He carries one of the better laser pistols the Ruffians have which isn't saying much since the Techies can only keep them in so good a shape without extra parts. Bio: As founder of the Ruffians when we was 12 Sky has been working with his friends to rebuild the old Pier Playground Amusement Park turning it into a fortress to give the other Orphans that lived by the docks a place to call home. He self-educated himself from old books he managed to scavenge in the city when not dodging the Cop-bots or other gangs. Protecting anyone coming to him for help he's something of a dockyard vigilante and hero for the downtrodden.

Personality: Quiet and thoughtful, he rarely speaks unless giving orders or teaching his voice is quiet and never rises above its normal tone unless the kids are being too loud and he needs to get their attention. He spends most of his day planning raids, checking on the sick or scraping together bits of stuff to sell for some nice food. But at nights after he put everyone to bed he sits out atop the big top watching the sky before exhaustion makes him crawl into his hammock for the night.

From a wisp like young man to a pale panther, Frost is 6 foot even and weighs a quick-punching 160 pounds of taut muscle. His once tanned healthy skin has paled from long hours avoiding the sun and the piercing eyes of the Managers. And with the nature of his magic his once black hair has turned stark white, all the really remains from his youth is his one deep blue eye which has lost it's distant stare, now it is keen and focused to the point of looking fake. His other eye was lost in the first revolution under the patch it is as dead and white as snow.

His clothing is usually the above, but with a long silver jacket he wears on long trips. He does not worry about the cold much plus too much clothing gets in the way of his guitar sometimes.

Personality: Though jaded after years of fighting in wars they never seemed destined to win Frost remains a soft-spoken and thoughtful individual. In fact his voice only rises in tone and volume when performing his Soul Song which comes from a band that used their own voices to fight against the dying of light in the old world. And though almost all notions of any kind of organized religion died out many years ago the raw power of the music fills the man's heart with the ruthless power of a blizzard. Though outside of fighting for his life he can be quite the Big Brother to those younger than him.

Spoiler: Background: 

Like most people in the Ruined City Frost was born to extremely poor parents who worked double and triple shifts just to keep their crappy two bedroom apartment. Young Martin was left alone alot, but found comfort in the books his father managed to scav during his job as a Prospector. With the education system being shut down and most people not having the time to bother with them books had little to no value outside of starting fires.

But Mr. Gratty was a teacher and knew their value was more than just quick fire starting materials. He saved all he could and educated as many young people as he could, it was nice, but it wasn't meant to last. The Corporations swept in and like all his friends made Martin an orphan, this was at age twelve and this was when he found his second family. Just a group of kids hiding from the bots and search lights. His education made it easy for him to fall into the role of leader and with it he taught the young people who came to him the same way his father did. Life...while far from comfortable was better than living in the streets where things far worse than gun-toting robots roamed. But as the years marched past things got worse and worse until a change was needed, and this is where the first revolution began. Martin and his friends along with other gangs joined forces and fought to bring down the establishment.

Many died, but in the end they won and in so doing released a power that would both save the world...and enslave it all over again. Magic was free and the small band of freedom fighters were the first ones to feel it's power, they were each blessed with potent magic and great power. Martin and his group were the only ones to step back from the promise of living at the top of the heap. They just wanted to live their lives freely, so they left the Ruined City and sought out a new home and a new place to free. The rest of the revolutionaries though had wanted power for so long they refused to leave it for someone else to claim and so they picked up where the Corporations had left off. Taking over the Ruined City and forcing their own ideas of law and order upon the huddled masses, only this time the people found they had the power to fight back. Magic users began springing up and threatening the new ruling body, but we always learn from history so the former freedom fighters became the tyrants that had just brought down.

Martin and his group heard the grim tidings coming from their old home and after trying to fight it from the outside for a few years took deep breaths and dove back into the fray. From the smoking remains of the other gangs came the Echoes. And Martin, like before became the leader taking the name Professor Frost to reflect his new found might and readying the people for a second revolution. Now the Sounders had replaced the cop-bots and now they were actively hunting down anyone who showed signs of magical power. Many fell to their clutches, but the few the Echoes saved became new members of Frost's second family each of them watching the backs of the one in front of them and fighting tooth and nail for each inch of ground against the Fascist Managers and their attack dogs. Like before they will fight to the bitter end, all Frost hopes for is another miracle allowing them to win the war.

