practically immune to high temperatures.

    Fire control
    - He is capable of manipulating fire, coxing it into a roaring inferno or quelling it into a dull ember. This, however, still requires fuel, so he cannot produce fire from absolutely nothing, and neither can he set something non-flammable on fire. He is also able to manipulate the flames inhabiting his physical body, though this is again inhibited by the need for a fuel source. During his time on the mortal realm, he had to resort to consuming food stuff and maybe the occasional log, and the worst he could do is turn his fingers into blow torches or turn into a walking talking bonfire that would turn a mortal too near him to a cinder, and be incredibly uncomfortable to a fellow god and perhaps cause some superficial burns, as long as said god didn't stand near him for too long. In the celestial realm, however, this is greatly bolstered, able to easily melt steel with his bare hands and cover himself in an inferno even a fellow god would find it difficult to last long in. Though if he can find fuel source of some kind to further power himself, the flames can be made even hotter, if only temporarily.

Background music – Whenever others are in El Luciérnaga’s presence, they will notice that music will play in the background, as if he’s a star in some show with his very own theme music. The true nature of how this came about is unknown, whether it’s an age old favour called in from the God of music, or something else entirely. In any case, this has no practical use, and only seems to serve style.

Take note - though he can be difficult to put down for good, and it’s hazardous to say the least to get close to him, he is not incredibly tough or agile, and neither does he have much in the manner of ranged capability, apart from throwing (preferably on fire) stuff at you.

    Personality:
He is an incredibly passionate God, putting his heart and soul into everything he does, which often results in extreme amounts of exaggeration and shouting, and being generally annoying to the other Gods. Whereas other Gods might plot and scheme against each other, the God of fire has no time for such petty squabbles, or at least he could never care for long enough to form any kind of grudges, prone as he is to whimsy and flights of fancy. Despite his immature attitudes, he still has a good heart, more than ready to give a helping hand, even if he won’t admit it and brush it off as another fancy of his, followed by customary shouting and posing.

    Background:
He came into existence the moment man brought fire into the world, and the gods early existence was a somewhat painful one, the first few fires sparse, power constantly shifting, but it wasn't too long until fire became more wide spread and his power became more consistent. Now it's hard to find someone who hasn't seen him, or at least heard his voice echoing in the distance as he cruises through the realms. Though his home lies in Averna, he frequents all of the celestial realms, ether because he’d fancy a ‘change in scenery’, or his services are required.

Though perhaps not the most well liked God in the celestial realms, his presence is tolerated in all of them; nearly every God has required his services at one point or another, to provide light, warmth, and whatever else they require at the time. He isn’t really restrictive or picky on what you use it for, granting fire to the street lamps of [order realm] and making the branding irons of [torture realm] glow red hot. This has afforded him a lot of freedom of movement across the Celestial realms, and a lot of safety. Every God whose made use of him will have to again at one point, and those who don’t would have to deal with a multitude of very pissed off Gods who do. In any case, though annoying, for the most part he was harmless. Though he might have run in and suddenly punched you from time to time, or burnt down your house, but he did that to everyone, and despite this he was harmless as far as fellow Gods were concerned, if a minor inconvenience.

When "The Fall" came about, he dropped down in America, descending from the sky as a fiery comet into the mojave desert, finding that his power was greatly reduced, unable to summon the blazing inferno's he was used to, but he took this in his stride. Maybe just punching stuff instead of fire punches could be interesting. He hadn't been to the mortal realm in a long time anyway. During his time on the mortal realm, he discovered a wonderful thing called wrestling that humanity had created, and soon after it's Lucha Libre variant, it's more flashy nature drawing him in. He became a Luchador himself, becoming El Luciérnaga, or the firefly, the God of fire, unwittingly evading the attention of both his fellow Gods and the ill-intented demi-gods, despite making no attempt to hide the truth about himself. Such ludicrous backstories were common in wrestling, and no one batted an eye to another show man claiming to be the God of fire.

Gratitude to Beta and others for helping me develop this character.
