Liveth set comfortably in the knights lap as they rode, the wind whipping her long black hair around before she looked up to him. she quirked just a slight smile. "well it doesn't matter now..." She sure hopped so anyways. She hopped they wouldn't run into anything on their way back as they had on their way here. with that though she wasn't certain she wanted to try and sleep, should they run into something she didn't want to be a burden to Terrick.

She leaned back against his chest watching the landscape pass them by, her dark eyes searching but she was growing tired from the use of her magic as well as the comforting grip of Terrick's arms around her. She'd thought it so strange these past few days to be with him and to interact with him in such a way but it seemed to be normalizing a bit... only a bit. She still wondered how it all happened how it came to this and would it last? To have someone feel this way towards her and treat her like this. She'd dreamed about it when she was younger under the rejection of her mother but... she'd given up on it a long time ago... and now... was this it?

She rested her head against the knight as she thought. Trying hard to stay awake from the lulling of their ride. She'd have enough magic to help in a fight... but after that she'd have no choice but to rest... she'd rather rest later then now.

Holding the young elf girl in his arms, the knight chuckled, giving her a nod and a soft kiss. "True enough," he remarked, caressing her a bit as he held her, stroking her soft hair as the horse made its way swiftly away from the robber knight's lordless berg. At some point as he held her, he noted that the girl seemed to be dozing off in his arms, and so he began to slow and search out a spot to rest.

"It seems we're going to need to camp again," he remarked. "Even if there is a wayfarer's inn in the area, I'm hesitant to trust the hospitality of one located in such dangerous lands. We both are in need of a bit of spirit melding to replenish our magic before we settle down, though," he remarked, caressing her a bit in his arms as he began to locate a camp site near a stream of running water.

Helping her down from the steed, he dismounted as well, squeezing his arm around the girl's waist. "I know you're tired, but I'm gonna have to wear you out a bit more before we can get some decent rest," he teased, giving a soft kiss to her sensitive, pointy elf ear as he led her to what seemed to be a suitable location to make their camp.

Liveth groaned groggily as he caressed her ear with his lips. a tightness in her chest of both longing and desire only hindered by her grogginess but she let the knight lead her to the camp site he'd chosen and tried to wake up enough to be some help in setting it up and making it comfortable for the night. She managed to rouse herself enough to put a comfortable place together and place a ward using up the rest of her magic.

She leaned tiredly against Terrick and allowed the knight to take her to bed. She couldn't help thinking about the first time they had slept together and then the first time in the inn.. but that brought back a rather unpleasant memory to. Fortunately and pleasantly there was no one around who could eavesdrop on them now.

As tired as they both were from using so much magic earlier, Terrick also realized that it only increased the need to do something to energize them both, even if it would lead to further exhaustion. Therefore, once Liveth had properly set up a comfortable place for them to sleep, he took the beautiful elf girl to bed, making sure the girl experienced extreme amounts of pleasure to provide greater efficiency to the Spirit Melding ritual's magical energizing effect.

It wasn't hard to fall asleep afterwards, and before he knew it, the morning sun was shining into his eyes, waking him up. Glancing over to the elf girl, he gave her a kiss before standing up, his magic now fully restored as he scanned the area around him. "Did you get enough rest?" he asked her, sitting up and helping the girl into his lap, holding her in his arms and stroking her hair softly.

Liveth rubbed her face and stretched slowly, feeling the tired ache slowly stretch out before sitting up with Terrick's help and leaning against him as she looked out over the land as the shadows were pushed back by the rising sun. "I think so." she said. though she couldn't lie she was still a bit hazy, that should go away in a little bit. She took in a deep breath of the morning air before fulling opening her eyes to see the landscape in daylight. She slowly looked up at Terrick. "how did you rest?" she asked. They would need food and then she supposed they would need to be on their way. slowly starting to push herself up if Terrick allowed she'd begin to get dressed.

