In our last year rumble, you were choosing pre-made CS and forced into a battle of classes and pre-made chars. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, learn more by clicking here).
For this year should we bring back the classes while giving you guys more freedom in creating the CS (but still focusing you into a 'theme' in which the same class cannot be picked twice and where your CS needs to be fitted into the "role" you choose according to the class).
What do you guys think?
FAQ
1. Are we talking about full pre-made roles/chars we need to choose from?
2. No, only about classes types. EVerything else, including skills you create yourself, however you need to have it more built according to your classes. For example, you choose archer, you can have your char use a bow, or more used to fast/long distance weapons.
2. Can we suggest a class?
2. Yes, however if we do agree on "classes" options, the suggestions must be sent to be reviewed by the judges and be approved. Once the list of classes is up then it will be open for everyone to view and choose from (meaning a class you created can be picked up by someone else before you have a chance to choose). If the option of "Classes" is decided upon, then there will be a list to choose from and you cannot create new class once the skill is up.
3. But some classes are unblanced against one another
3. To this I disagree because last year people who should have the better hand in the skill cards they picked actually lost, not because of skills, but because of the use of them in giving arena's battle ground or even the use the skills themselves.
The rumble is more about creativity and tactic and small changes can set the balance here or there.
But again, we decide about "classes" type, not about skills, meaning you will be given the option to decide on your skills and CS yourselves, aside of the "Class type", if "Classes option" is decided.
