Background: Born an only child of a poor farm, Zed was put to work as soon as he could lift a rake. He liked the work, it suited his personality. He said it so much and lived by it to it's fullest it became something of a District motto. It even helped a past tribute survive the games, it made him proud. Description: Short but well-built very much like a bulldozer. Her hair has gone solid silver and her eyes and skin are dark. She dresses in overalls boots and a yellow shirt.
Personality: Brutally honest and fearless. She is one of the few people the Peacekeepers step around instead of her moving. She's not cruel in fact she cares quite a bit about those she mentors but coddling never saved anyone in the Hunger Games.
Skills: Strength, surviving, and reading people
Weapon Choice: In both the 41th and the 50th games a hammer saved her life well that and a pickaxe.
Weakness: After you live through a querelle you have no weakness.
Fear: After you live through two hunger games you know no fear.
Background: Before she was selected to fight in the 41st Hunger Games, Evy's life was one of simple work, eat, drink, bathe, sleep. After the Games her mind forgot the simple joy of working with her hands and creating something. No it was replaced by violence and a cruel sense of justice. Kill with mercy those that need to have their suffering ended, and after her Tribute Partner died of illness after suffering for nearly a week while she watched over his deathbed she never let another suffer when death was the most humane thing to do.
This was her only reason to volunteer for the big 50th Hunger Games, she fought her way through many close calls and in the end her mercy killing policy is what won it for her. Winning this second tournament was what solidified her opinion that the Capital was in need of a mercy killing as well and she beat this idea into her trainees with subtlety and tact.

Appearance(pic and description): Though his appearance changes as it needs to, the below are what could be called his most used appearances.

This is his most used appearance. A tall, stocky figure with a glowing Jack'O'Lantern head dressed in a long black coat, black boots, and what looks like modern black body armor. More modern appearance and the most child friendly of his three main forms.

Mostly used when wandering the world when he needs to blend in among humans and other races who might not appreciate The Grim or Pumpkin King appearances. Scarecrows can pop up in anything that looks like a field and be ignored. Shorter, but wider than the King form and appears to be made of wood for lightness and ease of travel over long distances. The lanterns burn with a fire that never goes out.

Often called the Grim Grinner this is his most frightful form. Being an avatar of death at the core of his nature this form is arguably his "true" form. Extremely tall and very thin clad once more in all black, but adorned with discolored rags and bones that hang about him like totems. The oddity of this form lies in either his inability or unwillingness to speak while in it.
It add further credence that this is his true form as his true voice is that of death itself and any who hear it drop dead instantly.
Race:Eternal Job: Guardian of the lost and frightened.
Racial Skills and Abilities: Anam's powers are tied to his lantern/scythe and the flame inside of it changes colors with whatever power he is using.
Shapeshifting(Green Flame): His most used skill, once it's activated he can morph himself into any shape in nature he was seen. But can only mimic living organisms.
Fire(White Flame): His most basic, but also most powerful ability. Used to dispatch evil entities and purge the area around it. The fire seems to be hot enough to melt even bone and metal to ash, but unless you are right in the flame you feel no heat or pain.
Illusion(Blue Flame): Rarely used, but always effective. Once this ability is activated he can trick the senses of anyone he is targeting. Used mostly to try and scare his opponent's away before the fight even starts or used to intimidate a creature that is threatening an innocent.
Strength(Red Flame): Another basic spell though often used in combination with the other powers to augment them as the Red Flame strengthens not only his physical strength, but also the power of his mana and spells.
Invisibility(Purple Flame): Used primarily to make his long distance travels easier without the need for altering forms very often. Invisibility also covers the other markers of his existence right down to smell and the noise his footsteps make.
Normal Skills and Abilities(limit of 5):
Storyteller: Being immortal can be quiet boring so when he has the time he likes to gather whatever stories he can find and often revels in retelling them to a new audience.
Polearm master: What is his pole with an unbreakable metal lantern swinging from an enclosed hook if not a polearm like weapons. This skill is maximized when he shifts it to his grim scythe, but is also masterful with any polearm weapon he picks up.
Precognition: The way he finds trouble to deal with. Blessed by mother nature to see the danger before it comes. Able to plan his wanderings so he hits every scene of trouble oftentimes before it even happens.
Teleportation: The only way to travel for an Immortal Scarecrow Guardian. Though the skill isn't an exact ability he can usually land within a few meters of his destination.
Moon's eye: Anam is linked to the moon above even on nights where it cannot be seen. And he can use it's huge unblinking eye to watch the world around him in real time. No one is sure if this is it's own skill or simply an extension of Precognition, but he often uses the two in concert with each other.
Weapons(Limit of 4 weapons): He carries a glowing lantern on a long pole. The Lantern changes colors with whatever power he is using. The lantern changes to a reaper's scythe in Grim form, but still glows with the internal fire.