Gazing at the elf girl as she slowly roused herself, the knight reached out to stroke her, caressing her sore muscles in an attempt to make her feel a bit better after all of the recent conflict and other activities. "That's good..." he remarked. He wasn't sure what the rest requirements were for her, as she was neither full elf nor entirely dragon, but he himself was accustomed to long periods of little rest, and with a beautiful girl to help refresh his magical energy... he felt confident in the fact that he was once again in optimal condition to fight.

"I was with a beautiful girl, so pretty well," he remarked, allowing her to get up and get dressed and using his Foundry circuit to conjure forth his armor once again. "The robber knight is dead, but the road back to Kalinberg isn't safe. Remember the hag we killed on the way here? Typically they exist in covens of three... so she likely has two sisters who will be seeking vengeance against us," he advised her, rising to his feet and scanning the area around them.

Liveth blushed but smiled faintly at his words as she slipped her clothing back on as she ran her hands through her hair she listened to what he said about the road back not being safe and frowned for a moment as she recalled the hag and the undead thing she was commanding. "It wasn't exactly a walk in the garden taking on the one." she mused. "I'm sure we have the resources to fight two more." she said tossing her hair over her shoulder in thought. "but I'd really rather not." Of coarse if she did in fact have two that would attempt to avenger her then it might be inevitable.

She sighed after a moment before she crouched down and pulled one of the packs over to her to dig through it and see what they had. She'd need to forage some there wasn't a water source near them that would have fish, at least not that she had seen. "Perhaps we should skip a morning meal and get straight to the road trip." she murmured.

Reluctantly allowing the elf girl to get dressed, the knight figured he'd have plenty of time later, once they were at a safer destination. He stroked her hair a bit, admiring how the elven nature caused it to naturally fall into place without needing all that much grooming. "True..." he said, "But we're a bit stronger now, and better prepared. So long as we bring some spells to counter their magic, and keep an eye out for ambush tactics along the way, we should be fine."

"Besides," he said with a shrug, "If we can eliminate the hags before they cause any further problem to people, so much the better. Though defeating a few evils here and there might not have much of an impact on the overwhelming amount of evil creatures in the world... it can at least have smaller effects, by saving people who might otherwise become victims."

"Skipping meals isn't a good idea..." he noted, "But that doesn't mean we necessarily need to waste time preparing them, either." After summoning forth his steed yet again, he helped Liveth into his lap, holding her steady before incanting, "Vehafor achthend." The spell caused a loaf of bread to appear in his hands, which he broke in half, handing one half to the sorceress. "This should be suitable enough for breakfast, and we can eat it as we ride," he remarked, making his way swiftly back to the road to head towards the city of Kalinberg.

Liveth Listened to what he said quietly. He was right, but she didn't feel to keen on trying to hunt them down. It hadn't been that much of a struggle to kill the one, but she didn't want to see the odds double against two and even worse a third if they replaced their sister. She sighed and nodded. "Alright." she agreed. He was a selfless sort, she was still getting used to thinking outside of just looking after herself, the effects of defeating one evil element could be... greater then she first thought.

As she mounted with the knight and he summoned some bread she raised an eye brow? how long could he do this? though she supposed it was something to use sparingly so she decided not to say anything as she accepted it with a thank you and began to eat as they were off. "How far do you think we are from the city?" she asked.

As he continued to ride down the loneloy, seldom-tred rode with the elf in his lap, the knight thought over her words. "Well considering it took us two days to get to Fitzkleins castle... probably about the same amount of time to return to Kalinberg. Provided we travel the same road. Doing so, however, would take us past that witch cottage once again... and I rather doubt you'll want to do that," he recalled, figuring the charred reminder of their previous fight was still there.

"There's a side route we can take, but it'll probably extend our return trip by a day. It will, however, allow us the opportunity to rest in a village in rather than camping again," he remarked, though his eyes caught site of a number of men wearing robes of some sort of holy order. "Pilgrims?" he asked. "On such a dangerous road? I'm certain no one knows of Fitzklein's demise except us and his men, so why would there be pilgrims so close to a robber knight's territory?"