Other: Sitting atop the grandstand staring at the broken sky. Frost was quietly strumming a tune on his guitar. It wasn't his Soul Song, but it was a song he remembers from his youth. It's been so long since he played it he can't even remember the name, but that's the wonderful thing about music. While the name is important sometimes, it's the sound itself that lives on forever.

The pale man often sat up here when he couldn't sleep which unfortunately was often. Sighing deeply Frost looked down from the grandstand, making mental notes where the rest of the Echoes were sleeping. Over the years his new group has rebuilt and fortified much of his old gang's hideout. Pyro's workshop still had singe marks on it, Mama Silver's Health Station was mostly intact and being used as a med station again. It saddened him every time he thought back on the old gang. After the revolution nearly all of them either died from their wounds or just wandered off for a better city. He hopes they found one, but outside this devastated cityscape there was only wastes as far as he could see. If you spend a long enough time in one place it feels like home, even if it's a living hell where you spend your days running and hiding.

Shaking the sad thoughts from his mind he began playing another song on Hoarfrost. It was far softer than the icy axe was used to playing, but it felt fitting for Frost's mood right now.

Bio: Sunny is the unfortunate survivor of a crash landing brought on by her family's ship having catastrophic engine failure. Her dad did his best to keep them alive and steer the crashing ship some place soft but luck wasn't on their side they crash landed in a rock quarry outside the city and Sunny was the only survivor. She burned her family and the ship as was her people's way and made her way to the city this was at 13.

Years rolled on and slowly Sunny built up a skill set that would make her the perfect wife for anyone but she refuses to be tied down like that way. She wanted to be out in the world helping people and following the Doctrines of her people's religion. Health, happiness, kindness, and justice. That is how she found the Ruffians out of all the gangs in the area they seemed the nicest and most likely to need her skills. Plus she has a little crush on Martin.

Character Description: Bugsly is all for being the Master of all he does or at least getting damn good at it. He devotes his life to being the best he can be and lifting up everyone to his level or trying to sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. He never quits until there's absolutely nothing more for him to do.

Character Appearance: 5'3, 230 pounds of muscle, built like a small brick shit house. Due to his affinity with the element of Light his hair is a pure white with true gold highlights which is a strange contrast to his naturally dark toned skin. His eyes shift in a rainbow of colors at all times almost hypnotizing if you stare too long. He is dressed in white gold armor from head to toe he may be a mage but he likes to protect himself from those that catch him by surprise.

Character Background: Buggsly is the eldest son of a Prize-fighter family with six kids and by far the shortest. It's a running gag among his siblings no matter how many times he's twisted them into pretzels and kicked their butts all over the family homestead. Even after he discovered his power over Light the gag went on. He knew it was all in good fun but it got boring after awhile hearing all the same jokes over and over. Eventually he left on his own to master his element as well as his more physical skills like fist-fighting.

Skills:Magic-Light: Control over the element giving him the ability to create barriers, and shoot bolts of concentrated light out at his enemies as well as working like a flashlight in dark places.

Combat Summary: Harry is a professional wizard and Private Eye in the modern day city of Chicago. As such he has had to deal with both human thugs and crooks and many the mythological creatures in his world like Vampires, Werewolves, Fae creatures and many Warlocks or evil wizards. He is well versed in the way of the supernatural. Most notably he's destroyed at least the entire Red Court Vampires(the usual blood sucking ones we all know) with help before they killed Harry's daughter and everyone in Harry's family tree with an ancient Bloodline curse. On top of that he brought down the Black Court Vampires ( zombie like flesh eaters) And he also stopped the Erlking's Wild Hunt after riding in on a zombie T- Rex.

Tactics: Harry is both a trained Wizard of immense power and ability and a trained PI with keen skills of observation and deduction. Harry describes himself as being bad at delicate magic, being better with indelicate magic. What he lacks in the precise application of magic, he can sometimes make up for by using a lot more power for his spells than would be necessary if he were more skilled, going for quantity instead of quality.

He is especially good with things requiring the redirection of energies. But although he might not be very good at them, he states that he is able to learn and use finer magic with a lot of practice and concentration. By the time of Changes, Harry is even able to create passable simple veils, due to having to teach them to and practice them with Molly. While many fail-safes go into a lot of what he does when it comes to combat more nuke than missile. But that doesn't mean he's a smash and bash guy. He does his best to avoid direct pitted combat utilizing allies, tricks, loopholes in stuff he plans and plots.