Personality: Anam is a quiet and reserved creature. Though capable of laughter and joy he was long carried the burden of his duty upon eons weary shoulders. He is a protector through and through, but with such powers that he has comes the downside of immortality. He is cursed with never being able to find meaning beyond his station or settle down with a loved on.
When seen out in the world the viewer can easily see by the sag of his shoulders and heavy sighing of his chest that he is resigned to his fate only barely keeping a coal of love and affection burning in his heart holding out against hope for an end to his lonely vigil or at the very least someone to be lonely with.
Likes: The Fall, the moon, the stars, his pumpkin patch, and protecting people; children in particular.
Dislikes: People who hurt the innocent, his eternal loneliness, and animals that try to eat the gourds in his pumpkin patch.
Background: Anam Fàsach, created by nature for this purpose and this purpose alone. He has no childhood, no fond memories of when he might've been human to keep him occupied through the many years of his occupation as the Autumnal Guardian. One of them any spirits and entities that predate the modern world and have seen the rise and falls of countless species and people. The people of the Primeval Arcana, the rise of the golden guardians, their fall to the silver savages and their eventual fall to the humans of Atlantis then the Atlantians earning the ire of the gods above were forced underground to become the strange and glowing Inkkin.
He and the other Eternals have always watched the comings and goings of mortals. As personifications of nature the Eternals have only ever known the life of immortality and power. But Mother Nature has tied all kinds of barriers throughout the natural world trying to keep the Immortals from enslaving the mortals as other immortals were want to do. They were tasked as protectors along side the likes of Drago's Children and the many factions of humans set on protecting their species...more times than not from themselves. For Anam and his kin though they were content to let the Youngers police themselves as a whole focusing instead upon protecting a sphere of their choosing and for the Pumpkin King he chose protecting those lost in the forests and wild lands from the things that go bump in the night.
Eons passed with him doing his duty to the fullest of his abilities and aside from a few times during the many wars of the mortal realm he rarely thought of anything else. But even Guardians like him feel the weight of time if enough of it begins piling up and Anam had a tremendous number of years sitting heavily on his shoulders. Soon he began warring with himself, his sense of duty fighting with his weariness. Neither losing ground but neither gaining it either. He often picture it like two opposing armies being unable to maneuver around the other so they remained evenly matched on the plane of his tormented existence. But without Mother Nature releasing him form his bond herself there is nothing he could do. He wanders freely about the world protecting and reflecting. Never needing to rest, eat, or drink, nothing but the road beneath his feet and the endless blanket of night above him.
Other: Being a naturally thoughtful and morose creature he often comes up with poems or stories to amuse the madness within his head and gain a small piece of quiet from the constantly warring voices in his head. And this is one poem he repeats, especially when out hunting down evil.

Guardian History: Originating from the Western Belief of honoring the dead, Spook is the Guardian of All Hallows Eve and the thrill people get from the festivities celebrated on this day. He protects people from the more vicious spirits of the dark like Pitch and Scarecrow. He would've gladly helped the others fighting him when he tried to take over the world, but as is the case with every Guardian the Man in the Moon decides it not him. So he sat back and did his own little part. Now that Achlys and her Legion are back, he's ready to crack some heads and save the children of the world.