Strengths:

As one of the most powerful younger wizards of the White Council, Harry has a large repertoire of magical powers. His skills at evocation, or ‘quick and dirty’ magic, aka "kaboom magic", aka "battle magic", lean toward large blasts of fire and force, sometimes using wind, and also has some skill with earth (usually manipulating gravity) and lightning magic. He has considerable magical brute strength, though his control is initially somewhat lacking - for example, while he could easily shatter a pair of handcuffs, he may also break the wrists of the person wearing them. For this reason, Harry is ofttimes referred to as a magical 'thug'. Later in the series, Harry is also shown to have tremendous power in ritual form battle magic, when he uses the energy of a ley line to concentrate gravity for several miles around into a small zone, and flattens hundreds of enemy combatants at once.


Harry's skill with battle magic has increased steadily and quickly. His shields are the most striking example, initially unable to deal with sufficiently strong attacks, and not warding away heat, such that his hand was almost burned off. Now, thanks to practice and improved foci, they can deal with significant attacks without a problem. While the head of the Wardens has sufficient focus to wield fire magic with a pinpoint laser-like effect that can cut a person in two, Harry has the power to take out a building, fry an I-beam, and has 'upgraded' to a blue-white shot of fire magic strong enough to bore through a Denarian. Harry is also using physics more, using his shields to turn enemies attacks back upon themselves or their allies, and ripping heat away from areas to create ice as well as power fire attacks simultaneously, and transforming himself (and a White Court vampire) into an explosion-powered cannonball.


Harry was frequently accused of a lack of subtlety in his magic until he began training Molly as his apprentice. Through teaching to her particular talents (especially for veiling) and weaknesses (concentration, less emphasis on violent magic), Harry gained a greater understanding and finer control over his talents and began using subtler versions of his own spells, such as tightly controlled wind gusts. Changes shows Harry developing the following: much better control (he starts using illusions, veils, and Luccio's cutting fire beam, raising and lowering shields with great speed; and fine uses of soulfire), huge area effect spells; pure mental summoning of extremely powerful entities without a summoning circle; and using the fire and ice exchange trick in combat multiple times.


During the events of the novel Changes, Harry takes up the mantle of the Winter Knight. It is a position of incredible power, giving Harry access to the abilities of the Winter Sidhe, though ironically, he still complains of his aversion to cold, something the position failed to take away. This gives him substantially more stamina, speed, and strength in both the physical and magical sense, improved ability with "ice magic" which he either lacked or was reluctant to use prior to his appointment, and give him greater protection from physical attacks. It is presumed that Harry will hold the mantle of Winter Knight until he dies, as only with the death of the old knight can a new one be named (though Jim Butcher has stated that Harry is still the Winter Knight in the novel Ghost Story).


Harry was able to employ Hellfire while possessed by the Shadow of the Denarian Lasciel, a power that especially aided destructive spells and fire effects. After Harry lost that power, the Archangel Uriel awarded him the Angelic power of soulfire, which is used to make a sort of magical framework for the magic being used, turning, for instance, a straight force attack into an enduring silvery construct hand able to bash and batter repeatedly. The portion of the soul used in the soulfire returns over a period of days, enabling the wielder to get back to full strength; using all of one's soul is still fatal, however. Soulfire excels when used in creation magic, a notable example of which is illusions.


Magic itself has an innate power to disrupt technology in the Dresdenverse. A strong wizard's aura interferes with devices such as computers, airplane engines, and car motors, severely limiting his use of any modern/electronic gadgets. ("I can kill a copier at fifty paces," Harry remarks in Storm Front.) As a result, Harry becomes a potential safety risk whenever he visits places containing sophisticated equipment, such as hospitals in which patients are on life support. He prefers older, less refined technology when he has to deal with it; he drives a 1960s Volkswagen Beetle, knows a mechanic who can keep it running eight or nine days out of every ten, and favors revolvers over semi automatic pistols when he needs to carry a firearm. Harry uses candles, a fireplace, a kerosene heater, and an icebox in his apartment and lab, and he keeps dozens of spare light bulbs in his office in case one burns out when he walks past it. He can deliberately cause widespread havoc around high-tech items just by drawing in his magic, a practice he refers to as "hexing."

Because of this technological stricture, many wizards employ the Nevernever to travel long distances. If a wizard knows the path, they can step into the Nevernever, walk a short distance, and emerge somewhere else far away, as distance and time function differently inside. Due to their difficulty in using advanced means of transportation, control of paths and locations in the Nevernever is of critical importance to wizards for getting around rapidly. Knowledge of access points to the Nevernever is among the more useful secrets in the Dresdenverse...and an important bargaining chip for the Faerie Courts, who control most of the Paths through them. Dresden's mother was one of the most knowledgeable of such travelers. According to Luccio she would breakfast in Prague, lunch in Rome, and be in Tibet by sundown, with a couple of stops for coffee along the way. Harry obtained a red crystal belonging to his mother in Changes, which contains his mother's knowledge of these paths, which vastly outweighs his own. He has become slowly better, faster, and neater about opening portals to the Nevernever…he even uses one as a shield in combat to absorb falling stalactites from a collapsing ceiling.

Harry also possesses great skill at thaumaturgy - he prefers it, since it gives him more structure and precision for his power. According to Harry, his skills lie in "redirecting energy, sending energy out into the world to resonate..." in White Night. He is particularly well-versed in spells that track and find others. Harry has summoned spirits across multiple mythos in his time, including faeries big and small, Voodoo loa spirits of knowledge, and actual demons, using this skill and thaumaturgic rituals. His first use of a ritual in battle is in Changes.


A power that all true wizards have is The Sight, or the Third Eye. Using this power is one of the earmarks of wizardry. It allows a wizard to see the world as it truly is, on a magical and spiritual level, bypassing all veils and illusions and showing people and things as they truly are. Anything that is witnessed under the Third Eye is remembered perfectly, forever, which leads to reluctance to employ it, as it is often called on in situations to reveal evil, horrible supernatural harm, and the like, and the weight of such memories can cause significant mental stress over time. Harry's first use of the Sight was on a tree, and he can perfectly picture the gnome-like spirit within it to this day. His use of Sight on the Skinwalker (in Turn Coat) nearly drove him mad with fear and terror at the depth of the evil, cruelty and anathema he witnessed within the creature. It is noteworthy he has never used True Sight on a true Denarian, although he has witnessed the conflict of the Fey Courts using this ability...which completely turned his estimation of the power of Mab on its ear in his awe (and fear). (In Book One of the Dresden Files, the 'drug' being manufactured by the antagonist is actually an alchemical potion allowing normal mortals to use True Sight, an experience few are ready for.)


Yet another power that all wizards have is the soulgaze, a meeting of the eyes that transforms into a highly personalized and revealing look at the other person's psyche and soul, and one of the reasons why people instinctively don't look deep into another's eyes. It is an immediate way to identify someone or something flawlessly. It is notably something he has never shared with Murphy, although he has with Susan. Harry has no idea how people perceive him, although those who have Gazed him tend to have their opinion and respect for him taken up several notches after it happens, as they realize the true nature of who they are dealing with. The crime lord Marcone, for instance, evidences a remarkable amount of respect for Harry after sharing a soulgaze, and a young wizard who shared a soulgaze with him said that Harry was gentle, kind, and alone. However, in the few instances when Harry has Gazed an enemy during a confrontation, they generally have had a horrified reaction (one even gasped that he "[didn't] believe in hell").


On a more mundane level, wizards like Harry are also capable of slowly 'healing perfectly' from injuries, leaving no scars or breaks. For example, his broken bones will seal and leave no mark behind, and he is slowly regaining use of his flame-seared left hand, damaged so severely the normal doctors recommended it to be amputated. This characteristic is the probable reason for the exceptionally long lifespan of wizards. It has limits...a wizard might take 40–50 years to heal the broken back Harry suffers in Changes. Luckily for him, his back problem was fixed instantly when he became the Winter Knight.


Harry's 'final' ability possessed by all wizards is that of the death curse. While it is typically targeted at the being that kills them, it may be employed upon anyone within line of sight (such as when Harry was readying to send the Death Curse at one of the Necromancers in Dead Beat when he anticipated Morgan's attack), and the wizard must have time to use it (a few seconds). Death curses can be incredibly powerful. Harry believes that the force of his curse could wipe every living thing off the island of Demonreach, and others agree. His mother's Curse completely blocked the ability of the King of the White Court of Vampires to feed, a creature that was otherwise immune to magic. He himself has been the target of a Death Curse, although the lesser power of the caster left it open-ended and of vague purpose.