2) His face mask has an image generator that allows him to display pictures and simulate emotions.
3) His right arm has a powerful cannon built in, it only has three shots but those three shots can decimate Military-grade tanks. Downside is one shot takes a massive toll on him and after all three shots are fired the arm is useless until it can be replaced.
4) His body is superior to to most Warbots in terms of armor, strength, speed, reaction time, intelligence, and multi-tier optics.
Loadout: Standard issue gear with a larger than standard Warden Arms Sterngard 25mm Shotgun(named Big Daddy) with a Class III Extended mag. And a pair of Adamantium machetes supplementing standard issue.
Personality: Due to Killbot's status as a prototype Warbot, somethings were shortened for the sake of combat superiority. In this case his mental stabilizers were put low on his computer's list of priority repairs. And after his last mission with the Shadow Wardens he took a blow to the head and his stabilizers were damaged. Now he is touchy when it comes to his social interactions with others,his squadmates in particular. While he'll never injure them he can't help it if they trigger an outburst.
Biography: Created solely for the UEC Special Forces, the Togga Tech, MK X-II, Prototype Warbot is a huge advance in the field of Defense. Dar-Togga, the CEO of Togga Tech thought the best place for his newest creation's field test would be with his best customers the SF. That was 29 years ago and in that time the MK X-II has proven more than just a machine for war. About a year ago, the new threat of the Black Sun made him needed elsewhere, he was brought over to the Shadow Wardens. He was one of the best Shadow Wardens around and put in a position of command in the top teams. In light of recent events though Killbot was removed from top command due to his stabilizers being so badly damaged. He is working under a more stable Shadow Warden now as his second in command. While his basic designs have been remade and tweaked there is no Android quite like Killbot in the universe. He is still more tactically skilled than his remakes.

Heavy Warrior: Much like with his guns skills he is best with machete type blades, axes, hammers, even maces. Small or light weapons will be crushed in his powerful grip.
Tactical: Trained in combat knowledge and tactics he can plan and adapt to any situation. Assuming his spotty circuits don't switch on his kill switch rather than his think switch.
Weapon Knowledge: He has detailed files about his preferred weapons and most he sees.

Background: Created solely for military applications, the Togga Tech, Model 001, MK X-II Prototype Combat Cyborg, is a huge advance in the field of Defense. Dar-Togga, when he was the CEO of Togga Tech, personally designed and over saw the construction of Killbot. He was meant to be the crown jewel of the company's run, but the betrayal happened before they could get it past the Beta Stages and create more than one subject. Which Togga took with him after destroying every scrap evidence on it.
Since then Killbot has been serving faithfully under Togga as a bodyguard and assistant mob boss. He never complains, never disobeys an order but is always happy to complain about it. Having no other purpose than to be a killer he fell right into the slot as a Gunner and Guard.

Studying the PDA before him the massive Cyborg warrior flipped through the files Togga had given him about acquiring some jobs for the Black Stars. So far he had a shipment of Black Diamonds that the Silver Lances wanted for some of their energy weapons. A local Drug Dealer wanted his Star Juice dropped off at the center of the Xi Quadrant. And they could escort a a High Ranking Jor'in Government official to an outpost on the moons of Bifist Alpha.
The last objective on his list was on the nearby planet of Skor, a stupidly cold and snowy planet and home to a bunch of Space Age Barbarians called the Iceteeth. This mission was one of attempted recruitment. Simple enough from the outside, he's done it many times before land on a planet drop some PDA's off in the major cities, and get back home before anyone notices him. The problem with Skor though was the fact it was bitterly fucking cold! Even wrapped in his insulated armor he could feel his joints creaking and his servos grinding.
After landing in the outskirts of the warmest town known as Ice Stream and the temperature registering at -80, the Cyborg grumbled and stomped his way through the knee deep snow past the domed town's gates he was glad these people had evolved enough sense to build their cities under temperature controlled domes. Still wasn't warm because the people needed to say acclimated but at least the servo fluid in his joints wouldn't freeze up. Looking around the rustic little town, the buildings were all made of carved wood and hewn stone. If he hadn't seen the guards carrying high-powered Particle Rifles and energy axes he would've sworn he'd gone back in time. The town was all that big but it would have as few abandoned buildings where he could set up the telepad no doubt. As he walked through the town shaking melting snow off his body dropping PDA's every few hundred steps. After making a few circuits around the town he found a likely building.
A big storage room by the looks of it by the outer wall huddled against the dome like a cornered dog. He logged the steps and directions into the dropped PDA's via wireless link and walked into the building. Sadly he would be stuck in this place for longer than he wanted to. The building was occupied by a group of six grim looking bandits hiding from the law. At first he thought to try and recruit them, but when they grabbed their energy weapons Killbot knew that wasn't going to happen. Drawing his swords he met their attacks head on with AC/DC's "Hell Bells" playing through his speakers. It didn't scare the bandits though they just wanted to sell this Cyborg for some credits.
Spinning the swords in his hands he ducked under the swings of the first two and slashed them across their stomachs before spinning in his crouch and lopping off their heads. The next two managed to get some hits on him, the energy of the axes disrupted his forcefield so these two actually got some hits in. It only got the bandits in range of his blades, he stabbed the one on the left through the heart and used his massive cannon arm and crush the face of the one on the right.
Seeing their comrades dead the last two bandits ran for it, but Killbot said no spinning the swords around his hand he threw them and caught the running bandits threw the backs dropping them just before the door. The song ended and the Gunner returned to his original job of setting up the telepad.