Starting with his first exposure to the island of Demonreach, it also appears that Harry is starting to develop foresight, a characteristic seemingly common to all wizards as they get older (and are not warned about ahead of time to stop them from wondering if this or that event was foreseen).


Additionally, after bonding with the native spirit of Demonreach in Turn Coat, Harry is able to link in with the spirit's intellectus ability concerning itself and all upon the island, enabling him perfect knowledge of Demonreach and its denizens, and natural harmony with the creatures dwelling there, giving Harry an incredible tactical advantage while he is present.

It seems that by the timing of Harry's conception and birth, he has some form of power over Outsiders, such as He Who Walks Behind, resulting in his astonishing ability to overcome a major Outsider while still a teenager after his master had sent it after him, and actually surviving an Entropy Curse (a lethally malevolent form of bad luck).

Harry has a fairly uncommon magical power he has developed with time and experience, the ability to Listen. This is more akin to a clairvoyance effect of limited range than merely enhanced hearing, but the sensitivity of it has risen with time, to the point where Harry can even filter out and discern different heartbeats around corners and in rooms close by. Although it can be stopped by a Veil, it provides an excellent tactical edge against many opponents for him.

Unlike some of the other magic users in the series, Harry shouts faux Latin commands to perform spells. For example, Harry lights candles in his apartment by muttering "Fliccum Biccus," an allusion to the "Flick your Bic" lighter advertising campaign. When Harry utters this phrase and infuses the spell with a minor effort of his will, his candles light up or the fire in his fireplace comes to life. He explained that most magic users use some language they're not familiar with for their incantations, to provide a bit of magical insulation to the user's mind from the forces they are channeling and avoid accidentally casting a spell by uttering a common phrase in a language they're used to. His ex-lover Elaine uses Egyptian.

Ghost Story drops Harry into the life of being a spirit/ghost, and a whole new set of magic. We learn that ghosts can 'vanish', like a short-range teleport, they hurt one another with strong memories, can consume other ghosts for their memories, are destroyed if caught outside a sanctum by the morning light, and can wield magic once again by calling up memories of having used magic before. However, casting magic is fueled by the essence of the spirit itself, much like soulfire, and can consume them entirely if not watched for. Ghosts can manifest physically by use of extreme willpower, as well.


Ghost Story also introduces us to the mechanics of mental assault and defense in the Dresdenverse, the uses of advanced illusionary ability via Molly Carpenter's burgeoning ability, and the rather spookily powerful abilities of ectomancers, the people who can speak with and control ghosts (a very separate line of study from necromancy). Harry's mental ability is noted as being incredibly obdurate on defense, and blundering tough on offense. Molly is noted as being swarmingly effective on offense and elusive and hard to find on defense.

Weaknesses: As powerful as he is he is still human susceptible to human injury though being a wizard he can recover quicker and take more damage than the normal human. And his nice guy ways often make him take wild unneeded risks to save someone he cares for.

Other Gear/ personal effects: Calabar is a minimalist, his personal effects and clothing are simple and more practical over ornate. Most of his clothing looks like he stole it from a samurai. And his personal effects are limited to a book of his clan's lineage, and a collections of his primary weapons through his long life. Stone Axes from his life as a guardian to Melekor the Wizard, a Roman Gladius, Japanese Katana, German Messer Longsword the list goes on.

Personality: Honorable and cryptic, Calabar is the living embodiment of the Binding Oath. The Time Blades are his whole life and he's dedicated more than half of it to them. He's a hard-ass when it comes to obeying the rules but when off duty he can be relaxed.

Spoiler: Background 

Born many years ago, the first half of Calabar's life was spent as all gargoyles spend them guarding the battlements of ancient keeps owned by Kings and Wizards protecting by night sleeping by day. It was a simple but empowering existence, he loved being able to fight alongside those in his clan and defending their surprisingly kind master.

The man was an ageless wizard and ruled over those in his land with a just and benevolent hand, which was unheard of in those mystic times especially for a Storm Wizard. The Wizard's power was mighty and he was known across many shores, but even with or maybe because of these legends his clan has fought off many invaders. Tribals, Sea Raiders, greedy Barons, even another Wizard looking to take over Melekor's lands.

One day on a fine morning though something was wrong, it was dawn but his clan wasn't turning to stone as they usually did, this wasn't right. The Wizard arrived on their battlements in his full Rune infused Battle Mage armor. No words were needed, the Wizard had broken their nightly cycle because he needed the Gargoyles' help in the light of day. And the reason was soon found out, on the dawn-lit horizon an army of thousands marched into view led by a wizard in black robes. He was at the head of an army of undead rotting corpses armed with brutal primitive weapons.
The Storm Wizard only had a couple hundred Men-at-arms, a few thousand Militia Peasants, and a group of two hundred Gargoyles, not exactly a thundering army. But they would fight to the last of them. And they did, for days they fought the invaders not losing ground but not gaining any. The last day though it all changed, never once losing his cool the Necromancer watched the last of his own defenders fall alongside Melekor's people. The gargoyles still lived though and it looked as though they would win the battle, but with a wave of his hand the Black Wizard cast one last spell and rose his own warriors from the dead as well as the Gray Wizard's.

Then the numbers were too uneven and the Gargoyles began dying under the sheer number of those fighting them. By the 11th hour of the last day, only Calabar and Melekor were left, holed up in the Wizard's throne room they healed what wounds they could and waited for the end. Calabar was still young and the wizard didn't wish to see another one so young die. Just as the undead horde broke the door down Melekor sent he wounded Gargoyle away with a quick teleportation spell. The Gargoyle found himself miles away from Melekor's Keep and unable to get back in time to save the Wizard. With nothing else to do Calabar wandered the land, somehow the wizard's spell still in effect. He slept like a normal creature did when he was tired. Joining whatever battle came his way Calabar fought on the dark side of every major battle right up to the time of the Romans where the next big event of his life happened.

Unbeknownst to the warrior he was about the save the life of the Chronos of the Time Blades. He was at the head of the column of fellow Legionnaires facing down some Werewolves. It promised to be a bloody battle, but the soldiers would win against the Barbarians. Their blades clashed and sparks flew from the contact, there were no words, no battle cries. Just snarls and gnashing teeth, it was bloody and wild, Calabar had long ago lost his fear of death, Gargoyles were long lived to begin with and he's been a warrior for longer than most human empires have existed. Death would be a great adventure for him, it seems though it was not meant to be. As he slew his tenth Werewolf a thickly built human man went down in front of him blind-sided by a Were's claw mace. By rights the man should've been killed, but he wasn't his glistening green glass helmet was dented sure. but he was alive.

Something told him this wasn't your average human whelp, lunging forward Calabar slashed the Were's head cutting an ear clean off before the sharp blade bit into the beast's skull felling it. With the problem dealt with he went to the man's side and saw a small green scythe pendent under a bit of pierced armor. Seeing the confusion the man simply smiled and rolled to his feet.

He spoke in a deep accented voice that placed him somewhere in the mountains of Briton.
"Survive this lad, an' Ah'll answer all yer questions." With that he drew the long claymore from his back and dove back into the Werewolves. Calabar promised and survived the attack seeking the man out and received a green glass and iron dagger as his explanation before with a strange kind of magic they were both transported deep into a mountain filled with green armored warriors, green glass weapons, and the greatest secret in existence. The Time Blades. Calabar joined without hesitation seeing a chance to get back to his roots as a protector. The centuries rolled on and soon the young Gargoyle became the hardened master of the elite group, being personally chosen to be Chronos Enslyer's protegee.

Spoiler: Other 

Walking the sleek winding corridors of HQ, Calabar tried to remember the name of every face he saw step aside respectively or full on run down another hallway to avoid the ancient Gargoyle's fierce visage. He couldn't help but look fierce, he was a creature born to ward off evil and scary scare evil it seems. He only remembered a fraction of this names. So many new faces, so many familiar ones having left this plane of existence. Death wasn't uncommon in the Time Blade ranks, they fought evil on every battlefield and in every time in existence. It took a lot to bring a Blade down, but when it did a ripple went through the stream of time and through the hearts of nearly every soldier here. They were a small group by comparisons to other armies and that closeness grew with every century they outlived those they once knew and loved.