Personality: MacKayla has always been a short tempered lady. Only her closest friends know the reason behind her anger, but from what she tells others life just decided to kick her around a bit. She keeps to herself most of the time but is open to being social. On a good day she can count to ten and get over her anger, but on a bad day she'll blow up and start breaking heads at the drop of a hat. Her job as a bouncer at a Boston Nightclub has given her a good nose for trouble, and above all she is endlessly untrusting around older men and women.
Style: She wears simple functional clothes, jeans, warm boots in the winter, or just sneakers. And she usually wears t-shirts or a tank-top if it gets hot enough.
Brief Bio: Born in northern Pennsylvania, she lived most of her early life in her Grandparents' house. When she reached five though her thought to be dead and long lost parents returned and took her back. What was thought to be a good thing turned out to be a very,very, bad thing, for reasons she refuses to say, life from five to thirteen was all a blur of pain and turmoil. On the eve of her fourteenth birthday though things changed. All she remembers is after a bad night there were police sirens, gunshots, and the cold air on her face. When she opened her eyes again she was in a hospital and the sun was shining bright after what seemed like an endless night.
That day things got better, at least on the outside. Inside she was a boiling sea of mood swings and bottling up of emotions. She lashed out at anyone that reminded her of her parents and almost found herself jailed once or twice. She went through therapy and Anger Management classes and they helped enough to allow her to be admitted into school. It was here she met her other friends and her best friend Airi, she quickly became the protector of the group. Having dedicated herself to working out and having been admitted into self-defense classes as part of her therapy, she scared off most of the bullies and knocked out those that were extra dumb. As she graduated High-School the only jobs she could find were military or security ones. She was sure she wouldn't be able to handle someone screaming a her so the security field was all she had left. It was good pay and it was close to her apartment.
Now with the word her friends are planning to vacation in the Big Apple, Kay finds herself taking time off her job and packing her things for hopefully a fun and non-stressful trip to the biggest city in America.

Enhanced Instant Teleport: Being the Mystic of Space he can be anywhere he's already been to at anytime he is also able to take others with him, the strain is much less than before and he can go greater distance more often.
Black Hole: Can open up a violent but isolated vortex that can pull enemies in or throws things out that have been previously pulled in.
Rend: Using multiple quickly acting vortexes he can rip enemies or objects to pieces.
Trapdoor: Another form of Black Hole, this one more of a sneak attack. He opens an invisible hole on the ground and anyone who walks into it will be teleported into a pocket of space and trapped.
Gravity
Enhanced Force: Using gravity he can pull in or throw away an enemy. He can now do it with whole groups of ten enemies.
Crush/Toss : Manipulating the gravity around an individual or an object he can either smash it into the ground or make it lift off the ground and shoot off into the sky. He can also use it to stop things from falling he doesn't wish to see fall.
Aided Flight: He can either speed up his own flying capabilities or aid an ally in their flight.
Enhanced Pulse: Using gravity like a solid force he can stun enemies for a nearly thirty minutes.