It was cruel at times, they were the protectors of Time and Space, but they couldn't ever see their families or friends again once they join the group. A duty of the utmost importance, but a life of profound loneliness. They only have each other for the rest of their ageless lives, friendship and love was allowed in fact it was encouraged. Children born from such unions were raised and given the choice to stay on as a Follower or leave the Base once they reached adulthood. Then their minds would be wiped clean of the group and they would be sent to live on the surface. Raised by whatever race they sprang from and left ignorant of their origins. It softened the isolationism some, but nothing like a true blood family would.
It couldn't be helped though, so was their way of life, most are given the choice upon being recruited to join or reject the proposal. If they refuse their minds are wiped or all interaction with their recruiter and sent back to their short lives.

Shaking these depressing thoughts from his mind the Chronos made his way to the firing range unslinging his combat shotgun he nodded to the Seeker on Range Safety Duty and loaded the prepared drum of ammo into his impressive weapon. Pushing his green safety glasses up his nose and patting the red earmuffs down he pushed the little blue button sounding an alarm that his lane was hot. Taking a few quick breaths he eyed down the sights and waited for his first target. Being a shotgun, the range wasn't impressively long just 75 yards. But the damage and accuracy Calabar was capable of with this weapon made that something of a moot point. His first target at 25 Left was obliterated before it even came fully up over the bunker, it was followed almost immediately by the 25 Right which to was blasted apart.

Next came up the 75 Center which followed a similar fate only it's torso was peppered with the lethal pellets. His next two victims was the 50 Left and Center he felled them both with one shot. 25 Right and 75 Left followed suit, he popped them both and continued this display until his whole 100 round drum was empty and his gun was smoking slightly. He'd done this before and just as his last round was fired a target jumped up at 2 yards and he hurled the tomahawk on his belt planting it firmly in the head of the target. Removing the ear muffs the old Gargoyle was greet with cheers and applause by the small audience he had gathered. With a smile he pulled the drum out and placed it on his booth's counter before bowing to them all.
"Thank you all, glad to know my eyes and reflexes haven't dimmed any."

Personality: Quiet and stubborn to a fault his working days are nearly over being in the golden years of Donkeyhood but he helps out for holidays and all sometimes. But when not doing holiday stuff he hangs around the pastures chatting with old friends.

Bio: Born many years ago back when old man Murray inherited the farm from his father. Franklin has always been more a silent sufferer of other animals than a brayer. He figured out long ago some animals are just silly especially cats and dogs so frivolous and foolish not doing any work outside of what nature intended them to do hunt and chase things. Donkeys were never meant to pulls carts or let screaming messy kids ride on their backs but for some reason it happens.

Enhanced Body: Ilandra’s body is much stronger than one would assume from her appearance, and she is quite capable of surprising feats and moves.

Personality: Always a good little soldier and an extremely friendly and caring person from her days as a Follower to her days going through Officer Training to her commission as a Journeyman and even after she was selected from the other candidates that went through the Defender training school to be promoted to the important office of honor. But deep down she always was an idealist and yearned to make the world a better place.

Background: Ilandra was born in the magical Fae forests of Europe during the warm days of midsummer time had never existed in that place unless the Fae allowed it, so the village existed in relative Archaic times for Eons. Her village was a simple agricultural place where everyone was like family even if they weren't related to you. It was blessed life, but the blessing seemed to be limited to only her little hamlet of home because when the time came for her to go out into the world on her own at 16 she was slapped in the face by reality.

Her skills at farming and woodcraft were for naught when she came to her first big city...Paris. From her first day she was running from lustful men and venomous women while dodging crooked guards and knights looking to get some blackmail induced sex for overlooking her ignorance to made up laws. But even in the face of all these horrid events she never lost her positive outlook and hope for the world but she did develop a number of urban survival skills she'd never learn on the farm. She was nearing her 20th birthday when Keeper Murilegus and Journeyman Serus found her on a recruitment mission, she had been a vigilante for a few centuries before that.

She was overjoyed to be taken into the ranks of a group whose sole purpose is to protect the world we live in. She made a best friend in fellow Follower Amabelle and together they climbed their ways through the ranks excelling in their classes and just as they were primed to be promoted to Vanguard and join Vanguard Waverly who had been like a parent to them and join her in training the next generation of Followers. But Keeper Murilegus approached her with the idea of going to Officer Training, once again she was ecstatic at the honor and jumped at the chance. She was put under the tutelage of Seeker Gar until her commission. She learned much from him, his knowledge of combat and gunsmithing skill were amazing. She reached her commission date and proudly wore the full-sized longsword of her office everyday. But even as an officer her zeal to help the world didn't stop, she continued to work hard and excel in her training and it was this very enthusiasm that brought Chronos Calabar himself to her room one day with an invite to Defender School and the opportunity to become a guard of the Time Sanctum. The Neko's heart nearly stopped at the very idea of such an honor with the same joy and eagerness she showed throughout her career she agreed and began the training.

Three months later she was chosen among all the other candidates and strapped on the saber of the Defender and served at her post bursting with pride even happier to be doing it with her best friend Amabelle. At first she had no intention of breaking her oath, but one day when she was on monitor duty an alarm sounded and the monitor zoomed in on a very familiar part of Europe that she hadn't thought about in years... her village. She watched as her baby sister now a very fine young Neko was kidnapped in the middle of the night on her walk back home from working the fields by some drunken young men and dragged out to the pond and raped again and again until she was near death then the young men, still drunk stumbled away not even bothering to clean up their crime. Ilandra was too shocked to register the crime.
She did see how uncaring everyone was, they assumed the computers were acting up and just let the alarm blare until it stopped, but the computers are never wrong that was the spark that began the Rouge Time Blade's quest on evil. At the start of her war it was nothing to note back at the base just murders and assumptions the computers were on the fritz. First were the rapists of her sister then were the corrupt police of Paris, but all the killing wasn't changing the world, that's how Ilandra got the idea to use the Time Stones and seek out the very first seed of evil and kill it. And this is where our story begins.

Bio: Born from the spirit of an ancient warrior after the last battle that freed the village from the clutches of a powerful wizard. He was actually meant to work as an assassin for that wizard but a white witch by the name of Jella purified him and allowed him to fight the very evil he was created to serve and has been fighting and training other Dawn Lance for many years.

6'4 weighing a lithe 120lbs. Her skin is fair and pale and her eyes glow with magical blue light.
Though the clothes and hair style above are very intricate those were from her days as a student now her hair while still rich and dirty blond is cut short to the top of her shoulders and her outfit is the normal gray and blue uniform of other magical officers. It consists of gray form fitting trousers, black boots, a base gray sleeveless tunic with blue lightning bolts on the front and back. And over the trousers and tunic she wears a long gray overcoat with similar blue lightning bolts on the front, back, and down the sleeves.

Equipment/weapons: Copper tipped clawed gauntlets that enhance her magical abilities and magically enhanced cloth armor that gives her slightly enhanced physical abilities.

Powers/abilities(limit of 3): Magic: Deep knowledge of Destructive and Necromantic magic. Elvin longevity and grace: Being an Elf she has a long life and great dexterity and speed.

Faction: The Elven Queendom of Eisgnol

Bio: Abandoned young and raised by the villages abusive local crone she was dunked head-first into magic and soaked it all up like a dry cloth being an Elf she had a racial inclination to all forms of magic but she loved the dark arts with a passion. Learning all she could form the old woman she wasted little time in journeying to Night's Repose to further her study into the magic of death. Like a twister she went from teacher to teacher learning all she could before killing them with her new found power. Now she's just waiting for the chance to make herself even more deadly.

In her journey she made many enemies and learned a thing or two about planning. One such case was when she crossed paths with an Ogre named Y'gol Skullborne. Denika never let many people get close to her, but one person that did was a young male Elf named Igin. They were students in the Necromantic Arts, and soon grew into lovers. And after they killed their master together and then became Partners in Crime. They ran around the three kingdoms mastering their magics for many years.

But soon they crossed paths with someone or something beyond both of their capabilities. A creature of immense strength and great hunger. He dropped into their small cottage and killed Igin before either of them could react. But before Y'gol could kill Denika she pummels him with a barrage of fireballs and ran. He took Igin's body before the cottage burned to ash, it was quick meal for the Ogre, but it had become a lifelong pursuit for Denika. Planning her revenge on the creature that killed the only thing she ever loved. She joined the Elven Army of Queen Isalina Brightcloth as a Battle Mage and soon earned her way up the ranks to controlling her own group of soldiers and now she's found Y'gol hiding like a rat in the Highlands and now she's ready to have her revenge.

Personality: Vicious and seductive, but also fragile from a life of heartache and pain. She keeps her confidence forced up like a shield and often hides behind sarcasm and cruelty. She finds a release in causing pain to others or controlling them, and is renown for her methods of bedding anyone she thinks would be a fun challenge even if she must use magic to do it.