Enhanced Shield: Using the power of the stars he can form shields of protection around himself and others for around thirty minutes and keep it even under great attacks.
Blast: On the opposite side he can use star power to blast enemies with pure energy.
Enhanced Blind: Blasting the area with star magic makes him able to blind all his enemies, but can now save his allies from suffering the same fate.
Supernova: His most risky and dangerous attack. After super charging his own Mystic Reserves he can obliterate an area of around 100 square miles. The downside is simple, after the attack he is one toe away from death and his magic will be permanently damaged and weakened.

A foot in circumference and weighs around a pound.
Death Orb: Created at the beginning of time as the representative power of Death, the Death Orb is an object that can not only predict any one things death but bring it about. But only when that death is predicted by fate. One cannot kill at will with the Death Orb.
Close association with the Death Orb gives its wielder drastically increased physical and magical prowess. While Galez is plenty strong getting the Death will only have a few effects on his powers themselves aside from making them stronger.

Being from space he has the ability to survive the most harsh of climates and conditions. And can use his magic to not need to breath.
Great focus: Eons of training have given Galez nearly unbreakable focus and drive.
Skills: He is a highly trained warrior and intelligent leader being nearly to the age of being on the Elder Council himself he knows a trick or two. He is also skilled in the use of anything as a weapon and his arcane knowledge is deep and powerful but due to the Death Sentence he rarely gets to use his full power. He is skilled in most conventional weapons as well as knowledge of more arcane artifacts.
Weapon: The lance and shield in the picture but also a 7 foot long halberd made out of Star Magic that he can summon at will.
Personality: Galez may not be the oldest Space Dragon alive right now but even his elders have said he is one of the wisest. He has an answer to nearly anything at the drop of a hat, and even for those things he doesn't have an answer for you can bet he'll find out that answer. Always willing to live up to the Space Dragon ideals of protection, education, and service, he is quick to help friends and crush enemies.
Brief History: Born at the very beginning of this planet Galez has been watching and learning from the Elder and Dragon Councils ever since he was a chick. His father has a seat on both of them so Galez is always welcome to sit in on meetings and assist where he can. He learns quick and often surprises his Elders with what he can come up with. This continued right up do the day he was about to begin his finalized training to join the Council of Dragon before being allowed to vy for a chair on the Elder Council.
Things were going good right up until Mahvalli became corrupt and evil. His formal swearing in was dropped as everyone focused on combating this former ally. Never one to sit on the sidelines, Galez volunteered to go recruit more aid for the cause and set out to fulfill his oath to the best of his abilities.

Fire Control: Nika can control fire with total prowess and skill. This is greatly helped by her natural fire control.
Enhanced Fire Fight: She can shoot fireballs or jets of flame out of her hands, eyes, and mouth.
Enhanced Flaming Sword: She can form weapons out of flames they can cut through all materials that aren't protected by strong magic.
Enhanced Flaming Shield: She can form shields and armor out of flames they can protect from attacks that aren't magically potent.
Smoke Power: Nika can now use smoke to create tendrils and shields to attack and defend.
Enhanced Smokescreen: She can create smoke out of thin air and have a greater effect and control rather than just setting the area ablaze.
Thermal Control: Her body is always many degrees hotter than the normal human and it never changes.

Natural Fire Control: As a Sunfighter she has a natural affinity to control fire and smoke.
Greater Enhanced Physical prowess: Her natural prowess is tripled upon attaining the Spear of Helios.
Night Vision: She can see in the dark like a cat or like a snake.
Light Control: Her control of light is increased to that of a full sized spotlight and around ten flash bang grenades.
Enhanced Flight: She can fly at speeds upwards to Mach 5.
Enhanced Fire Charge: Due to her training in Sun Fist she can rapidly heat up her muscles to be quicker, stronger, and more durable. With the spear the increase of her power is doubled and it lasts longer. The downside is though if it goes on for too long she will be greatly fatigued and eventually it'll render her immobile. With the spear the downside is less drastic but it still wears on her.

Spear of Helios: The weapon used by the God of the Sun to fight the darkness many eons ago. It can be used as something of an empowerment item that enhances a person's natural skill with fire and make them more powerful against opposing elements.

Hand-to-hand combatant: Like all of her people she is highly skilled in the fighting style of her people, the Sun Fist. It combines quick strong strikes with fire empowered muscles.
Competent weapon fighter: She is skilled with her sword and many other weapons.
Survivor: She knows how to survive in a number of hostile environments.
Skilled in Guerrilla Warfare: She is an expert in hit-and-run tactics and ambushes.
Weapon: The sword in the pic primarily, but she can use most kinds of weaponry well.
Personality: She is untrusting of those she doesn't know but when she warms up to them she is loyal to a T. She is also a mostly pleasant individual and enjoys playing her flute during down time.
Brief History: Born among the first tribe of the Sunfighters to venture out of their own dimension and over into this reality. The Sunfighters are too new to the Elder Council's war to be represented, Nika and a couple of her fellow warriors were sent to this dimension to scout out it's possibilities of being a second home for her people. They have only been in this dimension for a few years and it is already proving to not be the best place for them. If they wanted to battle evil they would've stayed beyond the Day Sky River.
They have been fighting their own dark enemies for Eons, the Fearstalkers. These two races are neighbors beyond the Sky River and have been a war ever since they were created. While no Fearstalker has been seen fighting for Mahvalli, Nika and her warriors will be on the look out for them. With this pedigree they are slightly more prepared to fight Mahavalli's dark army.

Divine Physiology: His physical powers are well above those of a human. Flight: Even with his eight wings cut down to two he can fly up to speeds of Mach 5. Crystal Shard: His feathers can become like crystal and cut enemies as he flies or he can launch them out at people. Crystal Blade: He can pluck a crystal feather off his wings and use it like a strong and sharp sword. Power of Night: He can manipulate shadows and darkness to make weapons and armor. Shard Shield: In times of need he can fold his wings around him and create a strong shield but if his wings shatter or get broken he can no longer fly. Shadow Cloak: Using the shadows around him he can vanish from sight and reappear elsewhere.

Six foot long and made of an enchanted Bronze that makes it nearly as strong as diamonds.
Sword of Anubis: The blades used by the god Anubis when it came to judging the dead. The honourable get the hooked side and guided to the afterlife, and the blade side used to smite the unworthy. It greatly increases the user's mental ability because only a good judge knows how to use it properly.
While the ambient energy about the weapon enhances Rancor's magic and physical power it has no real effect on his powers themselves.

Personality: He is a somber and serious being, rarely does he smile and even more rarely does he laugh. He sees only the pitiful creatures that were created inferior to him.
Brief History: Once he was the angel in charge of ushering the night and lifting the moon to the sky. But as he grew older and his task became more and more mundane. His goals moved from simply heralding the night to ruling it, gaining a strong influence over the creatures of the night and causing them to attack the "Day Walkers" as he called everyone else. This is what caused him to be cast down from his perch and his duty ripped from him. It wouldn't have bothered him much except a freak of nature, he had the misfortune to call sibling was given his power and duty. This was the last thing that pushed him to serve Mahvalli as the Spymaster of his Army.

Super Strength: Hillard is extremely strong able to bend metal with his bare hands and punch through it as well.
Super Speed: He is one of the fastest Mystics, being second to Arteimos who is the freaking Mystic of Storms so that's a given.
Super Agility: Hillard has super cat like agility.
Super Durability: Hilllard can take damn near every level of physical damage and quite a few magical.
Body Magic: As the Body Mystic, Hillard has an array of Body related spells and enhancements.
Hold: He can use Body Magic to paralyze someone.
Enhance: He can enhance his own or an allies physical prowess and make them fight harder and longer.
Hinder: On the flip side he can also weaken an enemy's physical prowess, but the duration of the curse depends on how strong the enemy is to begin with. If they are strong enough the curse won't work.
Sense: He can sense the presence of another body, living, dead, or artificial. It has it's limits though, the ability only goes up to 50 feet away, and if there is enough obstructions in the way like a mountain or very thick walls, or magic barriers the ability is nullified.
Read: If someone has a physical weakness or injury he knows it and can work with it either to injure or help them.
Heal: He can use Body Magic to heal injuries but only those that are physical in nature(broken arm, internal bleeding etc). Injuries of the Mind or Spirit are outside his sphere of power.

Identical in size to a Spartan shield but can change it's shape if the wielder desires it to.
The Aegis: A mysterious object of great power. It's origin is unknown but it has played significant roles in past conflicts. It protects against all kinds of attacks both normal and magic. It doesn't have much effect on its wielder aside from making them a touch wiser and strong because of it's size and weight. It also has the skill to turn those who look into the glowing eyes to stone.

Being an ageless suit of armor The Protector itself absorbs the skills and knowledge of its present user.
Hillard is the very first of The Protector's users so he brings a master's grasp of war and anatomy to the spirit's knowledge reservoirs.
He is the master of most weaponry and forms of Martial Arts.
He has a firm grip on tactics and leadership.
His knowledge of anatomy and the nature of the body in general is impeccable. This is helped by his mastery of many Martial Arts.
Weapon: He is highly skilled with any type of weapon, but his favorite is the sword in the pic.
Personality: Hillard is a highly honorable man and is the epitome of White Knight. There is no one in the Council more likely to go on a one man war on the Mahavalli's forces. While it's at times commendable it is also what he caused him trouble in the past. It's rare he's sent out on his own to do something, it annoys him but he also sees the why of it.
Brief History: Hillard is of a race of men that were born and bred to battle. They are the precursors to the Spartans, and many barbarian tribes known in the world like the Celts, Gauls, and Vikings. Hillard Redscar himself is the Prime or best warrior in his tribe.
It is because of this that he was given a position on the Council as the Mystic of a third piece of the Trifecta. His skill lies in Body Magic and the power of the Physical world. When this war began Hillard was the first to volunteer and was given The Protector's armor to bolster his already impressive skills.

Armor and gear(pic or description): She's normally wearing the clothes in the picture, when she's out in the wastes though she's wearing a suit of heavy leather armor and a matching helmet with some goggles. Her bag contains dried food, a camelbak of water, a folding shovel, a firestarter kit, some mess tools, spare clothes, extra ammo, a water purifier, and her sleeping mat.
Mutations(If applicable): N/A Personality: As someone who has spent most if not all her life in and around the colony of Carousel, Jamie is a tough and resourceful young woman she abhors laziness and is a firm believer in if you're not working you'll die a quick death.
Background: Born to a world formally on fire Jamie was taught how to survive in Ragged America by her wit and how good she can shoot a gun. Both of her parents were hunters for the Dune Runners. They liked the reputation of the merc band and the pay was well enough so no one went hungry. The mild luxury gave Jamie and her brothers time to enjoy childhood for a little bit, and like most kids much of their time was spent in make-believe adventures for the fabled Treasure of the Lost Mountains.
They along with their friends would run up and down the broken streets of Carousel shooting invisible bandits and spending the treasure on flying cars, robot dogs, you name it, they wanted it. As she aged the wanderlust faded and was replaced with the unending grind of survival. With her father being killed in Dune Runner mission gone south and her mother being injured in the same job it fell on Jamie to support her mom and two siblings. It was rough but the Storms would endure, Jamie took over the missions her folks were meant to do for the Dune Runners and hunted down their dinner every night. This continued up until Jamie's 16th birthday when her mother died and she was left to take care of her 10 and 12 year old brothers. She was their sole provider and teacher right until she reached her 22nd birthday. By then the boys could take care of themselves and the wanderlust of her childhood returned and her eyes went to the east and the Lost Mountains which legend says lies just over the barren cold ground of Ragged America. She has been building up her body and shooting skills with the Runners. Now just after her 28th birthday she's ready to go and her fully grown little brothers are more than happy to let her go with their blessing.
